Abstract

Repurchase readability happens if the customers satisfied in the previous purchase, and it does not rule out the possibility for them to repurchase the order. Repurchase readability is influenced by product quality and customer satisfaction. In relation to the impact of customer satisfaction’s influenced by product quality toward customer repurchase readability on Jegeg Bali Jayanti in Badung Regency indeed needed further analysis since problem found regarding to product quality and customers satisfaction in order to increase the readability of repurchase. The aim of this study is to find out the relation toward product quality influences the readability of repurchase and customer satisfaction. The writer used 100 samples of customers in Jegeg Bali Jayanti collected through non probability sampling. The data were analyzed by the classic assumption method and path analysis. The finding showed the customer satisfaction’s variable mediate the influence of product quality towards the readability of purchase.

Abstract

Bali Nusa Dua Theatre is an international theatre, classy and prestigious entertainment venue. The activities carried out by the company are doing an art performance with spectacular show that combines stage art, visual effects and sound systems, as well as dancers with various stage skills that are staged in the Bali Nusa Dua Theatre 4 times a week every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The service program was carry out through the compilation of a data product performance. The method used in the activities of compiling the product data in Bali Nusa Dua Theatre is by conducting assistance and socialization. Compilation of product data in Bali Nusa Dua Theatre has been successfully carried out through assistance in compiling a product data by recording the types of product, names of dancers and dance studios of dancer.

Abstract

Inventory plays an important role in the company's operational activities. Inventory management is a must in order to be able to show satisfactory performance. Ponti Dewata Teknik sales process can be said to be less well organized, especially when selling. Because the inventory in Ponti Dewata Teknik does not have computer-based inventory records. So we provide training related to computer-based inventory recording. Where the goal is to facilitate the sales process and increase sales efficiency. Inventory recording with the system can facilitate management in making decisions regarding merchandise purchasing activities. The result of this dedication is that after input through the system, management is able to monitor the increase or decrease in inventory. control of the remaining stock in the warehouse is also effective. Monthly reporting related to inventory also runs effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether service quality has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of airlines customers using MRO services at PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk. (GMFAA) Denpasar Station. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature review. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, determination analysis and t-test. From the results of the study, there is a positive and significant influence on service quality which has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of airlines customers using MRO services at PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk. (GMFAA) Denpasar Station.

Abstract

With the enactment of Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government, where the implementation of government affairs by the Regional Government and DPRD according to the principle of autonomy and assistance tasks with the principle of broadest autonomy in the system and principles of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945. The Central Government expects a region it can regulate the needs in the region through regional autonomy, both district / city government affairs and village government affairs so that the resolution of all problems in the region can be quickly resolved by the regional government. In practice, it turns out that Law 32/2004 does not clearly discuss what are the government instruments in the village, so a Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 of 2005 concerning Villages was drafted again. In principle, this regulation contains several things, among others, which regulates village authority, village government institutions, village apparatus, village planning, and village finance. Performance (performance) is a picture of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity / program / policy in realizing the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization contained in organizational strategic planning.Seeing from the problems and symptoms of the performance mentioned above, the author is interested in examining more deeply by taking the title "Analysis of Village Government Performance in Infrastructure Development in Renon District, South Denpasar District".Data sources: 1) Primary data, i.e. data obtained directly in Renon Village, South Denpasar District, Denpasar City, 2) Secondary Data, i.e. data obtained from recording official documents, books, and other readings that are can support the discussion of problems in this thesis. While the data analysis used is descriptive qualitative method which is a way of data processing which is done by systematically compiling so that a general conclusion is obtained.Based on some of the descriptions that have been submitted in Chapter IV on the Performance of Village Governments in Infrastructure Development in Renon Village, South Denpasar District, the following conclusions can be drawn:Village Government Productivity in completing Infrastructure Development in Renon Village, the village government really sees in terms of needs not wants, uses and benefits for the community is quite good.The responsiveness of the Village Government in accommodating and realizing the aspirations of the community, in capturing and following up on the aspirations of the community was considered to be good by realizing cooperation with each RT leader in Renon village to gather each RT's residents to explore the aspirations and complaints within the RT, to then be accommodated by the Renon village government.The Responsibility of the Village Government in supervising infrastructure development in the Renon Kelurahan, has supervised the infrastructure development activities that took place in each hamlet of the Renon kelurahan.Village Government Accountability in the form of Village Government Accountability Report (LPJ) to the community in the Renon Village is delivered in writing through information media at the Renon Village Office to the community through BPD and verbally through meetings in the village. Village Government Accountability in the form of Village Government Accountability Report (LPJ) to the community in villages in Renon Kelurahan is considered not optimal because the delivery is still verbally to the community through meetings in the village, there is no seriousness to make it in written form and then stick to the announcement board not yet implemented well in the village of Renon.

Abstract

The function of a cooperative here is to make it prosperous by providing capital or credit loans to advance the community's economy. Submission of credit agreement The form and material of the credit agreement between the bank and the cooperative are not the same. Loans do not have a generally accepted form, it's just that in the terms of the terms specified to be used in the agreement, the amount and time limit of the loan, as well as loan repayment, interest and penalties if the debtor is negligent. Collateral used by cooperatives in general is a material guarantee. Implementation of Bad Credit Execution for Dependents in the Cooperative Guna Artha Mesari, Nonperforming loans or nonperforming loans is a risk that is given in every credit extension by cooperatives.

Abstract

Bahagia merupakan yang sangat didambakan bagi sebagian besar wanita. Bahagia itu artinya segala sesuatu itu sempurna. Jika dikupas, akibat keinginan sempurnalah, yang membuat hati kita tidak bahagia. Pada dasarnya kita semua tahu bahwa pada hakekatnya hidup tidak ada yang sempurna. Tapi dalam menjalani hidup, kita selalu mentargetkan agar itu tercapai sempurna. Maka dari itu, kita akan selalu merasa kurang. Kita lupa untuk legowo, kita lupa untuk menerima. Kita lupa atas kuasa-Nya lah sesuatu bisa atau tidak bisa diwujudkan. Kita wanita ibarat Tuhan, yang menjadi sumber dari segala sumber dalam kehidupan rumah tangga. Maka kuatlah kita dalam melindungi keluarga kita. Terlebih pada kondisi Pandemi Covid-19, semua kegiatan di luar rumah mulai terbatas. Keluarga banyak yang menghabiskan waktunya di dalam rumah dalam rangka mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19. Pandemi tersebut tentu memaksa wanita berpikir keras dalam mengelola kondisi rumah tangga secara tepat dan cermat. Penelitian ini akan mencari strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam membantu wanita dalam mengelola waktu dalam rumah tangga menyikapi adanya anjuran pemerintah mengenai work from home. Sehingga memunculkan tindakan yang dapat mencegah tingkat stress.
