Abstract

Abstract. Shallot is an abundant type of plant in Enrekang Regency. The availability of human resources in active community groups can be fostered. The lack of equipment and technology in making processed shallots that have high selling points and being able to compete with products that already exist in other areas is a major problem. The solutions offered: (1) training and mentoring to process shallots into durable products of high economic value, (2) training and packaging guidance so that they are attractive, (3) Product marketing strategies. The aim to be achieved is to increase the income of partner groups which will lead to an increase in the welfare of the community and local revenue. The specific target to be achieved is long-lasting crispy fried shallots with high economic value, various attractive packaging. The method used is (1) desk study stage; to focus problems and activities to be carried out including conducting intensive discussions with partners. (2) Training and demonstration with simple technology, (3) Program Monitoring and Evaluation, (4) Reflection of program implementation to see all the advantages and disadvantages of the program and its implementation, (5) Strengthening and improving program which is still lacking. The results of the activity showed that the community and business / farmer groups easily absorbed the simple technology in processing fried shallots but the community's interest in developing businesses into household scale industries was still lacking.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pengembangan kawasan pemancingan Desa Bubun Lamba Kecamatan Anggeraja Kabupaten Enrekang bertujuan mengkaji dan mengetahui kondisi dan perkembangan usaha wisata kolam pemancingan di Desa Bubun Lamba Kecamatan Anggeraja. Selain itu, bertujuan untuk mengetahui rumusan masterplan dan siteplan kawasan wisata pemancingan Desa Bubun Lamba yang produktif dan berkelanjutan dalam mengintegrasikan potensi Desa Bubun Lamba sesuai dengan urgensi kebutuhan masyarakat desa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Community Development.  Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Bubun Lamba Melalui  Pendayagunaan Sumber Daya Lokal Secara Berkelanjutan disimpulkan bahwa masih kurang tersosialisasi secara meluas promosi pemancingan wisata Bubun Lamba dan belum tersedia secara memadai prasarana dan sarana penunjang usaha pemancingan wisata Bubun Lamba..

Abstract

The aim of community service activities through the Community Partnership Program, is to provide knowledge and skills for diversification of processed sea fish, such as sea fish pepes, to PKM partners. It is hoped that through this PKM activity, it can motivate housewives of fishermen and teenage girls to drop out of school as well as administrators and group members to develop processed fish products. The method of implementing the Community Partnership Program (PKM), namely through training, demonstrations, and mentoring that is equipped with learning by doing techniques. To increase the knowledge and skills of women fishing partner groups, the approach used is the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach. The results of the PKM activities show that increased knowledge and skills of housewives and farmers who drop out of school about the benefits and nutritional value contained in sea fish, and how to choose sea fish that can be pepes, and the process or method of making sea fish pepes. The emergence of a creative and innovative spirit during the accompaniment of the economic value of soft spiny pepesmanis fish can be used as a new business alternative so that later it can increase their family income
