Abstract

EViews 10student liteprogram is used as a tool for analysis panel data of community service activities. The purpose of this activity is expected after participants follow this training is that students independently understand the processing techniques of panel data analysis with the EViews 10 program and can make decisions in analysis the results and discussion of research. The results of the identification of the problem are the Agribusiness Study Program Students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar facing problems in inputting data into the research data processing program and interpreting the output of research data relating to time-series data and cross-sections as panel data that has been processed with EViews 10. From the training implementation activities found that of the 21 trainees namely Agribusiness Program students as many as 12 people were able and skilled in processing and interpreting the output data of econometric analysis with the EViews program 10. The expected output after participants took part in the training was that students independently understood the processing techniques in inputting panel econometric data analysis with the EViews 10 program.

Abstract

The great academic demand to create the scientific article with high quality is the main factor that drives the partner to develop their skill in all aspects. One of the essential skills is obtaining the suitable reference with the topic in order to create the better understanding. The reference suitability between the topic and writing effectivity is the crucial element in creating academic writing, therefore, the understanding towards the function and features of journal search engine and reference management is highly important. This social partnership program aims to develop the participants’ skill to explore and find the literature, especially e-journal and practice an effective writing. This topic also relates to the use of management reference. The materials in this training consist of the application of Google Scholar and Proquest as the journal search engine and Mendeley as the reference management software. The participants in this event comes from the members of Industrial and Organizational Psychology Assosiation (APIO) South Sulawesi, APIO community, and professionals. The number of participants was 40. The result of training evaluation found that 95% of the participants gained the new knowledge and 90% considered that trainer understanding was great. Furhtermore, the involvement and enthusiasm of participants in this event suppoerted this program.

Abstract

Pancana Village is one of the villages in the district of Tanete Rilau, Barru District which is one of the areas in South Sulawesi that has the potential sea resources in the form of sea of snapper, fish, mackerel, tuna, and fish Other commercial that is so large in number, and very possible for the development of marine fish industry centers and also diversified processed from this sea fish into food such as brain-brain fish, fish balls, fish and fish pepes, shrimp, crabs King and sea shells etc. Currently, the management of seafood such as pepes, shrimp mango sauce, grilled squid and various sea shells is still very less done at the inhabitants of Pancana village. People in Pancana village especially processing on farmers or fishermen fish, shrimp, crabs etc, only sell directly the catch or only on the group of partners, generally still traditionally managed and rely solely on cultivation Only sold directly, so the new product is limited to marine fish sold raw or dry sold at a very cheap price. The most basic problem is related to the lack of knowledge and skills of craftsmen or sea fish fishermen farmers or other sea products in groups of partners about the quality of marine fish and sea prawns and diversification of processed results Sea fish, shrimp, clams and crabs that can motivate fishermen farmers to develop processed products with fish-based, shrimp, squid, crab etc. into the processed diversification and cultivation of seafood, and packaging is still simple. Therefore, the purpose of community dedication activities through the Community Partnership Program (PKM), as follows: 1) improvement of seaweed cultivation process, 2) diversification of processed seaweed cottonii sp, and 3) packaging and labeling process. The method of implementing community service activities through Community Partnership Program (PKM), through socialization and training and with mentoring on the production process and the packaging process, so that the activities are expected In this program, can lead to the enhancement and mastery of the knowledge and skills of craftsmen and cultivters on the KUB and farmer Group; Fisherman fish or other seafood group of partners so that later can run continuously and can increase the economy of farmers and fishermen of sea fish and shrimp, as well as crabs and their families.
