Abstract

This service aims to provide the understanding among female prisoners so that they have sufficient insight in carrying out the role of the mother later after the prison. This study involved 30 female prisoners who had been selected by the prison staff themselves. The method used are self compassion therapy, psychoeducation and parenting discussion, and games for participants. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the understanding of prisoners' participants about Self Compassion so that after this therapy female inmates appear fresher and accept themselves with their current conditions at the prison. Furthermore, for the psychoeducation of the mother's role in the ideal of parenting, participants have a tool to evaluate themselves with their roles so far and are eager to make changes in themselves to be the best mothers for children, especially when they leave prison later.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the description of counseling on organic waste management and its impact on increasing farmers' environmental knowledge. The method in this counseling is done by the method of demonstration and practice. The training participants were 30 farmers in Sabbang Paru District, Wajo District. Data analysis using descriptive methods that present test results with graphs. Based on the results of this counseling, it can be concluded that farmers have been able to understand the technique of making composter with an average value of 76.97 which means it is in the high category. This increase in knowledge was also influenced by the positive response and enthusiasm of the community in participating in this outreach activity.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partners are the Community in the Tonyamang Village, Patampanua Sub-District, Pinrang Regency. The problem is: 1) Increased banana production results in a surplus or excess of bananas, 2) The lack of public knowledge about processing bananas into banana flour, and 3) The yields of abundant banana farmers have not been able to raise the economy of the community. The method used is: lecture, demonstration, discussion, and question and answer. The results achieved are abundant banana products that can be processed into banana flour which can be utilized as a variety of processed products that have economic value so that they are not only finished products (direct consumption).
