Abstract

Gogik village is one of villages in sub-district of Ungaran Barat, district of Semarang. Nowadays, Gogik village attemps to develop its nature potencies which is one of them is the area of embung Sokapanca. A design recommendation was proposed by the study programme of Civil Infrastructure Engineering and Architectural Design, Department of Civil and Planning, Vocational School, Diponegoro University, through a community service programme. The design approach used exotic, unique, and authentic as the concept. Neo-vernacular and contemporary architecture were adopted for the design of culinary hut and the centre of Small and Medium Enterprises. The concept of sustainable tourism will be implemented to maintain the harmony with the environment, nature, humanism value, and local wisdom.

Abstract

UMKM sangat bergantung pada seberapa luas pangsa pasar atas proses pemasaran produk yang dipasarkan. Selain itu, berdasarkan pengamatan yang telah dilakukan bahwa masih banyak pelaku usaha di sektor ini yang belum memahami bagaimana cara menyusun Laporan Keuangan yang pada dasarnya diawali dari kurang pahamnya para pelaku usaha terhadap administrasi laporan keuangan, sehingga pencatatan transaksi keuangan yang terjadi tidak dapat dilakukan dengan sebagaimana mestinya. Di satu sisi, peluang pasar digital terus bertambah, seiiring dengan meningkatnya ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap jual beli online melalui berbagai platform media sosial, website, aplikasi ataupun sejenisnya. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bermaksud untuk meningkatkan keterampilan tata kelola manajemen usaha masyarakat baik dari segi pemasaran produk yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional, manajemen administrasi, pelaporan keuangan sederhana khusus bagi pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Karombasan Selatan, Kecamatan Wanea, Kota Manado.

Abstract

HDPE menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk menjadi bahan material pengganti kayu yang dapat diaplikasikan kepada kapal ikan . Teknologi pengguanan CNC Router cutting sebagai salah satu teknik pemotongan part cukup baik dikembangan di dunia industri polimer. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tack weld terhadap four flute spiral HSS end mill router cutting dalam proses pemotongan high density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet sebagai material alternatif konstruksi kapal ikan. Hasil penelitian ini pada kondisi putaran yang sama dan pemotongan ketebalan HDPE yang sama, menunjukan pada end mill tanpa modifikasi diameter 12 mm max. temperatur 42,10 0C   dengan 13,23 min/meter, dan pada modifikasi max. temperatur 43,50 0C   dengan 13,22 min/meter. Pada end mill tanpa modifikasi diameter 14 mm max. temperatur 44,12 0C dengan 14,34 min/meter, dan pada modifikasi max. temperatur 45,15 0C dengan 14,23 min/meter.

Abstract

[Situation Measurement In The Sokapanca Embung, Gogik Village, Ungaran Barat Sub-district] Dalam pekerjaan konstruksi, gambar detail memiliki peran strategis yang menerjemahkan konsep desain bagi pelaksana proyek. Dalam perencanaan pengembangan suatu kawasan, diperlukan pengukuran dan penggambaran detail kondisi eksisting, sehingga perencanaan konsep pengembangan tersebut menjadi lebih terarah dan akurat. Salah satu kawasan yang direncanakan akan dikembangankan menjadi obyek wisata adalah Embung Soka Panca yang terletak di Desa Gogik Kecamatan Ungaran Barat. Embung Soka Panca yang terletak di Desa Gogik Kecamatan Ungaran Barat direncanakan akan dikembangkan menjadi obyek wisata oleh Pemerintah Desa. Berkaitan dengan maksud tersebut, maka Pemerintah Desa Gogik bekerjasama dengan Sekolah Vokasi Undip menyusun rencana pengembangan dengan optimalisasi lokasi tersebut. Rencana pengembangan antara lain dengan memberi taman bermain serta kios untuk UMKM.

Abstract

The activities of Iptek Bagi Desa Binaan (IBDU) UNDIP tahun 2021 aims to increase the productivity of the Tiga Saudara cashew nut small scale industry  partner through introduction of a thermocontrolled multi-rack oven, so that quality of cashew nuts would be uniform, shorter processing time, and therby increasing income. The activity of multi-rack oven development was carried out by the Community Service Team of LPPM UNDIP through Iptek Bagi Desa Binaan (IBDU) program. The program was carried out instages including: i) oven design, ii) oven manufacturing, dan iii) functional and adaptation testing, dan iv) oven operation. The purpose of adaptation test is to operate the oven in relevance environment, whereas operationalization was to operate in an actual environment. Implementation of IBDU activites carried out by by the Community Service Team of LPPM UNDIP through the introduction of oven has had positive impact on Tiga Saudara’s partner. The thermocontrolled multi-rack oven has shown that the performance of these equipment is better, able ti produce uniform cashew nut quality so that productivity increases

Abstract

Revitalization of Vocational Higher Education aims to create higher education graduates who have the competence, qualifications, and skills that link and match with the needs of the industrial world and the world of work/business (DUDI). The purpose of the study was to analyze the efforts to optimize the management of study programs through the revitalization of vocational education with the object of research being the Diploma III Administrative Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Computer Engineering at the Islamic University "45" Bekasi. The research uses a qualitative approach with interviews, observation and document studies. The findings obtained from this study are that several elements dan criterias  in the implementation of revitalization programs have not been fulfilled that impact on; the quality and learning methods that do not support the skills of students and graduates in adapt to the world of business and industry, curriculum and learning outcomes that do not link and match with the needs of the business world and industry, practicum facilities that have not been maximized in supporting the learning process, partnership programs that have not been fully implemented, and most of the graduates are not directly absorbed in the world of work. For this reason, the study program needs to optimize management by implementing the Vocational Higher Education Revitalization Framework that has been set by the Ministry of Higher Education, Directorate General of Vocational Studies, associations of vocational universities and DUDI.

Abstract

This study examines the design of the written batik hook in the KUBe Putri Kawung industry, which is located in Jarum Village, Bayat District, Klaten Regency, Central Java. This research focuses on the process of making written batik cloth and designing the batik cloth sizing tool. This research is based on the process of batik cloth sag in KUBe Putri Kawung which is less effective, has a lot of losses and takes a lot of time. This is what initiated the author to conduct this research. The design consists of a stove, boiler (cord) and calculation of heat transfer and consumption of firewood. The results of the design and calculations in this study obtained the design and specifications of the tool as well as the results of the calculation of heat transfer heat and consumption of firewood both daily and annually. The design and specifications of the furnace used has a size of 120 cm x 65 cm x 40 cm, which is made of basic building materials (sand, bricks and cement) which are permanent and capable of supporting 2 (two) boilers in one process. For the design and specifications of the kettle (cord) used, it is made of aluminum with a thickness of 3 cm and dimensions of 65 cm x 59 cm. For the calorific value of heat transfer that occurs is 18.20 J/s 0C, this result is greater than the previously used boiler made of used drums. Meanwhile, for the consumption of firewood, Putri Kawung KUBe in one felling process requires 10 logs with a volume of 0.0042 m3 each,so that the daily consumption is 0.042 m3 the annual consumption is 15.33 m3.

Abstract

Desa Cibelok secara topografi merupakan desa dengan kondisi topografi datar, berada di perkotaan Pemalang dengan ketinggian 6meter diatas permukaan laut. Dengan berada di dekat perkotaan dan hantaran persawahan yang luas menjadikan sebagian besar masyarakat bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dan pedagang. Dengan posisi wilayah tersebut desa Cibelok memiliki potensi ekonomi yang sangat besar dari sektor pertanian dan perdagangan. Potensi yang dimaksud adalah adanya sentra batik tulis yang berada di dusun Sarwodadi, Cibelok. Di Dusun Sarwodadi terdapat UMKM Batik Arum Cempaka yang menjadi sentra batik di Desa Cibelok. UMKM ini kesulitan dalam bersaing dan menjalankan usahanya. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan berfokus pada inovasi cara membatik yang lebih modern yaitu dengan menggunakan canting elektrik. Selain itu program yang dibuat dengan tujuan agar UMKM Batik Arum Cempaka dapat lebih optimal dalam melakukan produksi yaitu gawangan.

Abstract

The authority of the area of RT 04 RW 02, Pedalangan region, Banyumanik District, Semarang City has ambition to provide adequate infrastructures to support the daily activities of their people. Several areas are identified as yards do not have adequate street lighting. To date, the street lightings are only infront of houses. In order to support the agenda of the authority and also practices the knowledge from the university through the Community Service program, a recommendation design for street lamp pole was proposed.

Abstract

Desa Pulosari, Kecamatan Pulosari, Kabupaten Pemalang terletak di dataran ditinggi kaki yang memiliki suhu 17-24 derajat celcius. Desa tersebut memiliki potensi dibidang perkebunan. Terdapat banyak lahan perkebunan di Desa Pulosari. Lahan tersebut diantaranya ditanam pohon kopi dan juga nanas. Tanaman kopi tersebut ditanam disekitar rumah warga. Namun, permasalahan yang dialami oleh warga Desa Pulosari, Kecamatan Pulosari adalah kurangnya pemahaman serta kesadaran warga dalam memanfaatkan limbah kulit kopi yang tidak terpakai menjadi bahan baku untuk meningkatkan nilai jual dari kulit kopi. Masyarakat Desa Pulosari belum memiliki inovasi baru terkait dengan pengolahan kopi. Maka dari itu program pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan inovasi dalam sabun mandi batang limbah kulit kopi.
