Abstract

Performance can be influenced by many factors, including management factors, abilities, discipline, training and also work motivation. But the most important factors are the factors of training and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation partially and simultaneously on employee performance in the Medan City Fire Prevention Service. The population of this study amounted to 250 employees. To determine the number of samples used Slovin formula, obtained as many as 71 people. Data collecti on techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation studies. While the data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that training and work motivation had a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance in the Medan City Fire Prevention Service. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.724. That is, variations in employee performance can be explained by training and work motivation by 72.40%, while the remaining 27.60% is explained by other factors. It is thus recommended that a trainer instructor who truly masters the training material, and design training materials to suit the needs of all the trainees are recommended. Agencies need to pay attention to their employees by providing financial benefits that are comparable to the work charged to the employees concerned. Training and motivation contributed greatly to the performance of the Medan City Fire Fighting Agency, which amounted to 72.40%, but there were still opportunities to improve performance by providing leadership training and career development.

Abstract

Procurement of land and land acquisition for the construction of the Pekan Baru-Dumai toll road in Siak Regency, is implemented in accordance with Law No. 2 of 2012 concerning the procurement of land and land acquisition for the public interest, the Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) of the Republic of Indonesia, The National Land Agency of Siak Regency, and the Land Procurement Committee (P2T) determine compensation for landowners who have been released without consultation (the party entitled). Suwitno Lumban Batu and his colleagues filed a lawsuit against the Law, so that the formulation of the problem of the legal phenomenon is: 1) How to procure land and land acquisition rights in Siak Regency? 2) How are the laws and regulations on land acquisition and the release of land rights for public benefit? 3) How judicial judgments of the Siak District Court have been in conformity with the legal norms and principles of civil procedure law on the Decision of Article Number 23 / Pdt.G / 2017 / PN. Sak This research is a legal research. Legal research is carried out to find solutions to legal issues that arise, namely to provide a prescription of what should be the issue based on civil case verdict number 23 / Pdt.G / 2017 / PN.Sak. The type of data used includes primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection through case chronology and copy of the Decision and library research both books, legislation, papers, previous research results, documents, etc.. The results of this study indicate that the discussion of land acquisition is an activity to obtain land by providing compensation to those who release or surrender land, buildings, and objects related to land where legal arrangements regarding land acquisition for public interest in Indonesia have undergone a process developments since the unification of the Basic Agrarian Law Number 5 of 1960 and Law number 12 of 2012 concerning land acquisition and the release of land rights in the public interest. "Lawsuit Against Lawsuit" conducted by Suwitno and friends at the District Court of the Civil Code number23/Pdt.G/2017/PN.Sak, the judge was unacceptable (Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard) The decision of the Siak District Court Judge is categorized as "legal record", because it is not in accordance with the norms and legal principles of civil procedure. The Judge of the Siak District Court included the Supreme Court Regulation Number 3 of 2016 as its legal consideration. Supreme Court Regulation number 3 of 2016 took effect on April 19, 2016, for cases of land rights damages that took place in October 2015. It means that the Supreme Court Regulation is not retroactive (non Retroactive). In this case the verdict of the Siak District Court was wrong in making legal considerations in deciding a lawsuit against the law in accordance with Article 1365 of the Civil Code.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out (1) whether there is an influence of teacher workload and teacher work motivation in a parse manner on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Rantau Utara, (2) whether there is an influence of teacher workload and teacher work motivation simultaneously on student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. The technique of sampling in this study was total sampling with total 44 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, before the questionnaire was distributed first carried out trial analysis, namely test validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression tests. Partially, the results of this study are tcount X12> ttable = 1.68 and the probability value (0.000) <0.05 means that partially the teacher's workload and teacher work motivation significantly influence teacher performance. Simultaneously, the results of this study are Fcount X12> Ftable = 21,050 and probability values (0,000) <0.05 means that simultaneously the teacher's workload and teacher's work motivation significantly influence teacher performance. Based on the test results of the R2 coefficient of determination, it is known that Adjusted R Square found that teacher workload and teacher work motivation simultaneously on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Rantau Utara amounted to 48.30%.

Abstract

Corruption is a crime that can be said at the position of nadir and has taken root, so that in its eradication it requires seriousness and handling that is very strong. The role of the police, prosecutors and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) law enforcement officers really must be encouraged to handle and prosecute them. So that the formulation of the problem that can be raised is related to the related legal phenomena: 1) How are the legal loopholes that have led to the eradication of corruption in Indonesia ?, 2) What steps can be taken to suppress corruption in Indonesia? And 3) What is the role of law enforcement in dealing with corruption in Indonesia ?. This study uses a normative juridical approach to find legal norms and norms which are criminal law policies in formulating corruption eradication, using primary, secondary and tertiary data as data sources. The method of data collection in a normative juridical approach in this study uses library research techniques (library research). that is by collecting data and conducting library material reviews which consist of laws and regulations, books, law, and other literature related to the problems under study. The results of this study indicate that the discussion of the problem, the Factor in Eradicating Corruption in Indonesia is Not Maximum is a Political Factor Politics is one of the causes of corruption. This can be seen when there is political instability, the political interests of the holders of power, even when reaching and maintaining power. Corrupt behavior such as bribery, money politics is a phenomenon that often occurs, Legal Factors Legal factors can be seen from two sides, on the one hand from the aspect of legislation and the other side is weak law enforcement. The lack of legal substance is easily found in discriminatory and unfair rules; a formulation that is not clear (non lex certa) so that it has multiple interpretations; contradiction and overlapping with other regulations (both equal and higher), Economic Factors Economic factors are also one of the causes of corruption. It can be explained from income or salary that is insufficient, organizational factors Aspects of the occurrence of corruption from the point of view of this organization include: (a) lack of example from the leadership, (b) the absence of the right organizational culture the accountability system in government agencies is inadequate, (d) management tends to cover up corruption within the organization. Strategic steps to tackle corruption are: (1) there must be a joint and public movement (soc, al movement) to eradicate corruption; (2) establishing closer political cooperation in strengthening the anti-corruption political orientation; (3) political parties that are committed to eradicating corruption are needed; (4) carry out reforms to the anti-corruption law so that criminal sanctions can prevent people from committing criminal acts of corruption (5) cooperation between law enforcement officials in conducting investigations and prosecuting the basis of a criminal act of corruption; (6) increasing public oversight of state apparatus; (7) improving public services for the implementation of good and clean governance.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important not only for the employee itself but also for the organization as a whole, so that every organization gives serious attention to the achievement of employee performance, which is accompanied by all efforts to improve it, so that the work target of the organization can be achieved properly. This study aims to determine the influence of commitment and workload on employee performance at Danau Toba International Hotel Medan, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study were employees who worked at the Lake Toba International Medan Hotel, which numbered 50 people. For total population are less than 100 people, thus total population taken as samples. Data was collected using a questionnaire and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are correlation test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of study showed that the commitment variable had a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the Danau Toba International Hotel Medan. The higher commitment causes employee performance to increase. Workload variables have a positive and significant influenceonemployees performance. The higher the workload, the higher the performance of hotel employees. Commitment and workload variables simultaneously have a significant influence on employess performance. The determination coefficient of 85.80% in employee performance can be explained by commitment and workload simultaneously, while the remaining 14.20% is explained by other factors, such as competency variables and work discipline.

Abstract

The problem of trafficking in women and children or known as trafficking in person lately appears to be a problem that is much debated both at national and international levels and is said to be a form of slavery today and violating human rights. So that the formulation of the problem that can be raised is related to the legal phenomenon, namely: 1). What is the legal protection of women and children victims of trafficking currently in the jurisdiction of the Medan City Police Resort? 2). What are the factors that cause the trafficking of women and children in the jurisdiction of the Medan City Police Resort, and 3). What are the government's policies and the role of the community in overcoming the problem of the rampant level of trafficking in women and children in the jurisdiction of the Medan City Big City Resort? This research is descriptive and is seen from its objectives including empirical legal research. The location of this research was carried out at the Medan Big City Resort Police North Sumatra Province. The types of data used include primary data and secondary data. The method of collecting data is through interviews and library research, both books, legislation, papers, results of previous research, documents, and so on. The results of this study indicate that the discussion on the issue of regulation of legal protection for children and women victims of human trafficking crimes is spread in several laws and regulations that are both general and specific in nature, such as: the Criminal Code, Law No. 21 of 2007 concerning Eradication of Crime in Trafficking in Persons, Act No. 13 of 2006 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims. The factors that cause child and female trafficking are divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors internal factors are individual factors, economic factors, family factors, educational factors, lifestyle factors and free association, while external factors are environmental factors, cultural factors, factors weak law enforcement, marriage at a young age, social conflict and war, mass media. Government policy is a protection policy for victims whose essence is an integral part that cannot be separated from protection policies. Based on this concept, the role of the state in creating a social welfare is not only limited to fulfilling the material needs of its citizens, but more than that for the fulfillment of a sense of comfort and security in activities. Indonesia has a law specifically regulating the Protection of Victims of Crimes, namely through Law No. 13 of 2006 concerning Protection of witnesses and victims. The Role of the Community As a deterrent to child trafficking, with more attention to child trafficking crimes, the community environment can overcome and prevent the rampant occurrence of child trafficking; As a protector of children victim so ftrafficking.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyse the income structures of shrimp Vannamei farmers in the research area, analyzing the feasibility of farming on the income structures of shrimp vannamei in the research area, analyzing the influence of Benur, Feed, vitamins, fertilizer, medicines, FUEL, TKLK and prices on the income of shrimp Vannamei fertiliser in the research area and to educate the relationship of Benur, feed, vitamins, medicines, fertilizer, FUEL, TKLK, and price to the income structure Shrimp Vannamei in the research area. This research was conducted in Secanggang district of Langkat District. The determination of the research area is done purposive sampling which is to take the sample done intentionally, with the sample record representative or represent the population. The study was conducted from February to May 2019. The number of samples used in this study was 30 respondents. Data analysis is done in a descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. Average income cultivating Shrimp Vannamei in District Secanggang Langkat of the main income of shrimp farming vannamei of Rp. 67.641.036,667 and from the side business is the fisheries Business (Nila) of Rp. 8.506.700, Business Agriculture (paddy Rice) amounting to Rp. 4.116.775 and non agriculture amounting to Rp. 7.300.000, with 77.25% revenue structure and 22.75% revenue share. Farming in Secanggang district of Langkat District is feasible to be cultivated with a comparison of R/C > 1. In unison of the F test results; Benur, feed, vitamins, medicines, fertilizer, FUEL, TKLK, and price, significant influence on income. Partially from the test results t that; Variable Benur, feed, FUEL and price significantly affect the income of shrimp vannamei, while vitamins, medicines, fertilizers and TKLK have no significant effect on the income of shrimp Vannamei fertiliser. Relation of Benur, feed, vitamins, medicines, fertilizer, FUEL, TKLK, and the price of the income structure of shrimp Vannamei in the District Secanggang District Langkat is that the Benur, feed, FUEL, and prices relate significantly to Revenue structure of shrimp vannamei, which means the amount of cost incurred will affect the magnitude of income structure of shrimp Vannamei. Meanwhile, vitamins, medicines, fertilizer, and TKLK related to insensitivity to the income structure of shrimp vannamei, which means that the low cost incurred will affect the magnitude of the income structure of shrimp Vannamei Received.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out, analyze and understand the procedures and mechanisms that are implemented in the implementation of good governance and good governance, the efforts undertaken by the government in improving the understanding of all components of stakeholders about good governance abd law enforcement against the civil servants who commit criminal acts. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the field by conducting interviews and case studies with related parties. Secondary data obtained through library research or documentation.Through this research obtained thoughts, doctrines, opinions or conceptual thoughts from previous studies relating to the object of research research In conducting research used legal materials consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The results showed that the procedures and mechanisms that are implemented in the implementation of good governance and good governance are the implementation of good governance, clean and authoritative sustainable development and social justice, functional aspects of government that are effective and efficient in making efforts to achieve national goals. The orientation of good governance is: ideal state orientation directed towards the achievement of national goals. This orientation refers to democratization in the life of the state with its constituent elements, such as: legitimacy (whether the government is elected and has the trust of its people, accountability, securing of human rights, autonomy und devolution of power, and assurance of civilian control. A functioning government ideal, that is, effective, efficient in making efforts to achieve rational goals.This orientation, depends on the extent to which the government has competence and the extent to which political and administrative structures and mechanisms function effectively and efficiently.The efforts that must be made in increasing understanding of all components stakeholders about good governance.To achieve the socio-economic conditions above, the process of forming a democratic government is absolutely necessary. management of state institutions, good and clean governance can be realized maximally if it is supported by two interrelated elements: the state and the Civil Society in which there is a private sector. Countries with their government bureaucracy are required to change the pattern of public services from an elitist bureaucracy perspective into a populist bureaucracy. Populist bureaucracy is governance that is oriented towards serving and siding with the interests of society. Realizing the principles of good and clean governance, regional autonomy policy can be used as a medium for the transformation of the realization of the model of governance that sustains the growth of democratic culture in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a relationship between work motivation and academic supervision with the performance of the teachers of State 1 Vocational School. The technique of sampling in this study was total sampling with 48 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, before the questionnaire was distributed first carried out trial analysis, namely test validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing is done by using a correlation test. Based on the results of the correlation test that the value of r12y> 0 and the value of sig 000 <0.05, it means that the relationship between work motivation and academic supervision with the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkatan is significant. Suggestions from this study are (1) In order for teachers in State Vocational School 1 Departure to increase work motivation by supporting one another, (2) So that teachers in 1 Departure Vocational School always make school work planning, (3) For teachers in Vocational Schools Negeri 1 Pangkatan creates a conducive school environment for learning, (3) So that teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkatan carry out work in a fun way.
