Abstract

E.Meiyanto31,2,3 Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik – Universitas Muhammadiyah MalangAlamat korespondensi : Jalan Raya Tlogomas 246 Malang 65144Email: rofikatulkarimah@gmail.comABSTRACTBasically concrete brick is formed from cement, sand and water, than a breakthroughmade in manufacturing of concrete brick with the utilization of wastes which have no economicvalue are also widely available in the environment than is waste of bottom ash an carbide. In thisresearch, a normal concrete brick consist of cement, san, and water which given variation ofcarbide waste ranging from 10%, 20%, and 30%, afterwards a replacement of sand by bottomash is made with a given variation of carbide waste 10%, 20%, and 30%. Result of the researchthat applying sand as subtle aggregate and waste of carbide as additional material for cementgets the best result on the variation of carbide waste 30% with strength of compression 69,10MPa and 3,58% absorption capacity, it is better rather than normal concrete brick on the variationof carbide waste 0% with compressive strength of 48,74 MPa and 5,49 absorption capacity.After wards, by doing replacement of sand with bottom ash as subtle aggregate and addedwaste carbideas its variations is obtained the best results in the variation of carbide waste 30%with compressive strength 52,37 MPa and 6,92 of absorption capacity better rather than 0% ofvariation carbide waste with strength of compession 19,64 MPa and 12,01 of absorption capacity.Keyword: Concrete Brick, bottom ash, waste carbide.

The addition of HDPE fibersis intended to increase the tensile strength of concrete.The concrete was mixed using gresik cement type PPC, sand with the gradation limits zone 2,the gravel with a maximum grain size of 20 mm, and HDPE fibers with a width of 0.5 cm and 2.5cm long. Variations in the addition of HDPE fibers are 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%,9%, 10% of the volume of the mixture. Tensile strength testing performed with a cylindrical testpiece with a diameter of 150 mm and 300 mm height at the age of 28 days of the test object. Tensilestrength of concrete data analysis using regression analysis.The results showed that the addition of HDPE fibers can increase the value of tensile strengthsides. There is a strong pull on the sides of the optimum levels of 4% with a tensile strength of 2.86MPa increased by 18%Key words: Concrete, HDPE fibers, Tensile strength

STUDI PERENCANAAN TPA MASUKAU DENGAN SISTEMSANITARY LANDFILL DI KABUPATEN TABALONGKALIMANTAN SELATANRahmat Nazhary1, Warih K21&2 Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik – Universitas Muhammadiyah MalangAlamat korespondensi : Jalan Raya Tlogomas 246 Malang 65144ABSTRACTOpen Dumping merupakan salah satu metode pengelolaan sampah yang murah dan mudahuntuk dilakukan pada pengoperasiannya. Metode ini memiliki banyak kekurangan, karena lindi yangdihasilkan tidak dapat dikontrol, menimbulkan bau, estetika yang buruk, pencemaran air tanah danpermukaan, serta dampak negative lainnya. Namun metode inilah yang digunakan di seluruh TPAyang ada di Kabupaten Tabalong, dimana tidak ada pengelolaan/pencegahan yang baik terhadappencemaran baik air, udara, dan tanah, serta control terhadap sanitasi lingkungan.Perlu adanya perubahan metode pengelolaan sampah dari Open Dumping menjadi SanitaryLandfill sesuai UU no.18 tahun 2008 tentang pengelolaan sampah. sistem sanitary landfill inimerupakan salah satu sistem pengolahan sampah terkontrol dengan sistem sanitasi yang baik. Sampahdibuang ke Tempat Pemprosesan Akhir (TPA), kemudian sampah dipadatkan dengan bulldozer danselanjutnya di tutup tanah.Dari hasil analisa diperoleh jumlah penduduk tahun 2032 sebanyak 5.394.643 jiwa dan timbulansampah sebesar 668.760,08 m3. Dari analisa stabilitas lereng didapat nilai FS dengan menggunakanmetode Bishop = 4,322, Fellenius = 4,019, dan metode Janbu = 3,814 dinyatakan aman.Kata Kunci : Sanitary Landfill, Stabilitas Lereng, Gas Metan.
