The publication of this journal aims to disseminate theoretical and practical studies in the field of public policy throughout higher education, government institutions, non-governmental at the central, provincial, and city/district levels.

Abstract

Abstract: Employee Capability, Work Procedures, Work Culture and Quality of PublicServices. This research study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between the variablesof employee capabilities, work procedures, work culture with the quality of public services.Design research using quantitative research methods. The population is customers as much as6204 and a sample of 100 people were taken by using the formula slovin. Data collection techniquesusing questionnaires and documentation. The analysis showed that the capability of employee,job procedures and work culture has a tendency to relatively weak positive relationshipwith the variable quality of public services. Thus the hypothesis statement “there is a positiverelationship between employee capabilities, work procedures and work culture, quality of publicservices at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Indragiri Hulu” either individually or simultaneouslyacceptable.

Abstract

Abstract: Evaluation of Program Implementation Control of Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever(DHF). This study aimed to evaluate the Program Implementation Control of Dengue Feverand inhibiting factors. This research type is descriptive research with qualitative approach. Informantsin this study are the people who play a role in the program Implementation Control ofDengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the District of Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan. The techniqueof collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. Deskriptif data analysisis qualitative. The results of this study concluded that the implementation of disease controlprograms of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in the District of Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawanseen from indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracyare still many shortcomings. None of the evaluation indicators used can be fulfilled in the implementationof disease control programs of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in the District ofPangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan.
