Abstract

To send a messages a courier (salesman) Cost much time and money. Thus it become a problem to optimizing in searching the shortest route that called as Traveling Salesman’s Problem (TSP).which a salesman should delivering letters tomany places, each place must be visited in single time and then back to the starting place. The optimizing problem that should be reached isthe shorter route and the minimum cost. In this research, Fitness Sharing with Evolutionary Algorithm (EA) proposed to minimize ethe route and individual convergent (diversity) in the population of each generation, before reaching the optimum point. In the result it will produce a computation time with the minimum route.

Abstract

In general, only one antenna is used for one application. To streamline the use of an antenna, a broadband antenna can be utilized for various applications. One broadband antenna suitable for various applications are broadband antennas six branches of the plate with a single capacitive gap binomial method. This antenna works in the frequency range 0.81 GHz - 3 GHz, which has a bandwidth of 2.19 GHz with a VSWR ≤ 1.5. This antenna has a dielectric antenna different. Dielectric antenna using materials from household waste such as plastic, paper, stereofoam, and others. It became one of the benefits is because the antenna is able to utilize waste materials for the application of technology. This antenna is relatively large dimensions so that the antenna is suitable for use in the transmission system and not be used as a suitable handset. Applications that can use this antenna including GSM 1900, Wifi 2.4 GHz, amateur radio, and more. This antenna uses a binomial method and a single capacitive gap as a method of widening the bandwidth. Binomial method is used to make the antenna impedance into tiers binomial pointless to shrink the transition effect antenna impedance of each level. slit method serves as a single capacitive impedance value improvements that will affect to the bandwidth of the antenna.

Abstract

The concept of Domain Name System (DNS) health is a way to determine whether the DNS is working right, by taking examples like the health of human body. Bad quality of the university DNS server can affect the performance of the university's website that can be accessed proper by users. To evaluate the DNS performances, experimental method is conducted to find and measure response time and reliability. This parameters are analyzed to show DNS health using DNS Benchmark tool. This test involved 34 university’s websites that spread in Indonesia and has been done for two weeks. The results has shown that there are 34 university’s DNS server in a good condition.

Abstract

The potential of renewable energy in Indonesia is very large, clean and environmentally friendly. In its utilization has not been optimal pemanfataan renewable energy renewable electricity generation costs caused such solar power can't compete with the cost of energy-fueled power plant fossil remains a challenge in the energy sector. Generating statistical data in the State Llistrik 2015 the ratio of electrification in the aceh province reached 94.17% produced by fossil-fueled power plants with the largest electric energy consumption in households. Targeted national energy by 2050, an area dominated by renewable energy which is the vision of the green city Banda Aceh regarding renewable energy utilization strategy policy. The application of Building Integrated Photovoltaik (BIPV) on the minimalist house in Banda Aceh against the slope of the roof 5 °, 10 °, 15 °, 20 °, 25 °, 30 ° and 35 ° be solutions in the utilization of renewable energy. The intensity of the radiation in the city of Banda Aceh in the past year the average reach 5 kWh/m2 and the maximum temperature in the year i.e. 34.4 ° C as well as the assumption of the electric energy needs at home, minimalist type 70 of 10368 Wh/day. The results of the simulation using software Skelion get the highest PV energy estimation on minimalist House against the slope of 5 ° of 26.2 kWh/year. But in terms of the aesthetics of a house in the tropics with a good saddle roof modeling that is on a slope of 30 ° and the electric energy generated 24.5 kWh/year.

Abstract

KembangTanjung is a village located on the coast of Aceh Pidie district. Most of the community's economy to develop business in marine. Conditions of the process of making salt salt farmers do almost all of Indonesia are still using traditional technology. Development of this technology is absolutely necessary in all aspects of salt production carried salt farmers in Indonesia. Nevertheless, this development must go through stages which certainly is influenced by the value of investing in these technologies. The technology used in KembangTanjung salt farmer is a legacy technology of the salt farmers who are the ancestors of the farmers. Cultural affinity salting used will lead to reluctance to accept the new technology. To solve the problem, it is necessary to design a centrifugal pump which can reduce the work of farmers. Centrifugal pumps are designed is to use materials that can be used as a seawater pump. The sea water will cause a degree of corrosiveness of the metal material so high that fiberglass on volute and impeller components will have better optimization. The pump will be placed on the shore rather high to avoid the rising tide of sea water and then pump the sea water will flow into the storage tank through a pipeline that will be built in accordance with the needs in the area of sea water salinity. The pump is designed to have eisiensi 80% in 2000. The specific speed pump impeller diameter is 20 cm. on the condition of the water flow rate of 100 m3 /s on rotated at 500 rpm, the pump is moving at the wind of 2.5 m / s.

Abstract

The prototype of automation and supervision of water river gate is designed to control and supervise the gate when the river floods the drain. The gate would open and close automatically when the river is overflow hence flood the community’s drain. This can anticipate flooding disaster in community livelihood. This automation using probe level sensor to measure water level and DC motor as drive machine to open/close gate. The microcontroller that used as a controller is Arduino UNO. The full open and full close position of drain gate indicated by active upper and lower limit switch. In order to send information of water levels and gate positions, GSM SIM900A module were used in this research as communication technology to send SMS text to gate operator.
