Abstract

Various problems faced by mankind today require the presence of religion as a solution. Religion is not only used as a symbol of piety alone, but conceptually is able to show an effective way of solving problems. Such demands can be answered when the understanding of religion that has been using a normative theological approach is also supported by other approaches that can operationally provide answers to problems that arise, one of which is a sociological approach. The urgency of the sociological approach in understanding religion is understandable because there are many religious teachings related to social problems. It is hoped that with a sociological approach, religion will be understood easily, because religion was revealed for social purposes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the management of local wisdom in the Toba Caldera area in a review of administrative law. The method used in this research is descriptive, explanatory and juridical normative. This research was conducted in the Toba Caldera area, North Sumatra. In maintaining and preserving cultural values, customs and local wisdom, including the village of Turpuk in the formation of inter-regional cooperation based on Regional Regulations which were enhanced through Law no. 23 of 2014 in article 369 which states that cooperation is needed for efficiency and effectiveness of government administration. Then the arrangement of the Lake Toba area is very necessary to change the attitude shift from Anthropocentric to Ecocracy.

Abstract

The writing of this article seeks to describe the review of Islamic law on the sale and purchase of used clothing. The purpose of this article is to educate and advocate for readers. This type of research is qualitative legal research and normative legal research, namely what we know as library law research, namely legal articles that are carried out by researching based on materials sourced from libraries. Sources of data used by the author in this article include primary legal materials, namely applicable laws and regulations that provide descriptions of primary legal materials in the form of interpretations, general books, journals, documents and other references related to this article. From the results of this article, they are: First, buying and selling used clothes can be done with the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of buying and selling. Second, buying and selling used clothes can be done if the clothes do not cause negative effects (mudharat) for the buyer's body. Third, the practice of khiyar (choosing), in this case if the seller gets a defect at the time of buying and selling or after, before the delivery occurs, he is entitled to khiyar, but if in the transaction both parties know and are mutually willing, then there is no need for khiyar.

Abstract

This study tries to explain the socialization pattern of Islamic religious educators in preventing radicalism. The purpose of this study is to educate readers that radicalism is very dangerous to the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and must be prevented as early as possible. The practice of socializing Islamic religious instructors carried out in a persuasive and humanistic manner using religious languages ​​by always prioritizing the values ​​of tolerance. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation and structured interviews. The results of this study are: First, Islamic religious instructors conduct early detection in all remote villages. Second, instilling in the community the principle of religious moderation in order to create a harmonious, harmonious and peaceful religious life. Third, convey to the public that there is no place for radical sects in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts to build the character of students in Al Fuad Private Madrasah Aliyah. The purpose of this study is to educate readers that madrasas have a strategic role in shaping students' morals. This type of research is a qualitative research that seeks to describe social phenomena that are developing in the present mass. The data collection techniques he did were observation and unstructured interviews and then the data were analyzed objectively and then described scientifically by following the procedures for writing scientific papers. First, madrasas play an important role by optimizing madrasas as centers of character formation. Second, madrasas strengthen the integration of fellow teachers and parents of students in order to identify the daily activities of students outside the madrasa. Third, madrasa teachers must be able to become role models for students by prioritizing ethics in words and actions according to the teachings of Islam. Fourth, the madrasa will give a reprimand if there are students who violate the norms of decency and etiquette.
