At the end of 2019, an outbreak of a respiratory infection occurred in the city of Wuhan, Hubei province, People's Republic of China. The disease was later named Coronavirus disease19/COVID-19, becoming a global pandemic. The unpreparedness of the government and health facilities in dealing with the presence of this pandemic exposed problems in the health care system in various parts of the world, namely equality of access to health. Problems in the health care system also affect Indonesia. Apart from the COVID-10 pandemic, in Indonesia research on the equivalence of the distribution of hospital beds and the health care system as a whole has never been conducted or at least has not been published. This research oversight does not only occur in Indonesia, not a single ASEAN member country has ever published research on the equality of the distribution of hospital beds. This research is a descriptive study that aims to assess the equivalence of the distribution of hospital beds in the province of North Sumatra. Almost all regencies/cities in North Sumatra have hospitals, except for Gunungsitoli City, with the majority of hospitals being in Medan City.

In recent years there has been an increase in the prevalence of viral infections worldwide with the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease. Various attempts have been made to find new drugs and vaccines against the viruses that cause it, but there are no effective preventive and curative drugs yet, so boosting the immune system is one of the most important things to do. One of the natural ingredients that are believed to increase the body's immunity is Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), but it still needs more intense research. In addition to the use of natural ingredients, exercise is also important to maintain and increase immunity. One indicator that is sensitive to impaired immune response is leukocytes. This study aims to see the effect of giving VCO and physical exercise on immune function by measuring leukocyte levels. This is an experimental study with a randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study were 12 people who were divided into two groups. During the exercise with an intensity of 70-80% in two weeks with a frequency of three times a week, the experimental group was given 15 ml of VCO every day while the control group was given a placebo. Leukocyte levels were measured before and after treatment. Leukocyte levels in the control group increased significantly while the experimental group decreased insignificantly. Giving virgin coconut oil in this study significantly reduced leukocyte levels.

WHO in 2020, said some 295,000 women worldwide lost their lives during and after pregnancy and childbirth. Africa, sub-Saharan and South Asia account for around 86% of all maternal deaths worldwide. MMR in Indonesia in 2020 is 230 per 100,000 live births. Causes of maternal death are bleeding, hypertension, infection, prolonged labour, abortion, CED and anemia (Hb <11gr). The prevalence of anemia in pregnant and lactating women in Indonesia is 48.9%. The impact of anemia on pregnant women will occur during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Knowing the effectiveness of giving beetroot juice and honey to increase hemoglobin levels in nursing mothers. Quasy Experiment with Pretest Posttest With Control Group Design The sample in this study were lactating mothers with anemia who were registered at the KIA PMB Samsa Qomariyah register in May-October 2022 as many as 40 people, the sampling technique was total sampling. The average HB level in the intervention group was 10.175 gr/dl pretest and 10.865 gr/dl posttest. The average HB level in the control group was 11.250 gr/dl pretest and 11.275 gr/dl posttest. Beetroot juice and honey are effective in increasing hemoglobin levels in lactating mothers with a p.value of 0.000 (p <0.005). Beetroot juice and honey are effective in increasing hemoglobin levels in nursing mothers. It is expected that breastfeeding mothers consume vegetables and fruit that contain lots of iron and vitamin C to increase HB levels and prevent anemia.

WHO in 2020 stated that the prevalence of stunting under five worldwide was 22 percent or as many as 149.2 million. The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia (24.4%) is better than Myanmar (35%), but still higher than Vietnam (23%), Malaysia (17%), Thailand (16%) and Singapore (4%). The prevalence of stunting in West Java in 2021 is 24.5%, while in Bekasi Regency it is 21.3%. The impact of stunting is intelligence, impaired physical growth, high risk of diabetes, obesity, cancer, stroke, and low economic productivity. Knowing the effectiveness of giving supplementary food to the increase in height and weight of stunting toddlers. Quasi experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study were all 18 toddlers who experienced stunting at the Setiamekar Health Center in 2021 and 2022. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique. The average height of stunted toddlers before being given the Supplementary Feeding Biscuits was 74.06 kg and afterward was 89.51 kg. The average body weight of stunted toddlers before being given the Supplementary Feeding Biscuits was 9.05 kg and after that it was 13.22 kg. There is the effectiveness of giving supplementary food to the increase in height and weight of stunted toddlers with a p value of 0.000. There is the effectiveness of giving additional food to the increase in height and weight of stunted toddlers. It is hoped that health workers will provide counseling more often about the importance of providing balanced nutrition to toddlers to avoid stunting Reading List: 39 readings (2015-2021).

Determining the tariff for radiology examination services is a very important decision, because it can affect the profitability of a hospital. Activity Based Costing is a system of accumulating costs and charging costs to products using various cost drivers by tracing the costs of each activity and then tracing the costs from activities to products. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the activity based costing method as an alternative to CT Thorax service rates in the radiology unit at RSU Royal Prima Medan. The data analysis technique used in this study is a non-statistical quantitative analysis technique. Data in the form of numbers obtained from RSU Royal Prima Medan which contains the calculations are then analyzed using the ABC (Activity Based Costing) Implementation theory. The results showed that the unit cost for CT Thorax examination in the radiology unit of RSU Royal Prima Medan using the activity based costing method was Rp. 1,646,693. The real cost of a CT Thorax examination at the radiology unit of the Royal Prima Medan General Hospital is Rp. 1,897,500. There is a difference in the cost of CT Thorax examination at the radiology unit of RSU Royal Prima Medan with unit costs using the activity based costing method and using real cost calculations at RSU Royal Prima Medan with a cost difference of Rp.250,809. The results showed that the unit cost for CT Thorax examination in the radiology unit of RSU Royal Prima Medan using the activity based costing method was Rp. 1,646,693. WHO and UNICEF data, in 2013 around 22 million babies were born in the world, of which 16% of them were born with low birth weight babies. Indonesia ranks third as a country with the highest prevalence of LBW (11.1%), after India (27.6%) and South Africa (13.2%). In addition, Indonesia is also the second country with the highest prevalence of LBW among ASEAN countries, after the Philippines (21.2%). The impact of LBW on babies is at risk for degenerative diseases, and babies will experience mental disabilities if the baby experiences a lack of nutrition for a long time. Knowing the analysis of risk factors for low birth weight events. Analytical with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was 95 babies born at Kartika Husada Hospital Bekasi in January-June 2021 (systematic random sampling). Most pregnant women did not give birth to low birth weight babies (69.5%), aged 20-35 years (89.5%), did not have preeclampsia (94.7%), gestational age 37-42 weeks (76.8%), and did not KPD (84.2%). There is a relationship between maternal age, pre-eclampsia, gestational age and KPD with the incidence of LBW at Kartika Husada Bekasi Hospital in 2022 (p. value <0.005).There is a relationship between maternal age, pre-eclampsia, gestational age and KPD with the incidence of LBW at Kartika Husada Bekasi Hospital in 2022. It is hoped that pregnant women will try to prevent the occurrence of KPD which can cause the birth of LBW babies.
