Abstract

One of the ways to maintain and improve the quality of service and security on the network of an agency of the Barangin Sub-District Office, Sawahlunto City (Central) is to add a VPN feature. Administrators who always monitor the flow of traffic by accessing routers and access points to find out network conditions. There are times when the Administrator is on a public network, he or she cannot access routers and access point devices because the Public IP obtained is Dynamic (random). To solve this problem, it is done through the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method by combining the L2TP and IPsec VPN protocol systems on Mikrotik. A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a private and secure network using a public network such as the internet. One of the bases for securing VPN technology is Internet Protocol Security (IPSec). IPSec is a protocol used to secure datagram transmission on TCP/IP-based networks. This study aims to design and implement a VPN network system by utilizing a public network, where this system provides advanced security enhancements on the internet network using IPSec. The information/data sent will be confidential with an automatic encryption method through the L2TP tunnel method from the server to the branch/client computer and vice versa. The VPN is implemented using a layer 2 (L2TP) tunneling protocol using two Mikrotik routers. There are few changes to the computer network configuration to minimize costs and implementation time. Tests are carried out to implement security on the network using the command prompt, where the admin observes packet loss and delay parameters to determine the increase in security quality on the network.

Abstract

Dalam proses pertukaran data antara kantor pusat dan kantor cabang diperlukan teknologi agar data yang dikirim menjadi aman. VPN adalah sebuah teknologi yang membuat jaringan private (pribadi) dengan menggunakan jaringan publik agar proses pertukaran data menjadi aman, seperti yang diterapkan pada Dinkominfo Kabupaten Muko-muko. Data yang dipertukarkan oleh Dinkominfo berupa data text untuk layanan FTP, HTTP, dan data absensi. Data – data tersebut merupakan data penting yang perlu diamankan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kerja jaringan dengan menggunakan parameter uji latency (delay), packet loss, dan throughput pada jaringan VPN pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Muko-Muko dengan menggunakan metode PPTP (Point to Point Tunneling Protocol) dan L2TP (Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol) merupakan pilihan protokol VPN yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pertukaran data antar jaringan yang berbeda. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian antar kedua protokol tersebut dengan mengamati parameter throughput, delay, dan packet loss untuk mengetahui protokol manakah yang memiliki performansi terbaik. Dapat dijadikan alternative bagi kantor pemerintah sebagai peningkatan kualitas keamanan jaringan dengan menggunakan metode PPTP dan L2TP.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan suatu badan usaha yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok atau individu yang tidak memiliki kaitan dengan perusahaan tertentu. Pasca pandemi COVID-19, menyebabkan pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi di Indonesia mengalami dampak yang signifikan, terutama pada sektor UMKM yang menjadi tumpuan masyarakat hingga saat ini. Pelaku UMKM membutuhkan strategi pemasaran digital di era revolusi industri 4.0 dan society 5.0 guna menyeimbangkan kemajuan ekonomi dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi saat ini dan di masa yang akan datang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat teknologi adopsi UMKM di Kota Pekanbaru menggunakan Fuzzy C-Means. Kriteria yang digunakan pada penelitian ini di antaranya, nama UMKM, tahun mulai usaha, jenis usaha, jumlah tenaga kerja, modal, asset dan omset. Berdasarkan hasil análisis data yang dilakukan pada iterasi 1, metode Fuzzy C-Means belum menghasilkan nilai error yang diharapkan serta fungsi objektif yang diperoleh sebesar 439,8768.

Abstract

The low quality of service is a problem that affects people's satisfaction. The Padang City One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service, and sometimes it is problematic in assessing the quality of its services. The object of the study is to see the Service quality of Community Licensing in the Padang City DPMPTSP. In this research, there are 15 respondent data originating from the licensing and complaints section of the Padang City DPMPTSP. Based on the analysis of the data, a research was conducted on the quality of community satisfaction. The fuzzy servqual method can be used to explain the uncertainty about information about certain parts of the problem at hand, such as community satisfaction, response quality, expectations and service quality. The results of this research show the distribution data and the percentage of business actor satisfaction quality on service performance so that it can be seen that 47.41% of business actors are satisfied with the performance of the service and 52.59% of business actors who assess the Padang City DPMPTSP service as very satisfactory. Conclusion From the test results Fuzzy servqual method has been able to provide knowledge on the quality of service quality. To assist the licensing and complaints department in improving the service quality of the Padang City DPMPTSP.

Abstract

Bram Cell store is a store that sells various types of low-end smartphones at affordable prices. However, the problem faced by the Bram Cell Store is processing data in selecting the best low-end smartphone, because there is no special system for selecting the best low-end smartphone, so it takes a long time to determine. To overcome this problem, this research was conducted with the aim of building a Decision Support System (DSS) by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is useful for simplifying the smartphone selection process. The design of a decision support system using the SAW method produces applications that perform effective and efficient selection. Abstract

Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is a system that can simplify the process of handling various human resource management activities in a company in a structured and comprehensive manner. HRMS can assist management in carrying out their duties and assist companies in achieving goals and minimizing the risk of loss due to errors in managing employee data, especially in terms of payroll. The number of components in managing employees in a company will make the management in carrying out their duties a little more complicated and complex. So it is necessary to have a system that can manage all components of employee management in one centralized system. In this study, a web-based HRMS has been designed that can be used by employee management and also the employees themselves. From the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of HRMS at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Lingga Regency can assist employee management in managing all employee data including data collection, planning, management, and directing activities effectively and efficiently and can minimize the human error factor.
