Abstract

Proses rekrutmen merupakan sebuah proses yang dilakukan dalam mencari serta melakukan seleksi kepada seorang calon karyawan dalam mengisi posisi atau jabatan disebuah organisasi. Proses rekrutmen ini mampu memberikan peran penting dalam menciptakan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah model analisis rekrutmen dalam penyeleksian karyawan baru pada PT. Stellindo Motor. Model analisis rekrutmen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Adapun dataset penelitian didapat berdasarkan data calon pelamar kerja yang terdapat pada sumber bagian Human Resource Development (HRD). Adapun data tersebut didapatkan variabel analisis berupa X1 (Pengalaman di Dunia Kerja), X2 (Keterampilan dalam Menangani Permasalahan), X3 (Kelancaran dalam Berbicara), X4 (Responsive Dalam Menjawab Pertanyaan), X5 (Mampu Berkomunikasi dengan Baik), X6 (Umur), dan X7 (Status Perkawinan). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode SAW mampu memberikan hasil analisis cukup baik. Hasil SAW mampu menyajikan keluaran dalam bentuk perangkingan bagi tiap calon karyawan. Secara keseluruhan penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi PT. Stellindo Motor dalam penentuan karyawan baru sehingga dengan model analisis ini dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi alternatif dalam permasalahan proses rekrutmen karyawan

Abstract

In general, information and communication technology or ICT (Information and Communication Technology) has become an inseparable part of global life. In the global era, the website aims to convey information digitally, such as the creation of a digital book library website for the need for information technology in disseminating information. The main problem faced by the Indonesian people, especially in the field of education during the COVID-19 pandemic, is the low level of quality of human resources. One of the efforts to improve the quality of resources for children, millennials, and even adults is the development of interest in reading books and the habit of reading books. The library is expected to be a center for the development of interest in reading books and the habit of reading books. During the COVID-19 pandemic, of course, libraries will be closed to prevent crowds and prevent the spread of COVID-19. Based on this problem, interest in reading books is getting lower, and to find books on the internet, on average, they are paid and difficult to access. To overcome these problems, new innovations and developments are needed from classic libraries to digital libraries by collaborating with computerized technology and information technology so that the resulting information can be presented quickly, precisely, efficiently and free of charge.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities were threatened with a decline in the quality of world education, including the quality of education in Indonesia. Students and teachers cannot interact to carry out educational activities at school. Meanwhile, in the world of education, interaction and communication are very important for the growth and development of student knowledge. If this is lost, then one generation of students could be threatened by poor quality education services caused by the covid-19 virus. Although the internet has been developed in the world of education for a long time, there are still many schools that are still unable to develop it properly for students. This is evident when the national exams were held before the Covid-19 period, there were still many schools that did not understand and understood providing facilities directly to students. This is a challenge in itself for Indonesia when the covid-19 virus attacks and paralyzes all activities. Forcing all activities to be done inside the house and reducing all activities outside the home. Learning activities and examinations are important activities that are always the focus of the school every semester. This activity previously required students to be in school, but during the pandemic this should not be done due to the government's decision to limit the spread of the virus. All schools must think hard for a solution to this problem. Schools take an important role in school activities so that the quality of education services does not decrease drastically. Private schools are no exception, whose activities come from greater than that of students' parents. While many students' parents think that if there are no activities at school, the money for school payments will be postponed. Schools only have one choice so that the learning process and exams continue, namely by using an online application that can adjust national standards and school standards. Although there are many applications in circulation, many of these applications cannot be adapted to school conditions at a low cost. Mostly, if the school wants changes to the application, then the developer sets a lot of rates that the school cannot afford. Learning and examinations are activities where the administration must also exist for reporting by schools. The reporting format, of course, is different for each school with their respective systems. With the mobile application developed by researchers and implemented according to school administration, in general, learning activities and examinations continue to run with results that can be accounted for because they have reports that are adjusted by the school.

Abstract

In the world of technology and information, the application of technology in terms of visualization on computer graphics is very useful. From all walks of life, especially children, they can learn something Islamic to help study religion, one of which is through an interesting 3D animation. So that the animation movement is smooth and looks real can be done by various methods. In this study, one method is used, namely, the pose to pose method in an Islamic 3D animation design entitled "Ghibah!". The pose to pose technique is a method used in the animation process. The pose to pose method implements basic human movements in 3D animation so that the animation looks real. The design of 3D animation for making characters will use make human tools more often, which will then be imported into Blender software to be designed as a whole.

Abstract

Ordering goods online on the Marketplace is a very popular public habit today because it is very easy to use which can save time, cost, and effort. One of the most visited Marketplaces by customers is the Shopee Marketplace, in this Marketplace, many customers have difficulty determining the best item because the same item is available in several stores with different characteristics, so many ordered items do not match what they expect. This study aims to apply an analytical model in determining the best order for goods on the Shopee Marketplace using a Decision Support System (SPK) with the Weighted Product (WP) method. The performance of the WP method is able to perform weighted multiplication on each criterion after being ranked and the decision results in the form of ranking produce solutions in determining the best order for goods on the Shopee Marketplace. The criteria used to consist of Price (C1), Product Quality (C2), Online Customer Reviews (C3), Number of Goods Sold (C4), Delivery Time (C5), Payment System (C6), and Shipping Discounts (C7). The results of this study which are presented in the performance of the WP method are able to determine the highest value of goods in several stores in the same type of goods, after the ranking results, namely Item A, Store 5, get a value of 0.130237 as the best order of goods.

Abstract

Sales at minimarkets have had ups and downs since the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the problem was found, namely the number of products in minimarkets that were not sold or vice versa, there was a demand for products, but they were not available in minimarkets. Data mining can be a solution to solving this problem. This study proposes a hybrid data mining method by combining the K-Means and K-Nearest Neighbors algorithms. The combination of this method works in two stages, namely clustering the products sold which are then continued by classifying the sales of these products. The data used in this study is data for toiletries and washing products as many as 20 products. From the results of research conducted, there are 14 products that have many enthusiasts from 20 products. Of the 14 products used as training data, a sales classification was carried out for 1 new product with stock criteria 200, sold 100, and price Rp. 10,000. From the test results, the new product classification is High Sales with accuracy in the classification reaching 85.7143%. The use of a hybrid method between the K-Means and K-Nearest Neighbors algorithms has a significant influence in determining the classification results. For further research, it is recommended to have a prediction process from the classification results that have been found, so that they have a greater influence on the use of this hybrid data mining method.

Abstract

Pelayanan Permohonan Informasi Publik (PPID) Bawaslu saat ini masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan buku registrasi melalui googlesheet dalam melakukan rekapitulasi data. Proses ini memiliki tingkat kesalahan yang cukup tinggi seperti redudansi data terhadap sebuah pendataan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem PPID unuk melakukan proses pengolahan guna mempermudah pemohon dalam mengajukan permohonan informasi publik. Proses yang diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi PPID juga mampu meminimaliris kesalahan serta kendala dalam mengelola informasi publik dan dapat menyimpan dokumentasi lebih baik. Metode perancangan dan pembangunan sistem menggunakan metode DSDM (Dynamic System Development Method). Metode ini bekerja secara optimal dalam menentukan sistem yang akan dibangun telah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Tahapan penelitian metode DSDM dilihat berdasarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang telah berjalan sesuai dengan waktu dan anggaran biaya serta hasil keputusan yang didapat berupa sistem pengelolaan dan pelayanan informasi publik. Hasil penelitian ini menyajikan sebuah sistem yang dibangun dengan metode DSDM yang mengadopsi pemograman berbasis web mampu melakukan proses pengelolaan sebuah informasi public. Kinerja metode DSDM mampu mengutamakan keterlibataan pengguna secara berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan pengembangan secara berulang dan bertambah terhadap perubahan untuk membangun sistem perangkat lunak yang memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis tepat waktu dan tepat anggaran
