Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the use of computer hardware in online learning has a positive effect on online student satisfaction, investigate the role of The use of computer software in online learning has a positive effect on online student satisfaction and investigate the role of Lecturer involvement in online learning has a positive effect on student satisfaction learning online. This research will use exploratory descriptive method. This means that the research will begin by providing an overview about each variable studied descriptively, then study the relationship pattern and its influence exploratively. Based on the formulation of the problem and objectives to be achieved, this study uses a survey method. In taking the sample, the researcher used a sample of level 1 and 2 students filled out the Google Form questionnaire as many as 168 people. Because learning is online, the distribution of questionnaires is also carried out using existing technological facilities using Google Drive with the Google Form application. In this case, SEM with SmartPLS is an alternative technique in SEM analysis. The data used does not have to be multivariate normal distribution. In SEM with SmartPLS the value of the latent variable can be estimated according to the linear combination of the manifest variables associated with a latent variable and is treated to replace the manifest variable. According to Monecke & Leisch (2012) in Sarwono and Narimawati (2015), SEM with SmartPLS consists of 2 components, namely: (1) Inner Model and (2) Outer Model.The results of data processing with SmartPLS show that The use of computer hardware in online learning has a positive effect on online student satisfaction, The use of computer software in online learning has a positive effect on online student satisfaction, Lecturer involvement in online learning has a positive effect on student satisfaction learning online

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of digital learning on motivation and the effect of digital learning on student learning satisfaction during the Covid 19 Pandemic in high schools.This research is using a quantitative research approach. In this case, this research is to determine the effect of digital learning during the pandemic period on learning motivation through high school student learning satisfaction. This study aims to describe and explain and analyze the influence of 3 (three) variables, namely the Digital Learning variable (Y), the Learning Motivation variable (X1), and the Learning Satisfaction variable (X2). The three variables above will simultaneously be tested for the relationship and the level of the relationship in this research. The exogenous variable in this study is Digital Learning (Y), while the endogenous variables are Learning Motivation (X1) and Learning Satisfaction (X2). The strength level of the relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variables was analyzed to determine the predictive ability of exogenous variables to endogenous variables and to determine the construct model of variables that have a significant relationship, the data analysis technique used was structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software tools. The respondents to this study were 450 high school teachers who were determined using the simple random sampling method. The questionnaire was designed using a Liker scale of 7, the questionnaires were distributed online using social media. The results of the analysis show that digital learning has a significant effect on the learning motivation variable, the use of digital technology as a Learning facilities have a positive effect on the emergence of student learning motivation so that it is expected that student learning achievement can be achieved optimally. Digital learning has a significant effect on learning satisfaction variables. With Digital Learning, some students are not influenced by the environment, students maximally learn by their own will (for example, independent learning, with varied places and media) even without motivation or reinforcement from people around them, work regularly and focus and like competition. Appropriate use of new technology can assist in delivering material in a way that students can learn successfully and find satisfaction.

Abstract

The era of digitalization requires teachers to be proficient in using and utilizing digital media and mastering digital competencies in it. The purpose of this study is to prove the relationship between digital literacy, critical thinking skills, and self-directed learning in MI teachers. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection in the form of a psychological scale. The research subjects totaled 154 teachers who were divided into 12 educational institutions in Pakong District, using a purposive sampling technique, namely teachers with an age range of 27-60 years who had Android mobile phones and could access WhatsApp. The research data analysis method uses Spearman Rho's non-parametric analysis assisted by SPSS version 25 for windows. The results of the study show that critical thinking skills have a positive correlation with digital literacy with an rho value of 0.381. Self-directed learning is also proven to have a positive correlation with digital literacy with an rho value of 0.442 and a significance level (p <0.01). The results of the research in this thesis also identify that self-directed learning has a more dominant effective contribution to digital literacy than critical thinking skills, which is 19.5%.

Abstract

Work is a form of conscious attachment between individuals and objects. This attachment is actively carried out to achieve work goals. Every person who works for a company receives compensation in accordance with the agreement In reality, not all human resources are able to behave productively to carry out their duties and obligations. There are many cases that deviations are made during the work process. This deviation disrupts the existing work system. The reason of this consider is to look at work connection with self-efficacy factors and organizational recognitions. The consider utilized quantitative strategies with different relapse investigation. The results of the study of 203 participants stated that perceptions of organizational support contributed more to employee engagement.

Abstract

The research findings consistently indicate that the emergence of alternative digital credit, provided by FinTech and BigTech firms, has a significant and negative impact on the performance of the banking sector. This impact is observed in both developed and developing countries, leading to decreased bank returns, intermediation margins, and profitability. The negative effect is influenced by various factors, including the degree of stability and market power in the banking sector, the level of competition, and the extent of physical banking infrastructure. Additionally, the growth of digital lending is negatively correlated with banking credit, suggesting a potential substitution effect. The studies address endogeneity concerns and conduct robustness tests to confirm the findings, ensuring the reliability of the results. The implications of the research suggest that the banking industry may need to adapt its business models to compete in an increasingly digital environment, and policymakers should consider regulating new participants in the credit markets to ensure financial stability. These findings provide valuable insights into the impact of alternative digital credit on the banking industry's performance, highlighting the need for banks to adapt to the changing landscape of digital finance and the potential implications for financial stability.

Abstract

Judul pada penelitian ini adalah Cash Ratio Pengaruhnya terhadap Minat Menabung Nasabah (studi Pada Perseroan Terbatas (PT) Bank Sariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Kendari, Peneltian ini adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif, dengan klasifikasi penelitian parametrik, sebab unit analisisnya adalah nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Kendari.Dari Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada Pengaruh Cash Ratio Terhadap Minat Menabung Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif yaitu dari salah satu uji statistic pada uji one sample tes yaitu 0,00. Ini berarti bahwa semakin sehat dan semakin baik cash ratio pada suatu bank maka akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap minat menabung nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia atau disingkat (BSI) pada Cabang Kota Kendari.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has become focus study management and behavior organizational. OCB defined as contribution volunteer individuals who exceed description their formal position. Study This aim conducta literature review about influence culture organization and support organizational towards OCB. Research methods is a literature review systematic with analyzed 10 articles study empirical 2014-2024. The results show that culture organization, satisfaction work, and commitment organization influential positive towards OCB. Supportive culture _ collaboration and attention to employees can increase OCB. Intelligence emotional and support Organizations also have an influence positive on OCB because fulfil need psychology and encourage reciprocity. In conclusion, culture positive and supportive organization organization in a way significant can increasing organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The business feasibility study of CentralHive Capsule Hostel business in Batam City discusses the concept of capsule hostel with affordable prices for domestic and foreign tourists visiting Batam City. The business feasibility study conducted covers aspects of marketing, operations, human resources, and finance. The location is selected based on the analysis of physical attributes, as well as community support for the capsule hostel concept attached to pre-questionnaire data. Then, in terms of marketing aspects, it includes target market strategy, pricing, and marketing mix. The operational plan involves guest activities, employees, and facilities, while the human resources aspect includes organizational structure and training programs. Financially, this business feasibility study considers initial investment, operational costs, revenue, and financial statement projections. The objective of this business feasibility study is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the capsule hostel accommodation business to be developed, to determine whether the business is feasible or not. The method used is primary data obtained from questionnaires, observations, and structured interviews. There are at least 110 respondents used as samples in this business feasibility study. Based on the conducted analysis, CentralHive Capsule Hostel shows great potential in the hospitality industry

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (i) bagaimana kekhawatiran karyawan (job insecurity) dalam menjalankan pekerjaan yang dirasa berat (work overload) dan, (ii) apakah hal tersebut akan berdampak pada keinginan karyawan keluar dari perusahaan (turnover). Dengan menggunakan pendekatakan kuantitatif yang melalui pengumpulan data primer dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Generasi Z yang bekerja di Kota Semarang, dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow untuk menentukan sampel sebanyak 96 orang dengan kriteria Generasi Z dengan usia 18 – 26 tahun. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics versi 29. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai thitung 6.038 > 1,661 dan taraf signifikansi < 5% ( 0,001 < 0,05), dengan ini hipotesis 1 (H1) yang menyatakan job insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dapat diterima. Hasil analisis work overload dengan angka t hitung 0,975 < 1,661 dan taraf signifikansi > 5% ( 0,332 > 0,05), dengan ini hipotesis 2 (H2) ditolak. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan Work overload tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada pekerja usia generasi Z di kota Semarang. Kata kunci: job insecurity, work overload, turnover intention, generasi Z.

Abstract

Citra Sundari Hospital as the organizer of health efforts has the responsibility to provide health services to the entire community. Therefore, improving the quality of service is needed in an effort to attract patients to seek treatment at Citra Sundari Hospital. This research was conducted to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with hospital services and to find out what attributes are the main priority in improving service quality to improve service quality at Citra Sundari Hospital, by distributing closed questionnaires and calculating using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. From the calculation results of the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) method, the suitability level value is 100.43% and in the Cartesian diagram of 30 attributes there are 14 attributes that express service satisfaction at Citra Sundari Hospital, namely attribute numbers 1,3,4,6,7 , 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19 and 20. The results of the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method for Citra Sundari Hospital obtained a score of 92.17%, showing that Citra Sundari Hospital customers felt "Very Satisfied", so it could be said that the performance of Citra Sundari Hospital is very good and meets patient satisfaction with hospital services.
