Abstract

Apparatus of Pagedangan Ilir village who do not use standard indicators for the determination of pre-prosperous families and the absence of specific indicators owned by Pagedangan Ilir Village. It will have an impact on the targeting of beneficiaries of a welfare program, thus it will to make the community welfare program less effective.This research aims to formulate indicators of poverty and measurement of community welfare in Pagedangan Ilir Village. The formulation of poverty indicators and measurements of welfare is a review of various poverty indicators or standard welfare measures from government institutions and past researches. In this paper, the research that has been conducted by Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) becomes the basic benchmark to measure the welfare of the community in Pagedangan Ilir Village, with the results obtained in the form of welfare based on indicators index, dimension index and aggregate index. The results of the research showed that in aggregate, there were no families in Pagedangan Ilir Village classified as "Very Poor", then 32% of families were classified as "Poor", 67% of families were classified as "Prosperous", and 1% of families were classified as "Very Prosperous". Then, classification of welfare levels according to the the average aggregate welfare index, the family in Pagedangan Ilir Village is categorized as "Prosperous" with an index of 55.88.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influences between price, service quality and word of mouth to purchase decision of Sabana Fried Chicken.  This research used quantitative approach through survey to 105 responses who have known or buying Sabana Fried Chicken. The sample selection technique has been done using non-probability sampling or purposive sampling. Data analysis technique is using multiplied linear regression analysis, though the hypothesis test uses test –t. Based on the result of hypothesis analysis shows that price has significant effect to purchase decision proved by t value 6,633 1,983, service quality has no significant effect to purchase decision proved by t value 1,058 1,983 and word of mouth has significant effect to purchase decision proved by t value 8,327 1,983

Abstract

The aim of the writer is to do this research to find out whether there are effects of product quality, price and promotion with purchasing decisions. From the results of observations made by the authors it turns out that purchasing decisions can be influenced by product quality, price, and promotion. The method of data collection for this research is by distribusing surveys and questionnaires, data analytical technic by the validity test, reliability, normality test, homogeneity test, and regression analytic test using a tool help with the SPSS program version 19. After doing research and through the process of data analysis obtained the results that the quality of products, prices, and promotions have a significant effect on increasing purchasing decisions, based on the results of the calculation of the f test obtained f count value of 62.889. F count value is greater than f table. The coefficient of determination R2 is 0.771, meaning the variation of the purchase decision variable can be explained by variations in the variables of product quality, price, and promotion by 77.1%, while the remaining 22.9% is explained by other variables outside the regression model.

Abstract

Our research is aimed to find out the implementation of the new policy that Bank Indonesia sets regarding the change of BI Rate reference rate to BI 7 Days Reserve Repo Rate and its effect on UMKM’s credit in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research using time series data and the method used is simple linear regression method using SPSS. Based on the results of this study indicates that there is a difference between the number of  UMKM’s credit, ie increasing the number of UMKM credit, when the BI 7 Day Reverse Repo Rate is enacted. The researcher hopes that Bank Indonesia will focus more on the determination of BI 7 Days REPO, because the policy has an effect on the number of UMKM credit and is expected to increase the state treasury.

Abstract

The shopping pattern may change selectivity based on the differences in customers view toward a product or service offered. In order to grow, the company must be able to create a competitive advantage in the form of good quality service to the consumers.This reseach use to analyze the development of the business of Rumah Lulur  Salon Wanita, the first ever SPA for women available in the City of Ternate. The purpose of this reseach is to reveal the obstacles and challenges faced and how to overcome them with suitable business strategies. This research used a qualitative study analysis with an explotarative method by interview the owner observes the location. The result of analysis shows that some key factors that can be applied in the future for the development of Rumah Lulur Salon Wanita are: First, design business strategy through 7P’s Marketing Mix (Service, Physical Evidence, Promotion, and People). Second, develop the business model canvas through the value proposition and key partners.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to stock prices. The object for this research is property and real estate industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2016. This research was conducted using quantitative menthod with total 35 sample of research were determined by purposive sampling method. Method of hypothesis testing using t-test. This research use Price Earning Ratio (X1), Earning Per Share (X2), Debt to Equity Ratio (X3) as independent variable and Stock Price as dependent variable. The results of this research are Price Earning Ratio and Earning Per Share positive and has significant effect to stock prices, whlile the Debt to Equity Ratio positive and has no significant effect to stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know if there any relation between quality product impact and price to buying decision and the result of the observation that writer did found that buying decision can be affected by the quality product and price.The method of data collection for this research is by distribusing surveys and questionnaires, data analytical technic by the validity test, reliability, normality test, homogeneity test, and regression analytic test using a tool help with the SPSS program version 22.0. The research results showed that quality product variable (X1) to buying decision variable (Y) is showing by the correlation coefficient (R= 0,699) mean significant and positive. Also the price variable (X2) to buying decision variable (Y) showed by correlation coefficient (R=0,766) mean significant and positive. Together on prediction ability between quality product variable (X1) and price variable (X2) to buying decision variable (Y) are showing by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 10,763 + 0,157X1+ 0,415X2 is very significant. Correlation coefficient have the equality of positive (R = 0,779) determines (R-Square = 0,607 = 60,7%). Meaning the buying decision variable (Y) can be determined by the quality product variable (X1) and price variable (X2) and the rest (41%) is determine by the other variable that can not be explained in this research.
