<![CDATA[This research aims to explore the influence of the quality of human resources (HR) on the competitiveness of MSMEs, with a focus on street vendors in the Lembang Square area. The research method used is qualitative, with a descriptive approach, data is collected through interviews, observation and documentation, and analyzed descriptively. The research results show that the quality of human resources (HR) in the Lembang Square area tends to be low, which affects the competitiveness of traders' businesses. Factors that influence the quality of HR (Human Resources) include education, training and experience. Traders at higher levels tend to have broader knowledge of business management, while MSME training has a positive impact on traders' understanding and business skills. However, some traders are less interested in taking part in training because of the perception that the training does not provide significant changes. Previous experience also plays an important role in developing the quality of HR (Human Resources).]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, service quality and facilities on consumer satisfaction at Saung Apung Napak Sancang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers who ate or had eaten at Saung Apung Napak Sancang by taking a sample of 100 consumers. This research uses Linear Regression Test analysis. Hypothesis testing uses partial tests (t) and simultaneous tests (F) with the help of SPSS version 29.0.2.0 (20). Partial test results (t) show that the variables Product Quality (X1) and Facilities (X3) have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, Service Quality (X2) has no effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Simultaneous test results (F Test) show that there is a positive relationship between Product Quality, Service Quality and Facilities on Consumer Satisfaction, with an Fcount value of 63.041 > Ftable 2.703 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that the variables Product Quality, Service Quality and Facilities jointly influence Consumer Satisfaction at Saung Apung Napak Sancang. The results of the determination test (R²) produced by the variables product quality, service quality and facilities have an effect on consumer satisfaction of 0.663 or 66.3%.]]>

<![CDATA[Research objectives: (1) Analyze the influence of fundamental IT training on employee work productivity on the Indonesian Muslim University campus (2) The influence of work skills on employee work productivity on the Indonesian Muslim University campus, (3) The influence of work experience on employee work productivity on the Muslim University campus Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Indonesian Muslim University. The population used in this research was 200 employees who had taken Fundamental IT training and based on calculations from the Slovin formula, a sample of 67 respondents was obtained. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to identify how much influence each independent variable has on work productivity. The research results show that: (1) Fundamental IT training does not have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (2) Work Skills have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (3) Work Experience has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity.]]>

<![CDATA[The influence of the internal work environment, job characteristics and organizational commitment on employee performance in the Serdang Bedagai Social Service (case study of data collection techniques). Government agencies were established with the aim of providing optimal civil, social and economic rights services to every citizen. Employee performance is influenced by various factors including the internal work environment, job characteristics and organizational commitment. This research aims to explain whether there is an influence of the internal work environment, job characteristics and organizational commitment on employee performance in the Serdang Bedagai Social Service. The population in this study was a sample of 30 people using population techniques. The independent variables are the internal work environment (X1), job characteristics (X2), and organizational commitment (X3) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Data collection methods used were questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis method used was percentage description analysis and multiple regression methods.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for karawo products in Gorontalo City. This population consisted of 50 people and used a simple random sampling technique. In this case, to confirm the research hypothesis which was collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by the SPSS (Stratistical Product and Service Solutions) application 22. The research results show that: (1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase karawo; (2) Price has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for Karawo products; (3) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase karawo. Research recommendations: (1) High product quality in the future must be maintained properly, take advantage of developments in digitalization to improve product quality in line with current developments and the need for special education and training for karawo craftsmen to be able to develop products; (2) When determining prices, you should pay attention to the suitability between the quality and benefits of the product being marketed and the price; (3) Cooperation between stakeholders is needed to be able to promote Karawo products]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Tofu Bakso Kenari products in Solo Raya . The main focus of this research is to determine the extent to which product quality influences consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative descriptive using external data sources obtained through questionnaires distributed to consumers of Kenari Meatball Tofu products. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, which allows the selection of respondents based on certain criteria that are relevant to this research. This research concludes that product quality and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Kenari Tahu Bakso in Solo Raya, while service quality and price do not have a significant influence. The implications of this research can be used as a guide for producers in improving their marketing strategies.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of work culture and work discipline on employee performance at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of North Penajam Paser. This study uses a quantitative method to assess the Influence of Work Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of North Penajam Paser. Data were obtained from 42 employees using questionnaires and primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics, including classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression to evaluate variable influences. The results show that work culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant relationship with employee performance, and work culture and work discipline together have a significant influence on employee performance. For research suggestions, as a strategy to maintain work culture and work discipline at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of North Penajam Paser, creating and implementing a reward or incentive system as a form of appreciation for employees who consistently demonstrate high commitment to work culture and work discipline. The reward system may include bonuses, public recognition, or career development opportunities as additional motivation for dedicated employees.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Competence, Organizational Commitment and motivation on Employee Performance at the National Unity and Political Agency of North Penajam Paser Regency partially and jointly. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research using Multiple Linear Regression data analysis using SPSS software. Primary data was obtained from respondents, namely employees of the National Unity and Politics Agency for North Penajam Paser Regency. The population was 45 ASN and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling, meaning the entire population was sampled in this study. The results of the research show that partially there is a positive influence between Competence, Organizational Commitment and Motivation on the Performance of Employees of the National Unity and Political Agency of North Penajam Paser Regency. Together, there is also a positive influence between Competence, Organizational Commitment and motivation on the Performance of Employees of the National Unity and Political Agency of North Penajam Paser Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This aims to measure public services, information technology, and taxpayer compliance in increasing the effectiveness of tax revenue through the role of communication quality at the Regional Revenue Agency of North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province. This quantitative research data collection was carried out by questionnaire to 63 respondents. The results of the returned and valid questionnaires were 63 people. Data processing using descriptive statistical analysis with validity test methods, reliability tests and classical assumption tests using the SPSS program. The testing technique often used by researchers to test validity is to use path analysis. and using the questionnaire reliability test method in the study used the Cronbach's Alpha method with a correlation limit of 0.7, it is said that the item provides a sufficient level of reliability. The classic assumption test is a normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of this study concluded that based on the path analysis test, the results of the direct and indirect effects of Public Services (X1), Information Technology (X2), and Taxpayer Compliance (X3) on the Effectiveness of Tax Revenue (Y) through Communication Quality (Z) showed that the direct effect was smaller than the indirect effect.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the effect of government spending in the subsidy sector, education levels on poverty in Indonesia in 2017-2023. The research method used in this research is a quantitative study with a regression analysis approach, using secondary data from various sources such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Ministry of Finance, and Bank Indonesia. Data were analyzed using statistical techniques. The research results show that government spending in the field of subsidies has a negative relationship with poverty, but this relationship is not significant. Because the resulting data is not significant, the data cannot be continued with linear regression analysis.
