Journal of Islamic Management is an open access and peer-reviewed journal published by the Department of Da’wah Management, Faculty of Da’wah and Communication, Sunan Ampel State Islamic University (UIN) Surabaya. Our main goal is to disseminate current and original articles from researchers and practitioners on various contemporary da’wah management and socio-religious issues: da`wah studies, human resource management, Islamic finance institutional management, Islamic pilgrimage management, religious tourism management, and the dynamics of Islamic management. JIM is published twice a year in November and May. Submissions are open year-round. Before submitting, please ensure that the manuscript is in accordance with focus and scope, written in Bahasa Indonesia or English, and follows our author guidelines and manuscript template.

Abstract

The digital era has led us to participate in the flow of pucliv conversation that is not certain. A lot of content is produced, but we cannot confirm the truth of the content. In addition, the existence of a religious moderation framework must be implemented, especially on media social. AIS Nusantara as a community of sudent who concentrate in the digital space takes this role in implementing religious moderation in the digital spacae. This study uses netnographic reseacrh, namely planning reseaerch implementation, compiling problem formulation and study object from sosial media, data collection, data interpretation which includes data classification and coding. AIS Nusantara has a strategic role to easetensions and clear up various discourses and issues that are carried freely in the digital space with the existence of the AIS Nusantara community with many accounts that have milions of followers able to construct discourses on sosial media.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how to optimize the website in aqiqah services in Nurul Hayat Surabaya. This is because, now digital marketing, and e-commerce become one of the demands of technological advancements.In this study, researchers used qualitative descriptive research methods. This method is used to research in depth the optimization activities of the website in aqiqah services in Nurul Hayat Surabaya. Researchers use data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. In this study, researchers have obtained the results that is. First, Aqiqah Nurul Hayat website applies the concept of userable. Thus, the type of website used is a commercial website with a simple, lightweight, and informative design. Second, Aqiqah Nurul Hayat uses survey methods to measure and know the effectiveness of the methods used. Third, Aqiqah Nurul Hayat prioritizes the use of SEO in the process of optimizing its website.

Abstract

The strategy of Da'wah Kiai Akhid Ismani in an effort to increase the religiosity of the Tlogoharum Pati community is carried out by fostering a person's sense of religion so that they can carry out their social role with commendable morals, distinguish between good and bad, and make it a source of guidance in living. The results showed that the proselytizing strategy used by Kiai Akhid Ismani in an effort to increase community religiosity was carried out through the field of communication which was applied in routine recitation activities once a week and also through the field of art in the form of tambourine. The data mining technique is carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques with the Miles and Huberman model, namely through the stages of data reduction, data exposure or display, data verification and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

This study aims to illustrate how service satisfaction is an Islamic perspective on car wash businesses. Researchers collect data by means of interviews and documentation. The subject of this study was Mr. Tasmin's car wash business in Mojokerto The data analysis technique used was to use the concept of Miles and Huberman. The research findings produced by researchers are that customers feel comfortable if the price set is more affordable and the employee's attitude or actions to the customer seem good.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the survival strategy of Shafira Tour & Travel during the Covid-19 pandemic and the factors that hinder the process of implementing a survival strategy. Metode qualitative research case studies with exploratory types of research. The data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, participant observations, and documentation. The data validity technique used is the triangulation of data sources and techniques. The result of this research is that the survival strategy implemented by Shafira Tour & Travel is the result of integrating the company's three functions: operational management, marketing and finance. Meanwhile, the factors that hinder the implementation of survival strategies consist of internal and external factors
