Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the pentahelix model in the development of educational tourism potential of Wayang Crater, Sukamanah Village, Pangalengan District. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were the Village Head of Sukamanah, LMDH Sukamanah, Visitors of Wayang Crater Tour, PT. Star Energy. Data were obtained by conducting observations, interviews with informants and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that business, community, government and media play a role in developing the potential for educational tourism at Kawah Wayang. The government through BUMDES plays a major role in development, especially as the main investor. Likewise, LMDH as the manager has played the most dominant role in developing the potential of Wayang Crater Educational Tourism. The media has been involved in the development but has not been maximized and must be improved so that the promotion can be conveyed to the public in detail. The implication in this research is that in the future the academy can play a role in the development of Wayang Crater Educational Tourism because the academics as researchers and study experts are to make Wayang Crater tourism more competitive.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ditulis untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan mengamati Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Subang Melalui Sistem Informasi Kinerja Pegawai Dan Remunerasi (Sijawara). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang mana data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan pencatatan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive yaitu kepada Kepala Bagian Tata Pemerintahan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Subang, Kepala Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Subang, Kepala Sub Bagian Kinerja dan Reformasi Birokrasi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Subang, serta masyarakat yang peneliti temui di lokasi penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini setelah diterapkannya aplikasi Sijawara hasil kinerja pegawai semakin meningkat dikarenakan adanya laporan kinerja harian pada aplikasi Sijawara yang terhubung langsung dengan Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai. Perilaku kerja secara umum sudah sangat baik terkecuali segi ketelitian yang dilakukan oleh ASN kurang dan belum sesuai harapan. Sifat kerja dari ASN sangat baik dilihat dari tingkat kepemimpinan, kejujuran, dan kreativitas dari ASN itu sendiri.

Abstract

This study analyzes the challenges, opportunities, and application of BUMDes digitization in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type research method, with a literature study using secondary data obtained by analysis of previous research and several mass media. The results of the study state that there are several challenges and opportunities in the digitization of BUMDes. In the digitalization challenges, there are; first, the ability of human resources to carry out or play a role in this activity is considered to have still not used digital platforms or is more inclined towards manuals, secondly adaptation of habits that require a person to adapt to any situation, thirdly production capacity where products produced by BUMDes must meet and comply with market needs and the last is the quality of production, where this is also the same as before that the products produced must meet quality standards so that they can compete in the global market. As for the opportunities for digitization in BUMDes, such as reaching unlimited buyers by accessing the market and selling for a total time.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the role of the people of Maja Village in participating in building the Sea Wall with the local government of South Lampung Regency. This study aims to find out what role the people of Maja Village play in the construction of the Sea Wall in Kalianda District, South Lampung Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach method based on data sources through interviews with informants, then obeservation in the field, and documentation. Based on the results of the study that the Role of the Community in the Construction of the Sea Wall in Maja Village, South Lampung Regency is First, the role of the Maja village community in building a Sea Wall is carried out in a voluntary way without coercion from other parties. Second, some people in Maja Village whose land is used for the construction of a sea wall (Sea Wall) approximately one meter from the shoreline, residents' houses are used as residences for construction workers, and community residents help remove dust and remove soil from the road so that damage does not occur and pose a threat. The conclusion in this study is that the people of Maja Village, South Lampung Regency, have played an active role in the construction of the Sea Wall and assisted the Regional Government of South Lampung Regency in realizing regional development. Researchers' advice for Maja Village, Kalianda District, South Lampung Regency, it is hoped that the community will continue to be involved in development activities by the Regional Government and help maintain the Sea Wall as much as possible

Abstract

Local revenue (PAD) in South Sumatra Province is optimally pursued to carry out effective and efficient functions to improve the quality of public service management. As one of the sources of financing owned by the region, regional original income (PAD) is income obtained by the local government level (Pemda) which is extracted by the regional government from economic sources in the area. Based on PAD (Regional Original Income) sourced from local tax revenues, tax revenue in South Sumatra Province up to the first quarter of 2021 amounted to IDR 2.00 trillion. This revenue realization decreased by IDR 177.77 billion. Therefore, it is necessary to increase public services to the community so that they become an important element, bearing in mind that the payment of taxes and fees is already a public obligation to the State.

Abstract

Qishash is a death penalty in Islamic criminal law. However, it is not universally applicable. In other words, the perpetrator can avoid qishash if the victim's heirs forgive him by paying a diyat. As demonstrated in several Islamic countries, the qishashdiyat punishment has numerous advantages. Among the difficulties that will be encountered in enforcing these punishments in our country are the following: qishash punishment is considered cruel and inhumane, and will lead to allegations of the Islamization of minority groups. This is what makes Islamic parties not one opinion. Qishash merupakan hukuman mati dalam hukum pidana Islam. Namun penerapannya tidak secara mutlak. Artiny, pelaku dapat terhindar dari qishash apabila dimaafkan oleh ahli waris korban dengan membayar diyat. Hukuman qishash diyat mempunyai banyak kelebihan, dan ini telah terbukti di beberapa negara Islam. Hambatan yang akan dihadapi dalam memberlakukan hukuman tersebut di negara kita, antara lain: hukuman qishash dianggap kejam dan tidak manusiawi, akan menimbukan dugaan adanya Islamisasi dari kelompok minoritas. Inilah yang membuat partai-partai Islan tidak satu pendapat.

Abstract

Money politics is realized that it has become massive and has become a serious problem in the process of holding general elections. To realize a more qualified and responsible election, various efforts and strategies were carried out, one of which was by forming an Kampung Anti Politik Uang dan Hoaks in Air Gading Village, Baturaja Barat District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method. The data in this study were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, which involved 11 (eleven) informants. The strategies carried out through the Kampung Anti Politik Uang dan Hoaks in Air Gading Village, Baturaja Barat District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, among others, first, providing political education to community leaders, religious leaders, and youth leaders about the prevention, impact, and sanctions on money politics practices. by Bawaslu of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Second, to encourage participatory supervision of the people of Air Gading Village, Baturaja Barat District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.
