Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Independence, Competence and Sensitivity Professional Ethics of the auditor's work productivity. This research is a quantitative survey approach. The sampling technique using a sample population that took the entire population as a sample. The independent variables consist of Independence (X1), Competence (X2) Sensitivity Ethics (X3), while the dependent variable adala auditor labor productivity (Y), Methods Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The results showed that the variable Independence (X1), Competence (X2) and Sensitivity Ethics (X3) simultaneously significant effect on the productivity of auditor BPK RI Representative of East Kalimantan Province.Keywords: Independence, competence, sensitivity Ethics and Work Productivity

Abstract

ABSTRAKNurul Awaliyah, 2016, Influence of Trust, Convenience, And Diversity Products  Against Purchase Intention Online Shopping( a case study of Students STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda). Under the guidance of Mr. Drs. Pamasang S. Siburian, M.Agr as first counselor and Mrs Saida Zainurossalamia ZA, SE., M.Si as second counselor. The purpose of this study was to see how the Influence of variable Trust, Convenience, And Diversity Products against Purchase Intention at online shopping on student STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda and to determine that Variable Trust, Convenience, And Diversity Products are positive and significant on the Purchase decision at online shopping of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Student. The analysis tool used is mutiple linear analysis. The result of this study indicate that variable Trust, Convenience, And Diversity Products are positive and significant in simultaneously against of Purchase Intention at Online Shopping, where in the F test (Simultan) and t Test (persial) had value of Fcount > Ftable (value Fcount  bigger than Ftable) Kata Kunci :Trust, Convenience, Diversity Products , Purchase Intention , Online Shopping.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pengaruh desain kemasan (packaging) pada Impulsive buying?. Penelitian ini secara khusus meneliti tentang desain kemasan yang terdiri dari, desain grafis, struktur desain, dan informasi produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari tiga elemen desain kemasan terhadap Impulsive Buying.Setelah melakukan kajian literature dan menyiapkan hipotesis, penulis ini mengumpulkan data dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 40 konsumen pudding silky Laneige di food city samarinda central plaza, dengan sengaja sampel data yang di peroleh dan dianalisis dengan mengunakan metode analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif.Pengujian hipotesis mengunakan t dan uji f menunjukan bahwa ketiga variabel independen yang diteliti ditemukan secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel dependen Impulsive buying. Sementara pengujian hipotesis dengan mengunakan uji t menunjukan bahwa Variabel Desain Grafis, Struktur Desain dan informasi Produk yang layak untuk menguji variabel depend impulsive buying. Dari analisis ini, persamaan regresi adalah :Kata kunci : Impulsive Buying , Desain Grafis, Struktur Desain, Informasi Produk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study determine the influence of motivation and work environment to the Employee Performance PT Borneo Indah In Samarinda and determine the influence of these two variables motivation and work environment, where the dominant influence on employee performance PT Borneo Indah in Samarinda. Abstract

Competitionin the corporate world these days of tighter encourage companies to further develop ideas for an effective and efficient in achieving the goals and objectives have been set. Hj. Adawiyah businessis one of the producer snacks amplang kuku macan. Hj. Adawiyah business also to continuously improve product quality by suppressing the number of defectsin the manufacturing process.  Six Sigma is a vision of improved quality to the target 3.4 failures per million opportunities for each transaction of goods and services. So Six Sigma is a method or technique of controlling and improving the quality of which is a dramatic breakthrough in the field of quality management.  By using Six Sigma method scan be seen that the quality of amplang kuku macan produced by the company that is pretty good with the 3.54 sigma level of damage to 62.816 million production (DPMO). Implementation of six sigma quality improvement in this study can be concluded that there were three highest causes of product defects: amplang colour is not golden brown 49%, amplang form are crushed 28% and amplang uneven size 23%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of brands on purchase decisions phone Samsung galaxy. This research is a quantitative survey approach. The sampling technique used purposive sample tekni which researchers select members of the population who incidentally met with investigators and is considered to provide the necessary information. The independent variables consist of Brand Awareness (X1), Trademark Association (X2), Perceived Quality (X3), while the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y), Methods Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The results showed that Brand Awareness (X1), Trademark Association (X2), Perceived Quality (X3) simultaneously significantly influence the purchase decision Mobile Samsung galaxy on FISIPOL student at the University of Mulawarman Samarinda.Keywords: Brand Awareness, Trademark Association, Perceived Quality and purchase decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the credit risk on the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Tanah Grogot Unit Batu Kajang with the period 2012-2014 were evaluated from the ratio of NPL (Non Performing Loan), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) and CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio). This study uses quantitative research and type of research used by analyzing data that originates in the financial statements of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Tanah Grogot Unit Batu Kajang by determining whether categorized as current or noncurrent loans. Credit risk is the risk of loss resulting from the failure of debtors who can not meet its obligations. There are three ratios used to analyze credit risk at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Tanah Grogot Unit Batu Kajang accordance with standard BI. Based on the analysis we concluded that the results of the 2012-2014 NPL result fluctuated but remained in the standard BI below 5% and categories including liquid credit. LDR of the year 2012-2014 results are constantly increasing, but the bank can not meet that standard BI 85-100% lower bank liquidity, and credit risks at banks is small. CAR from 2012-2014 year results are fluctuated but remained above the standard BI 8%, and credit risks faced by small.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Anggraini, 2016, the purpose of the research was to determinan price earnings ratio and stock return. This research aims at investigating of the influence of the companys fundamental variables,comparising financial leverage, dividend payout ratio, and return on equity on the price earnings ratio, and the influence of the companys fundamental factors and the price earnings ratio on the stock return. The population of this study is companys at Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2009-2013. Sample technique used is obtained by used purposive sampling method, using the criteria, a total of 38 companies were selected. Data sources used secondary data. The method of analysis was the path analysis. The result of the research indicate that the influence of financial leverage negative and significant, the influence of dividend payout ratio positive and significant, the influence of return on equity negative and no significant on the price earnings ratio. The influence of financial leverage negative and no significant, the influence of return on equity positive and significant, the influence of price earnings rationegatif and no significant on the stock return.Keyword: financial leverage, dividend payout ratio, return on equity, price earnings ratio and stock return.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengatahui pengaruh kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Mengatahui pengaruh kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Mengatahui pengaruh kebijakan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data sekunder, berupa annual report perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2009-2013 yang diperoleh melalui www.idx.co.id, www.icmd.com, dan situs web perusahaan, melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi berganda dengan Program SPSS versi 23.0.Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dengan menggunakan uji t dapat diketahui bahwa Kebijakan hutang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai Perusahaan. Kebijakan deviden secara parsial memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai Perusahaan. Kebijakan investasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai Perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Hutang, Kebijakan Dividen, Kebijakan Investasi, Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable Current Ratio, Return On Investment (ROI), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) And Earning Per Share (EPS) jointly affect the cash dividend on the company's cigarette industry listed on the stock exchanges of Indonesia and variable as well as the dominant influence on the cash dividend. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression.Based on the results of analysis show that the results showed that the regression equation y = 2,997 X1 + 0.092 X2 + 0.023 + 0.041 + 0.040 X3 X4 means that any changes in variables have an influence on Cash dividends (Y). it is supported R2 value of 0331, or 33.10%, which means a cash dividend amounting to 33.10% influenced by these variables and the rest influenced by factors - other factors not examined in this study.The results of t-test showed four variables corrent Ratio penlitian show that the dominant influence on the company's cash dividend for the cigarette industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Corrent Ratio, Return On Investment (ROI), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), And Earnings Per Share (EPS) And Dividend.
