Abstract

The effect of economic growth and labor productivity and education levels of the level of poverty in the province of East Kalimantan 2006-2015. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic growth, labor productivity and education levels of the level of poverty. The theory used in this research is a theoretical concept kemisikanan which is influenced by the number of population, labor force education levels. This study uses data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. From the analysis of the data that I do can be concluded that (1) Growth significant effect with directions negatively related to the level of poverty in the province of East Kalimantan (2) Productivity Labor significant effect with directions negatively related to the level of poverty in the province of East Kalimantan (3) Education level not significant positive correlation with the direction of the level of poverty in the province of East Kalimantan year.Keywords:  Economic Groeth, Labor Productivity, Education

Abstract

Study that used in this research is descriptive method, which done research which measurement on numbers of  financial report which needed later for comparing liquidity ratio result, solvency, and profitability  from years apart to found out the development. After had measure the financial report of PT Joymar Express Penajam Paser Utara and had compared the numbers of each analytic instruments from earlier years, known that the liquidity ratio had decrease and for solvency and profitability result had increase from 2012 until 2014.Keyword: Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability

Abstract

Development is a step to create something that does not exist be there or make a change that makes things better or increased. The national development based on equitable development and as a result, economic growth and national stability high enough healthy and dynamic. Based on BPS data Samarinda employment in the services sector has the largest number of workers first, followed by the Industry business sector and the agriculture sector. The increase in the number of employment on average coupled with a rise in the index of human development from year to year. Based on these data to analyze the extent of absorption of labor both sectors Agriculture, Industry and Services had a positive influence on human development index in Samarinda. Simultaneously, there is the influence of sector employment Agriculture, Industry and Services to the Human Development Index of Samarinda in 2005 - 2014. Employment Agriculture sector has the most influence on the growth of the Human Development Index Kota Samarinda in 2005-2014 compared to the other two sectors of employment. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Risks Market, Credit, Liquidity and Operational to Earnings of Regional Development Banks. Based on the analysis result obtained Partial indicate Market Risk variable (NIM) significant positive effect to Earning (ROA), Credit Risk (NPL) had no significant positive effect to Earning (ROA), Risk Liquidity (LDR) significant positive effect to Earning (ROA) and Operational Risk (BOPO) significant negative effect on Earning (ROA) in the Regional Development Banks. Then simultaneously indicate that the variables Market Risk (NIM), Credit Risk (NPL), Liquidity Risk (LDR) and Operational Risk (BOPO) significantly effects to Earning the Regional Development Banks.Keyword: Market Risk (NIM), Credit Risk (NPL), Liquidity Risk (LDR), Operational Risk (BOPO) and Earning (ROA).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is study and analyze the influence of wife education, income and Contraception to Fertility in the district Gunung Elai Bontang City. Basic theory used fertility theory by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. This research is the couples of childbearing age with 100 samples in the district GunungElai. The results showed that Wive's level of education negative and significant effect to Fertility in the district Gunung Elai Bontang City, Income level significantly and positive related to Fertility in the district Gunung Elai Bontang City and Contraseption levels no significant and Negatife effect to Fertility in the district Gunung Elai Bontang City.Keywords: Wife Education, Income and Contraseption – Fertility

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the role of the manufacturing sector toward the economy in Balikpapan city. The  research variables are sub sectors of manufacturing industry in  Balikpapan city. Her instrument analysis is Input - Output which can be seen from Table I-O of Balikpapan city 2015. The Research results show that the 10 sub-sectors of the manufacturing, which have forward orientation or high forward linkages, but have low backward linkages  value are the sector of petroleum refining industry, plastic and rubber chemical industry, food and beverage industry. While the sector which have backward orientatation or high backward linkages are textile industry, garment and leather, other industrial goods, machinery transport industry, and equipment industry. From the 10 sub-sectors of manufacturing industry, there are three most superior industries. They are food and beverage industries, plastic and rubber chemical industry, machinery transport industry and equipment industry.Keywords: Industrial Sector, Input - Output, Economy.

Abstract

The tight competition with private banking, limited human resources professionals, the lack of a sense of security customers, information technology and telecommunications continues to grow, the location is strategic, customers' needs for ease of service, as well as an increase in food prices is a major obstacle to the government bank in accommodating public funds. This prompted the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) seeks to develop strategies to attract and retain customers through increased interest in saving the customer. This study aimed to analyze the Influence of Faith, guarantee security, and Accessibility to customers Interest Savings Bank BRI branch in Tenggarong. The population in this study is the consumer of Bank BRI branch in Tenggarong. The sample size of 40 respondents using purposive sampling.The collection of data through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The hypothesis of this study showed that variables that trust, a sense of security to have a positive effect but not significant customer interest in bank savings BRI branch Tenggarong. While accessibility has positive and significant impact on the interest savings bank customer BRI branch Tenggarong.Keywords: Trust, Assurance Security, Accessibility and Interest Savings

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, dan kesan kualitas terhadap keputusan pembelian Handphone Iphone 5S Di Samarinda, dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda.   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, dan kesan kualitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai R sebesar 0,596 berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sedang dari variabel kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, dan kesan kualitas terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 32,60 persen hal ini menunjukkan besarnya proporsi sumbangan variabel kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, dan kesan kualitas terhadap naik turunnya keputusan pembelian.Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Association, impression of quality and Purchase Decision
