Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the role of the manufacturing sector toward the economy in Balikpapan city. The  research variables are sub sectors of manufacturing industry in  Balikpapan city. Her instrument analysis is Input - Output which can be seen from Table I-O of Balikpapan city 2015. The Research results show that the 10 sub-sectors of the manufacturing, which have forward orientation or high forward linkages, but have low backward linkages  value are the sector of petroleum refining industry, plastic and rubber chemical industry, food and beverage industry. While the sector which have backward orientatation or high backward linkages are textile industry, garment and leather, other industrial goods, machinery transport industry, and equipment industry. From the 10 sub-sectors of manufacturing industry, there are three most superior industries. They are food and beverage industries, plastic and rubber chemical industry, machinery transport industry and equipment industry.Keywords: Industrial Sector, Input - Output, Economy.

Abstract

The tight competition with private banking, limited human resources professionals, the lack of a sense of security customers, information technology and telecommunications continues to grow, the location is strategic, customers' needs for ease of service, as well as an increase in food prices is a major obstacle to the government bank in accommodating public funds. This prompted the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) seeks to develop strategies to attract and retain customers through increased interest in saving the customer. This study aimed to analyze the Influence of Faith, guarantee security, and Accessibility to customers Interest Savings Bank BRI branch in Tenggarong. The population in this study is the consumer of Bank BRI branch in Tenggarong. The sample size of 40 respondents using purposive sampling.The collection of data through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The hypothesis of this study showed that variables that trust, a sense of security to have a positive effect but not significant customer interest in bank savings BRI branch Tenggarong. While accessibility has positive and significant impact on the interest savings bank customer BRI branch Tenggarong.Keywords: Trust, Assurance Security, Accessibility and Interest Savings

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, dan kesan kualitas terhadap keputusan pembelian Handphone Iphone 5S Di Samarinda, dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda.   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, dan kesan kualitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai R sebesar 0,596 berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sedang dari variabel kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, dan kesan kualitas terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 32,60 persen hal ini menunjukkan besarnya proporsi sumbangan variabel kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, dan kesan kualitas terhadap naik turunnya keputusan pembelian.Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Association, impression of quality and Purchase Decision
