Jurnal Oratio Directa (Prodi Ilmu Komunikasi) sebagai jurnal ilmu komunikasi FISIP Universitas Bung Karno memiliki peran sebagai pemberi pesan keilmuan secara langsung bagi masyarakat luas. Oratio Directa juga menerjemahkan semangat orasi dari Bung Karno yang selalu memihak kepada kebenaran. Pada konteks itu, maka Oratio Directa harus mampu memaparkan kebenaran secara lugas dan langsung memaparkan dengan koridor ilmu komunikasi. Jurnal Oratio Directa (Prodi Ilmu Komunikasi) menggunakan double-blind peer-review yang akan menjadi basis penilaian, sehingga JOD dapat menjadi wadah hasil penelitian atau riset atau diseminasi, serta menjadi sarana pertukaran karya ilmiah tentang komunikasi Indonesia di kalangan akademisi internasional, praktisi, regulator, dan masyarakat. JOD sangat tertarik dengan perkembangan gagasan atau isu-isu komunikasi secara keseluruhan, terdiri dari dua disiplin ilmu yang menonjol di bidang komunikasi. Secara spesifik, kajian komunikasi akan difokuskan pada bidang-bidang tertentu sebagai berikut: Komunikasi: Public Relations, Advertising, Broadcasting dan Jurnalistik, dan Ilmu Manajemen Komunikasi, konsep dan desain training komunikasi, bisnis media, komunikasi pemasaran dan penguasaan teknologi komunikasi, komunikasi pemasaran, manajemen media dan manajemen pelatihan konsultasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Election Bill is a guideline for the elections, namely the Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU), Badan Pengawasan Pemilu (Bawaslu) during the implementation of the 2019 General Election. At this stage there were differences of opinion between the existing factions. The disagreement of opinion is due to the existence of between the government factions and cons or who are members of a government coalition with factionsthat are not included in the government coalition. The factions supporting the government are the Party PDI-P, Golkar, NasDem, Hanura, PKB, PPP. While parties that are not supporters of the government are Gerindra, PKS, PAN. While Democrats do not determine the attitude. Functional theory of group communication views processes as decision instructors, emphasizing the relationship between communication quality and output quality. Communication groups do a number of things or function in a number of ways todetermine or decide group outcomes. The final result of the plenary session of the five crucial issues was successfully decided through the lobby and negotiation of various matters which became the debate of variousfactions. Abstract

Abstract This article aims to explain the meaning, forms, and threats of cyberwar against the Indonesian nation and State as well as the solutions offered to be implemented by the Indonesian people in anticipating the possibility of cyberwar by other countries against the Indonesian nation. This study uses a descriptive analysis methodology by taking information from journal articles that discuss cyber warfare. Cyberwar can be said as war through the penetration of computer systems, networks, information, and communications of other countries with the aim of damaging or creating disturbances so that the country being fought can be controlled either directly or by direct action. Cyberwarfare is identical to hybrid warfare, namely war that is complex in nature, because it can start from cybercrime, but will continue to develop towards cyberwar. The various forms of cyber warfare include Hacking, Cyber sabotage/sabotage, espionage, Cyberattack, Garding, Spyware, Vandalism, and attacks on electricity networks or vital elements of a country. Indonesia has experienced crimes or cyber wars with other countries, and Indonesia has responded by taking several anticipatory efforts including encouraging cyber security cooperation, forming regional and international agreements or norms, and building institutions. non-military national cyber to anticipate it. All anticipatory efforts by the Indonesian state are basically very positive and ideal, but there are weaknesses in the development of cyber military strength, the development of the national satellite itself, and the formation of legislation that is still not perfect to minimize the realization of cyberwar.

Abstract

AbstractThe existence of language in law is very interesting to study. The use of language in the field of law both conceptually and in legal practice must be understood and understood more deeply. The language used through words, sentences, and texts always gives dynamic and flexible meanings to law, not limited to literal or grammatical meanings. In other words, the language used in the field of law changes in meaning according to the context, situation, and purpose of its users. Abstract

ABSTRACT Nowadays, the phenomenon of bullying has led to the emergence of a new trend known as cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is an act of insulting, humiliating, intimidating, and threatening someone by using electronic information or electronic documents. Cyberbullying is commonly found on social media especially on Instagram. Cyberbullying can happen to anybody, including Generation Z who is currently the main target with the most cyberbullying reports. This is because Generation Z grew up in the digital era, so they are familiar with technology and digital devices since childhood. Admit it or not, the technology that participates in the growth and development of Generation Z affects their personality. The forms of cyberbullying consist of; Harassment, Trickery, Denigration, Impersonation, and Flaming. The results of this study indicate that the cyberbullying committed and experienced by Generation Z can cause mental damage such as; depression, stress, paranoia, insecurity or loss of self-confidence, and temperamental. Jakarta is the center of most users of social media, especially Instagram. This study uses two theories, that is phenomenology and routine activities. The data collection technique was carried out by the author by observation, interviews, and literature study. Broadly, this study aims to provide knowledge about the importance of maintaining oral and written words on social media. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemilihan umum yang disingkat pemilu menjadi sangat dekat hubungannya dengan masalah politik dan pergantian pemimpin. Dilansir dari situs resmi Komisi Pemilihan Umum, dalam sebuah negara demokrasi, pemilu merupakan salah satu pilar utama dari proses akumulasi kehendak masyarakat. Pemilu sekaligus merupakan proses demokrasi untuk memilih pemimpin. Pemilu adalah sarana pelaksanaan kedaulatan rakyat yang dilaksanakan secara langsung, umum, bebas, rahasia, jujur, dan adil dalam Negara Kesatuan Indonesia berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undangundang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia 1945.Dengan kata lain, pemilu merupakan sarana bagi rakyat untuk menjalankan kedaulatan dan merupakan lembaga demokrasi. Sehingga pemilu merupakan motor penggerak mekanisme sistem politik Indonesia. Sampai sekarang pemilu masih dianggap sebagai suatu peristiwa kenegaraan yang penting. Hal ini karena pemilu melibatkan seluruh rakyat secara langsung. Melalui pemilu, rakyat juga bisa menyampaikan keinginan dalam politik atau sistem kenegaraan.Pemilu sebagai wujud demokrasi dan salah satu aspek yang penting untuk dilaksanakan secara demokratis. Semua demokrasi modern melaksanakan pemilihan. Namun tidak semua pemilihan adalah demokratis. Karena pemilihan secara demokratis bukan sekedar lambang, melainkan pemilihan yang harus kompetitif, berkala, inklusif (luas), dan definitif untuk menentukan pemerintah. Oleh karena itu peneliti melakukan penelitian ini berjudul Opini Warga Jakarta Pusat (Studi Analisis ROBERT J. SCHREITER Pada PEMILU 2024). maka penelitian ini ingin menggambarkan tentang opini warga Jakarta Pusat (Studi Analisis Robert J Schreiter). Karena alasan bisa mengetahui sejauh mana opini masyarakat khususnya Jakarta Pusat tentang PEMILU 2024 ini maka, Penelitian ini dilakukan karena warga Jakarta Pusat ingin melihat perkembangan politik tanah air Indonesia.Penelitian ini, memberi gambaran tentang opini masyarakat tentang Pemilu 2024 PILEG,PILKADA & PILPRES khususnya diwilayah Jakarta Pusat. Pada penelitian ini metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan yang digunakan kualitatif,. Teknik pengambilan samplenya menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan tipe penelitiannya studi analisis. Data yang digunakan dalam menganalisis penelitian adalah data kualitatif. kemudian menghasilkan jawaban mengenai Opini Warga Jakarta Pusat (Studi Analisis ROBERT J. SCHREITER Pada PEMILU 2024).
