Abstract

This research aims to find out whether company size, company age, leverage and liquidity have an effect on financial performance. Population in this study is food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2021–2023. Determining the sample in this study used a purposive sampling method, based on criteria determined by the number of samples collected as many as 35 companies. This research uses descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The type of data used is secondary data. The test techniques used are classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests and hypothesis tests. Results of this research show that company size and leverage do not have a negative and significant effect on financial performance, company age does not have a positive and significant effect on financial performance, while liquidity has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Knowledge, Lifestyle and Social Factors on Customer Decisions in using BCA Bank Credit Cards. The population in this research is all BCA credit card customers in Semarang City whose population is unknown or unlimited (infinite population). The samples taken were 97 customers. The sampling technique used is Convenience Sampling. The data analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results: Partially there is a positive and significant influence between Knowledge on Customer Decisions obtained by t-count 2.123 > t table 1.661 or sig t 0.036 < 0.05. Partially there is a positive and significant influence between Lifestyle on Customer Decisions obtained t-count 2.607 > t table 1.661 or sig t 0.011 < 0.05, Partially there is a positive and significant influence between Social Factors on Customer Decisions obtained t-count 2.769 > t table 1.661 or sig t 0.007 < 0.05, H3 accepted. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Knowledge, Lifestyle and Social Factors on Customer Decisions, obtained by F-count 36.502 > F-table 2.703 or sig F 0.000 < 0.05. Coin laundry business is one form of service business that is growing rapidly in the modern era. To survive in tight competition, agility strategy is one of the relevant approaches. This article discusses how agility can be applied to improve the competitive advantage of coin laundry business from an Islamic economic perspective. By focusing on sharia principles such as fairness, transparency, and benefit, this study outlines innovation, flexibility, and collaboration strategies that can be adopted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of religiosity, tax knowledge, and e-system tax administration on the level of compliance of individual taxpayers in reporting Annual Tax Returns at KPP Pratama Cibitung, West Java. The sample method used is incidental sampling. The number of respondents used as a sample was 100 respondents who were individual taxpayers and employees at KPP Pratama Cibitung. The analysis and data processing process in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the religiosity variable, tax knowledge variable, and e-system tax administration variable have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The population in this study is Employees at the Gajahmungkur District Office. Sampling was carried out using the Saturated Sampling method, which was a sample of 68 respondents. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. This study uses a questionnaire in its data collection. The test techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heterokedasticity tests. The hypothesis test in this study uses a partial test (t test), a simultaneous test (F test), and a determination coefficient test (R Square) using the SPSS version 23 application. The results of this study show that Leadership has no effect on Employee Performance which is obtained by a figure of -1,250< ttable 1.66901 and a significance value of 0.216 > 0.05. Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance obtained from 2.209 > table 1.66901 and a significance value of 0.031 < 0.05. Work Discipline had a significant effect on Employee Performance obtained from 4.461 > table 1.66901 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline had a simultaneous and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Gajahmungkur District Office which was obtained with a calculation of 14.572 > 2.75, while the significance value is 0.001 < 0.05. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the Accountability and Transparency of Village Fund Allocation Management in Kebonbatur Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency in the context of management accountability starting from the planning, implementation, accountability and supervision stages in Kebonbatur Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management. This research uses a qualitative method of descriptive analysis, with data collection using in-depth interview techniques, direct observation and documentation. To test the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources and triangulation of data collection techniques. The research data sources in in-depth interviews are participants who have a position or authority in the object of research, namely as many as 3 (three) participants based on the principles of suitability and adequacy. The results of this study indicate that accountability and transparency in the management of village fund allocations in Kebonbatur Village are very accountable and transparent in managing village fund allocations starting from the planning, implementation, accountability and supervision stages. Abstract

This paper aims to explore the role of market ethics and honesty in transactions as important factors in achieving perfectly competitive markets, especially from an Islamic economics perspective. In the Islamic economic system, market ethics emphasize fairness, transparency and honesty in trading. A perfectly competitive market, characterized by a large number of sellers and buyers, perfect information, and freedom to enter and exit the market, is considered a fair mechanism for determining fair prices. Through a literature review, this paper highlights how the principles of market ethics and honest transactions contribute to market effectiveness as well as economic justice. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price on purchasing decisions, and to determine the influence of cash on delivery (COD) services on purchasing decisions, as well as to determine the influence of customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The population of this study were direct visitors to the Manunggal Jati Semarang swimming pool. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people using the Purposive Sampling technique, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations, the sample determined had predetermined criteria, namely people who had made purchases on the Shopee Platform. The data collection method in this research is by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. The type of data used is primary data. Based on the results of the research, partially there is a positive and significant influence between Price influencing Purchasing Decisions, the t value obtained is 4.595 > t table 1.661 or significant 0.000 < 0.05, partially Cash On Delivery (COD) services influence the Purchasing Decisions obtained by the t value calculated 2.564 > t table 1.661 or significant 0.012 > 0.05, and partially Customer Satisfaction has an influence on Purchasing Decisions obtained by a t value of 2.573 > t table 1,661 or significant 0.012 < 0.05. Simultaneously Price, partial Cash On Delivery (COD) Service, and Customer Satisfaction partially influence Purchasing Decisions, the F count of 49.666 is greater than the F table of 2.699 or significant 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly being used by more and more people, one of which is printing technology which is simpler, faster and more sophisticated. Digital printing is a modern printing technology used to produce digital images that are processed by a computer onto the surface of the material. In this case, the researcher wants to know the influence of location and word of mouth on the decision to use CV Global Kreasi Media printing services among the people of Pasuruan City. Where this research is aimed at old customers and new customers totaling 75 respondents. Using non-probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling techniques. The analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is an influence of location and word of mouth on the decision to use services with a coefficient of determination of 51.1% while the remaining 48.9% is explained by other factors not involved in this research. The research results show that location has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use services with a regression coefficient of sig 0.006 < 0.05 and Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use services with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception, taste and service quality on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all consumers of Kebab Mubarok Shop. Data were obtained through a questionnaire distribution method using a puposive sampling technique. The sample used was 96 consumers, the data obtained from the distrbution of questionnaires will be analyzed using SPSS. The results of the quantitative analysis include validity tests, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linier regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t-tests, F-tests and determination coefficient analysis (R2). The results of partial testing indicate that the price perception variable has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decision, the taste variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of simultaneous testing indicate that the price perception variable, taste and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Kebab Mubarok
