Abstract

ABSTRACT The regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah in Lebong Rejang regence is required to understand broadly and deeply the concept of progressive Islam and realize it in society. In actualizing this is needed to do SWOT analysis. This research method was descriptive qualitative method by focusing on the preaching of progressive islam in society. Data were obtained by interview some questions and then conclude the results how to preach and actualize the progressive Islam. Based on the results of the interview, the researcher used SWOT analysis toward the preaching that has beed excuting in society. Progress of Da’wah progressive Islam has not been well realized and has not been significant. Regional Leader of Muhammadiyah Rejang Lebong has the power to realize that programs;  weaknesses occur in preaching activities through arts or social media and tolerance to worship. Opportunities has social institutions, such as LazisMU and many fields of health and education. Threats.there is a lack of human resources to use technology as a medium for da'wah. Keywords: Da'wah, Muhammadiyah, Progressive Islam

Abstract

COMMUNICATION PATTERNS OF MUHAMMADIYAH REGIONAL LEADERSHIP ORGANIZATION OF BENGKULU BY: RASMANMuhammadiyah University of Bengkulu,Email: rasman@umb.ac.id ABSTRACT Muhammadiyah is one of the community organizations (mass organizations) engaged in religious and social fields. The communication process within the Muhammadiyah organization is also the most important part in communication activities to achieve organizational goals. Through this communication process, we need a communication pattern that can deliver messages with the right target and can run effectively. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Circle Communication Pattern, Wheel Communication Pattern, Y Communication Pattern, Chain Communication Pattern, used between the Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Leadership with the Assembly and Institution. The method used in this study was a descriptive qualitative method. The data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used was Joseph A Devito communication patterns. In the theory there are five theories of communication patterns namely circle patterns, wheel patterns, Y patterns, chain patterns and patterns of all channels or star patterns. The results obtained that the wheel pattern used by the Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Regional Leadership when communicating with assemblies and institutions. Keywords: Pattern, Communication, Organization, Muhammadiyah

Abstract

ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION OFMUHAMMADIYAH REGIONAL LEADERSHIP  OF BENGKULU CITYBy:Mulkan HabibiMuhammadiyah University of JakartaEmail: mulkanhabii17@gmail.com ABSTRACT Organizational communication is a form used in an organization, in the form of sending or delivering messages / information and receiving various organizational messages in formal and informal groups within an organization. The formulation of the problem in this study was How the organizational communication of the Muhammadiyah regional leadership of Bengkulu city during the 2015-2020 Period. The purpose of this study was to determine the organization communication of Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership of Bengkulu City. The method used in this study was qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach, and the data collection techniques, namely: observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of the study showed that the organizational communication of Muhammadiyah regional leadership with Muhammadiyah branch leaders of Bengkulu City used the Downward Communication, and Upward Communication ways, but the ways that were carried out could not be implemented properly. It was because the problems of the people in the organization have their respective activities, so that when there was a meeting, it was often those who were unable to attend, but they have to accept the decision of the meeting held. Keywords: Communication, Organization, Muhammadiyah

Abstract

ABSTRACT Blogs are applications that are familiar on the internet. It is called a personal website. In a blog, the visitors that read the article can be noted, and at they can give comment. Bolg is one of the social media that can be used as information media for the community. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Blog to be as a dakwah (missionary endeavour) media (Case study of Students of Islamic religion Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu). The purpose of this study are: To find out, namely: 1). Blog as a dakwah media for students of the Islamic Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu, 2). To find out the problems of students in functioning the blog as a dakwah media. The method used in this study was qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach, and the data collection techniques, namely: Observation, Interview, and documentation. Based on the results of the study showed that the students already know the blog as one of the media of dakwah against the community. This dakwah system combined the creativity of the students in word processing and made it an article containing preaching messages and then distributed to the social media blogs with the assist of the internet network. Based on the analysis of the results of the media interview blog is one of the media that can be used for dakwah but until now it has not been utilized properly and only a handful of students of the Islamic Religion Faculty who preach by using blog media. It is because the problems faced by students in conducting dakwah through blogs such as: lack of understanding of how to access blogs, inadequate knowledge, and lack of students’ interest in reading. Keywords: Blog, Media, Da'wah

Abstract

ABSTRACT The memorizing of Al-Qur'an is a special gift ‘fadhal’ from Allah as an effort that we cannot attempt. Every Muslim is required to memorize of Al-Qur'an that will be used in praying activity. The formulation of this study is how the da'wah strategy at Nurul Fikri Tahfidz house of Bengkulu city for improving the quality of students’ memorizing. This study aims to determine the various obstacles and find out the da'wah strategy conducted in memorizing Al-quran by Nurul Fikri Tahfidz House. This research was conducted at Rumah Tahfidz Nurul Fikri from January to February 2019. The type of research was research field with qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written expressions obtained directly. This research reveals the phenomena that found in the field as a way in improving the memorization of students. The data collected through observation, interviews and documents. Based on the results study that the method of preaching as practiced at House of Tahfidz Nurul Fikri used al-Mau'idzah al-hasanah method or good lessons. There was no specific method so they do da'wah with all his personality. Giving good teaching becomes a role model or a good example for the students. As well as providing various facilities and services toward students. Moreover, showing the caring attitude, friendly, and friendly. Thus da’wah provide motivations to students when they were feel bored. The teachers who were the fosters the santri to recite hafidz Al-qur'an on 30 Juz, so that they can understand when there are problems in memorizing Al-quran. Keywords: Da'wah Method, Tahfidz House, Al-Qur'an Recitation.
