Abstract

Pharmaceutical services are services directly and responsibily to patients related to the availability of pharmaceuticals that aim to improve patient quality patient satisfaction cannot be separated from the quality of health services, the better the service provided, the patient satisfaction will increase. To be able to see an increase in service quality, it can be identified by measuring the level of patient satisfaction survey. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of outpatients on the quality of drug prescription services at the hospital. This research was a descriptive quantitative study. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. Respondents in this study amounted to 181 respondents. The analysis used is unvariate analysis. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services seen from the tangible dimension was 50,3%, the reliability dimension was 53,0%, the responsiveness dimension was 54,7%, the assurance dimension was 56,9% and the emphaty dimension obtained a result of 53,6%. It can be concluded that from the results of the distribution table above, the largest percentage is the responsiveness dimension (64,7%) and the assurance dimension (56,9%).

Abstract

Adolescents experience reproductive organ maturity which is marked by menstruation. Reproductive health problems are the main focus of attention for adolescents. Poor personal hygiene of the genital organs can cause several health problems, such as itching in the vaginal area, vulvitis, and vaginitis caused by irritating substances or objects and infection. The objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between adolescent females’ knowledge and attitude, and maternal support with personal hygiene behavior of genital organs at SMK Citra Medika Sragen. This type of research was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. This research was carried out in March-April 2022 with a population of 553 in grades 10, 11, and 12 at SMK Citra Medika Sragen. The research sample was 243 respondents selected using the proportional random sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire via a google form. The results of data analysis based on the Chi-Squaree test showed that there was a relationship between knowledge of the personal hygiene behavior of genital organs (p=<0,001), there was a relationship between attitudes toward the personal hygiene behavior of genital organs ((p=<0,001), and there was no relationship between maternal support with personal hygiene behavior of genital organs (p=0,536). Knowledge and attitudes related to personal hygiene behavior of genital organs. It is recommended that SMK Citra Medika Sragen adds an educational program on adolescent reproductive health in the school health unit (UKS).

Abstract

Sinusitis is an inflammatory disease of the paranasal sinus cavities that can be caused by infection, allergies, or autoimmune problems, and is a disease that is often found in everyday medical practice and is even considered one of the most common causes of health problems in the world. Epidemiologically, the maxillary sinuses are most commonly affected, then the ethmoidal, frontal, and sphenoidal which are included in the acute sinusitis section. The purpose of this literature review is to collect and synthesize articles describing the maxillary sinus as sinusitis with the highest incidence and to find out the underlying risk factors. This literature review method is done by searching for references in databases and search engines with keywords and then synthesizing the results in the form of a narrative. The results we get can be concluded that the maxillary sinus is the most frequently infected paranasal sinus due to various factors such as the size of the paranasal sinus being the largest, the location of the ostium being higher than the base, the ostium located in the meatus medius, around the hiatus semilunaris which is narrow so it gets easily blocked, and The maxillary sinus is the base of the tooth root (alveolar process) so that dental infection can cause odontogenic maxillary sinusitis in adulthood.

Abstract

Fermentation is a process of chemical changes in organic substrates through enzymes obtained by microorganisms which is an anaerobic deassimilation of organic compounds and is caused by the activity of microorganisms. This study aims to determine the alcohol content in different formulations of fermipan addition used in orange and watermelon liquids. The research design method used in this study is a Complete Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor is the type of substrate (S): watermelon (S1) and orange (S2), while the second factor is the concentration of yeast/Fermipan: 0% (R1), 1% (R2), 2% (R3). Data analysis was done descriptively quantitative and descriptive qualitative. The results showed that alcohol content with orange substrate was higher than watermelon. Other alcohol fermentation activities such as pH, CO2 and H2O also corroborate the data that the orange substrate is more active than the watermelon substrate. More yeast concentration (up to 2%) resulted in higher alcohol content and alcoholic fermentation activity.

Abstract

Short Toddler (Stunting) is the nutritional status based on the PB/U or TB/U index where in anthropometric standards to assess the nutritional status of children, the measurement results are at the threshold (Z-Score) < -2 SD to -3 SD (short/dwarf) and <-3 SD (very short/severe stunted). Stunting is a health problem that occurs in society so it needs to be treated seriously, because it will have an impact in the long term and can be repeated in the life cycle. The direct cause of stunting is malnutrition in toddlers which can have an impact on low levels of intelligence. This education aims to provide knowledge to parents about stunting prevention and how to overcome stunting in toddlers. Thus, this education is very important because in cases of increased stunting, problems with growth and development in children can be prevented and minimize further disability in sufferers of stunting. In this counseling, it was found that there were a number of toddlers who experienced stunting or malnutrition, namely as many as 6 toddlers and from head circumference measurements, the results of toddlers with microcephaly head circumference (small head circumference) were 7 toddlers (29%).

Abstract

The Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) for Health is a special institution tasked with administering health insurance for the public, civil servants, and private employees. But until now there are still people who have not registered as BPJS Health participants either independently or paid for by the government. This community service aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of the hamlet community on how to register for BPJS Health and the importance of using BPJS Health. The place for the service to be carried out is in Bakaran Hamlet, RT 01, Sukosari Village, Jumantono, Karanganyar. The method of community service in this activity is through lectures, discussions, and questions and answers about aspects of registration, the latest contributions so as to be able to encourage an increase in public knowledge in general as BPJS users. Before the pre-test was carried out, the result was that 50% of the people did not understand. Then after being given the material, a post test was carried out, there was an increase to 80% of the community understood. In community service activities it can be concluded that the implementation of community service regarding the introduction of BPJS Health can increase public understanding and knowledge.
