Abstract

Sport is a form of physical activity that is structured, planned and sustainable by following certain rules which have the main objective of increasing physical fitness and achievement. Marathon sports is a type of sporting event that is much-loved and popular in the world, including Indonesia. Sports that have the characteristics of running with long distances has a high variability in the incidence of running-related injuries (RRIs). So researchers are interested in knowing the benefits of giving IASTM and passive stretching to marathon athletes. This study aims to add science on the management of athletes who experience muscle pain after running a marathon. This research method used quasy experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The number of samples in this study were 24 athletes marathon grouped into one treatment group. The results of the study show the results of the sig. (2-tailed) pretest and post-test of 0.000 smaller compared with the value of α 0.05, so it can be concluded that the administration of IASTM and passive stretching has a significant effect on reducing muscle pain in marathon athletes. For further research, it is hoped that compared the treatment of muscle pain using IASTM and passive stretching with other methods, to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency in treating muscle pain in marathon athletes.

Abstract

Along with the development of the era from the paper era to the digital era that makes it easier for us to work and carry out daily activities, facilities that can be used by many people for their daily activities or even work, there are still many health offices or community service places that use data collection. . Manually. The downside of manual data collection is that a lot of paper is used, complicated, takes up space, and so on which makes data collection less effective and efficient, now it's easier to use MY SQL as a database, we can store as much data as possible and our MY SQL is simpler will also be connected to PHP so that it can be accessed on the Internet which allows it to be used from anywhere, and at any time. The purpose of this proposal is to create a Data Storage Base Prototyping. For this prototyping, I will use figma software, one of the figmas created is to make the UI prototyping to make it prettier and better.

Abstract

Information systems are an important part of managing and carrying out all activities. One of them is the drug sales and purchase information system, the drug sales and purchase information system currently used at Anaya Plaju Pharmacy still does not use a computer-based information system. In meeting the needs of pharmacies, especially to deal with the problem of selling and buying drugs, making reports, sales and purchasing systems have not run optimally as expected so pharmacies still need a better system using a computerized system. The methodology used is web-based. Web-based drug sales and purchase information system is an application developed to assist the process of selling and buying drugs at a pharmacy. This application is designed using web and database technology so that it can be accessed via the internet easily. The features provided in this system include drug stock management, customer data management, purchases, sales, and sales reports. With this system, it is hoped that the transaction process at the pharmacy can become more efficient and organized, so as to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Abstract

Another thing is that the delivery of information is no longer from media A or media B, but social media, which is currently growing among the public, making information barriers no longer hanky, which means that within seconds the information conveyed will be received immediately without waiting for news on TV. or the national media reports, therefore a social media is not only limited to showing one's sociality but can deliver news in a few seconds to the public's proper rights. This phenomenon occurs because access to information is unlimited and no longer sees age restrictions to be able to access these media such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, line, tiktok are no longer obstacles for someone to download and open access to find the information he needs or without it. realizing that the information appears automatically makes someone curious and wants to know more about it. The method in this study was a literature review of the Library with a descriptive approach and field surveys that took a sample of 68 male LGBT respondents in the DKI Jakarta area. From the survey data above, it produces a surprising conclusion, namely the generation that is currently growing and developing is a generation that is not blind to technology but sensitive to technology compared to previous generations where all aspects that were previously closed and taboo at the present time have become hallmarks of technology. umrah among generation Z, the fear of researchers when they are caught and talk to them is that LGBT treatment has entered junior and senior high school students, where this generation is the next generation, and the prevalence of male sexually transmitted diseases in society is very high, ranging in 1 year in 2021 in DKI Jakarta 20,583 people.

Abstract

Childbirth is a physiological state experienced by everyone. However, these physiological conditions become pathological when the mother does not know these physiological conditions and helpers or nurses do not understand how physiological delivery should be and how to manage it in such a way as to reduce maternal mortality. The purpose of this study is how the factors that influence pregnant women in giving birth at health facilities and what the opinion of the mother's knowledge about it. By scanning the Google Scholar database for the terms "Knowledge," "Education," and "Selection of delivery site," the literature study research method with a systematic review design based on descriptive analysis, resulted in a literature review journal. The type of data used by the author in this study is secondary data. Several studies yielded positive results for this study, and it is clear that there is a correlation with the knowledge of pregnant women. According to the findings of this study, we received information that there are still many mothers who choose to give birth in a place that is not a puskesmas, namely at home, where deliveries at a puskesmas should be better done in a health facility because they can be handled better and serve patients who are pregnant.

Abstract

Empowerment of coastal communities is an important effort in improving welfare and health services in the region. One effective approach in empowering coastal communities is through the implementation of the Healthy Family Program with a family approach (PIS-PK). The Healthy Family Program is a program that focuses on health promotion, disease prevention, and increasing access to health services for coastal communities. The family approach in this program recognizes the important role of the family as the smallest unit in society and promotes active participation of the family in health-related decision making. Through PIS-PK, coastal communities are encouraged to become agents of change in maintaining and improving the health of their families and communities. This program involves training, health education, and social support to increase public knowledge and awareness about the importance of good health practices. In addition, PIS-PK also focuses on disease prevention by prioritizing a healthy lifestyle, such as a balanced diet, sufficient physical activity, and clean and healthy living habits. This program also provides better accessibility to health services, both through improving health facilities in coastal areas and through advocating for affordable and quality health services. With the implementation of the Healthy Family Program with a family approach (PIS-PK), it is hoped that there will be an increase in sustainable health services in coastal communities. Communities will become more aware of the importance of health and play an active role in maintaining family and community health. In addition, empowering coastal communities can also reduce health disparities between coastal areas and other areas. Therefore, there is a need for strong support from the government, non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders in the implementation of the Healthy Families Program with a family approach (PIS-PK). This support includes the allocation of adequate resources, training of health workers, advocacy of supportive health policies, and active community participation in program planning and evaluation. Thus, PIS-PK can be a concrete step in improving health services and welfare of coastal communities. This program not only provides immediate health benefits to the community, but also produces positive changes in people's mindset and behavior related to health

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of clean water and proper sanitation in maintaining public health. The research aims to identify issues related to water sources and sanitation and their impact on skin health. Data collection methods included field observations and interviews with selected respondents. The findings reveal that a significant portion of the community in this area lacks access to adequate fecal disposal facilities. Toilets and sanitation facilities are often built along riverbanks, directly flowing into the sea. Moreover, the use of contaminated water sources, such as untreated river water, increases the risk of skin diseases. In terms of education, the majority of the community has primary-level education, with the primary occupation being fishing. In conclusion, poor sanitation and limited access to clean water significantly affect community health. Skin disorders and other environment-related illnesses are considered common. Therefore, the author recommends several steps to improve access to clean water and proper sanitation. These steps include enhancing clean water infrastructure, raising public awareness about personal hygiene, conducting regular water quality monitoring, constructing hygienic sanitation facilities, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. This study is expected to provide a better understanding of the issues surrounding clean water and sanitation in the context of public health. The research findings can serve as a basis for planning and implementing programs aimed at improving access to clean water and proper sanitation, thus enabling communities to live in a healthy environment and prevent diseases.
