Abstract

The M*R Original Putu Cake business is located in Balingka village, IV Koto District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. This business produces three types of putu cakes, namely white baked putu, black baked putu, and steamed putu. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal amount of production using the cutting plane method and to determine the range of changes that can be made to the production factors using sensitivity analysis. The result gives, the optimal production quantities of white baked putu, black baked putu, and steamed putu are 9.998 packs, 4.835 packs, and 3.000 packs, respectively. Meanwhile, through sensitivity analysis, it is concluded that changes in production factors will not affect the optimal solution as long as it is within the range of the maximum upper limit and minimum lower limit according to the calculated output.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the analysis of stability and optimal control of the mathematical model of online game addiction so that the problem of addiction to online games can be resolved in the future. The author conducted a stability analysis of the model equilibrium point where there are two equilibrium points and also obtained the basic reproduction number R_0=(〖(k〗_2+μ)k_1 β+〖(1-k〗_1)(δ+μ)α+〖(1-k〗_1)β(1-γ)k_2)/(〖(k〗_2+μ)(δ+μ) ). By using Pontryagin's maximum principle, optimal control of the control variables is obtained, namely 〖k_1〗^*=min{1,maks(0,1/c_1  (λ_2-λ_3 )S((αI+βP)/N))} dan 〖k_2〗^*=min{1,maks(0,1/c_2  ((λ_2-λ_3 )I+〖(λ〗_3-λ_4)γI))}.The purpose of this study is to see how the analysis of stability and optimal control of the mathematical model of online game addiction so that the problem of addiction to online games can be resolved in the future. Abstract

Welfare in West Sumatra Province is still an important problem that is being faced the whole community in 2021. The government is still trying to improve performance the welfare of the community from all aspects. It is necessary to grouping the level of community welfare in the Province of West Sumatra by Regency/City using the average linkage and Ward methods. The results of the cluster analysis obtained by both methods show that the clusters formed are same but objects in the clusters are different. Consists of 3 clusters, namely cluster 1 with a low level of welfare, cluster 2 with a medium level of welfare and cluster 3 with a high level of welfare. Of the two methods, the average linkage method is better in grouping than Ward method the levels of welfare based on validity because it has a large Dunn Index value is 0,88 and a small Connectivity value is 5,85

Abstract

The main airports in Indonesia, including at Soekarno-Hatta, are deserted, due to government policies to overcome the Covid-19 disease outbreak. The number of passengers has fallen drastically, every month the plane is erratic in carrying passengers. With a pandemic like this, the airline must make a strategy to avoid losses. To overcome this problem, the purpose of this study is to predict the number of passengers at Soekarno-Hatta Airport during the pandemic using triple exponential smoothing of Brown type and Holt-Winter type. In the triple exponential smoothing method, trend analysis is carried out and followed by smoothing three times.

Abstract

Cervical cancer.is a disease that attacks the female.reproductive organs and often occurs in Indonesian women. Cervical cancer occurs because of a change from normal cervical cells to abnormal cervical cells and can turn into benign tumors and malignant tumors. The purpose of  the reseach is to study the mathematical model of cervical cancer by chemotherapy treatment or to determine the effect of chemotherapy on cell growth in cervical cancer. The author performs a stability analysis on the fixed point model where there are two fixed points. The results of this study are that cervical cancer treatment with chemotherapy is effective enough to kill abnormal cells, although there are side effects, namely the killing of  normal cells.

Abstract

Tanah Datar Regency experiencing an increase in population, but the number of workforce doesn’t increase. It makes the number of population with the workforce imbalance so that the public welfare decreased. Beside decreasing in public welfare, the workforce also has impacts in their employment status. Therefore, the classification needs to bee done to find out the dominant factors to identified certain characteristics from certain segment using CART and CHAID methods. The results from CART and CHAID methods has obtained that the marriage status is the most dominant variable in classifying employment status in Tanah Datar Regency. Meanwhile, the best methods to classify the employment status in workforce in Tanah Datar Regency is CART method. It can be seen from the 73,9% accuracy and 26,1% of APER

Abstract

Cocoa is an important commodity for Indonesia. The area and production of cocoa during the last decade decreased by 0.39% and 0.41% per year, respectively. This study aims to find a model and predict Indonesian cocoa production. This study using Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method. The ARDL model (1, 3, 2, 2) was obtained which was selected based on the smallest Akaike Integration Criteria (AIC) value. Based on the ARDL model, the estimated average production increases by 0.6684 tons for a decrease in production of 1 ton at t-1. The estimated average production increased by 0.6130 tons for an increase in plant area of 1 Ha at time t, an increase of 0.0257 tons for an increase in plant area to produce 1 Ha at t-1, an increase of 0.5043 tons for an increase in plant area produce 1 Ha at t-2, an increase of 0.3308 tons for an increase in plant area to produce 1 Ha at t-3. Likewise for the increase or decrease area of immature plants and damaged plants in the ARDL model can be interpreted in this way.

Abstract

This study aims to establish a mathematical model of the distribution of pneumonia in children under five using the SEIRS (Susceptible-Exposed-Infected-Recovered-Susceptible) model, model analysis, and comparison of minimal vaccinations. This model consists of several classes, namely susceptible, infected but not yet infectious, infected, and cured. Analysis of the stability of the model is obtained by finding a disease-free fixed point whose analysis results are asymptotically stable and an endemic fixed point whose analysis results are asymptotically stable if the value of  A>(Cαβmσ-Cαβσ)/(BCm-Bmρ) and A>βγρ/BC .

Abstract

Compression leaks occur in valves caused by soot resulting from the combustion process of the combustion engine. To overcome valve leaks, it’s necessary to clean using an innovative tool called valve grinding automatic system. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of this tool based on the control chart using the bootstrap method. Based on the research results, the control charts X ̅ dan R show that the cleaning process is in a controlled and stable state (in statistical control). The quality of the valve cleaning process using this tool is able of producing cleaning according to standard cleaning specifications.

Abstract

Buyer satisfaction is a human feeling that is described in the variable of words. This variable is not rigid so that its value cannot be calculated with certainty. So to feel directly the value of these variables can use fuzzy logic. Research data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires based on indicators of service quality, product quality and price. The stages of the Tsukamoto fuzzy method are determining the fuzzy set for the input and output variables, determining the implication function, forming fuzzy logic rules, and performing defuzzification with a weighted average. Based on the results of the value of customer satisfaction obtained in subject 1 with a value of service quality 14, product quality 14 and price 10, the results obtained with a satisfaction value of 49.88.
