Jurnal Akuntansi Trisakti (JAT) has published by Lembaga Penerbit Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (LPFEB). And its an Open Access Journal. Since 2019, JAT changed from E-Journal to OJS. Start from 2014, JAT publications frequency is twice a year, in February and September. The aim of Jurnal Akuntansi Trisakti is to disseminate the results of research in the fields of accounting, auditing and information. This journal does not give limitation on research method, both on quantitative and qualitative can be accepted. JAT accepts writing in either Indonesian or English. The decision to accept depends on the results of the blind review. Several criteria for articles can be accepted are: originality, novelty, proper research method and give the real contribution to the development of theory, or future research or practitioners.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of income tax rates, bonus plan and tunneling incentives as instruments in detecting income shifting with transfer pricing with moderate good corporate governance. The independent variables in this research are income tax rate, bonus plan and tunneling incentives as well as leverage and firm size as control variables. Good corporate governance mechanism that has been used in this research is audit quality regarding to auditor reputation.The sample was taken by purposive sampling method consisting of 176 manufacturing companies of consumer goods industry sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange which have reported complete financial report in period 2013-2016. Test of hypothesis was using SPSS 23 application.The results show that good corporate governance has weaken positive significant for bonus plan and tunneling incentives in detecting income shifting in transfer pricing. Meanwhile, other independent variables income tax rate has no significant effect.

Abstract

The Study examined the effect of the allocation of the cost of social responsibility as a proxy of the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility) on the relationship between ROA as a proxy of the financial performance of the company’s value and the impact of the cost allocation of social responsibility as a proxy of the financial performance of the company’s value. The purpose of research is to find empirical evidence of (a) the effect of financial performance ROA on firm value, (b) the effect of the financial performance of CR on firm value (c) the effect of CSR on the relationship between ROA enterprise value (d) the effect of CSR on the relationship between CR with the value of the company.The sample in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the range of 2013-2015. Samples were as many 33 companies with 95 observation. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis.Result of research by linear regression analysis showed that the ROA have negative significant effect on firm value. Than the results of linear regression analysis showed that the CR also has a negative significant effect on firm value. Furtermore, linear regression analysis reveals that the disclosure of CSR is not able to oderate the relationship between ROA on firm value. But unlike the CR, research results show that the disclosure of CSR is able to moderate the relationship between CR on firm value. Simulataneous the independent variable affects the company’s value.

Abstract

Firm Values of manufacturing company in Indonesia is influenced by various factors of financial and non-financial that can be measured using financial ratios, good governance, and social responsibility practices in the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial performance proxied by Profitability and Solvability, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the firm value,with Investment Opportunity set (IOS) as a moderating variable. The firm value in this study was proxied by Tobins’q.The population of this research is manufacturing companywith chemical industry subsectors listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2015. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and acquired 31 companies in this sample. The analytical method used is moderating regression analysis.Based on the results of hypotheses testing, there wasSolvability and IOS had positive effect on firm value, while Profitability, GCG, and CSR had no effect on the firm value. The use of a moderating variable Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) is not able to strengthen the influence of profitability, solvability, GCG and CSR on the firm value.

Abstract

The research was conducted aimed at finding empirical evidence on the influence of the proportion of independent commissioners, environmental performance and company growth on corporate environmental disclosures. This study uses a sample of all companies listed on the IDX during 2014 - 2016. The total sample that meets the criteria is 25 companies. The data source used is an annual report, collected using the purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis by using multiple regression with the panel method. The results of this study state that the variable proportion of independent commissioners and environmental performance has a positive effect on environmental disclosure, and the proportion of public ownership as a moderation of the relationship of independent commissioners with environmental disclosures and the relationship of environmental performance with environmental disclosure.

Abstract

Cash dividend is one form of return expected by shareholders. But on the other side, cash dividend is an expense for the company. This conflict of interest is a factor affecting the company in determine the amount of cash dividends. So, the researcher conducting research which aims to test and analyze the influence of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, EPS, Free Cash Flow, and Previous Year Dividend to Cash Dividend paid by company. The sample used in this reasearch is manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014 to 2016. After sampling the results showed there are 17 companies that can be sampled with a period of three years. So the total sample in this research are 51 samples. The result of this research shows that (1) Current Ratio has positive effect to Cash Dividend, (2) Net Profit Margin has no effect to Cash Dividend, (3) Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect to Cash Dividend, (4) EPS has positive effect to Cash Dividend , (5) Free Cash Flow has no effect to Cash Dividend, (6) Previous Year Dividend has no effect to Cash Dividend.

Abstract

This research examines to analyze the impact of Corporate Governance, Related Party Transaction, Ownership Concentration, Corporate Value  On The Level of Asymmetric Information .The results of this study indicate that (1) Corporate governance is no negative influence on to increase information asymmetry. (2) Related party transaction is no positive influence to increase information asymmetry(3) Ownership concentration is  positive influence to increase information asymmetry (4)The corporate value is no negative influence to increase information asymmetry

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of deferred tax expense, tax planning, and the deferred tax assets to earnings management. The independent variable of this research is deferred tax expense, tax planning and deferred tax assets, the dependent variable of this study is the disclosure of Earnings Management. The sample used in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2015 as many as 46 companies by using purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple methods of analysis using SPSS 23. These results indicate that in partial deferred tax expense, tax planning and deferred tax assets has positive influence on the disclosure of earnings management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of corporate social responsibility disclosure, the effectiveness of the board of commissioners, institutional ownership and implementation of SFAS 60 (revised 2010) on the enterprise risk management disclosure. The data used in this research is secondary data, , obtained the annual report of the banking industry company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is the banking industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009-2015, amounting to 161 companies. The collection of samples using purposive sampling method by selecting predefined criteria. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that not all independent variables showed a significant effect on the dependent variable. CSR disclosure and effectiveness of the board of commissioners has a positive effect on enterprise risk management disclosure. Meanwhile, institutional ownership has no effect on the enterprise risk management disclosure and the application of SFAS 60 (Revised 2010) has no effect on the enterprise risk management disclosure

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of diamond fraud, corporate governance and complexity of the bank to financial statement fraud in companies engaged in banking activities using secondary data. The population in this research was banking companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2015. The method used is multiple regression analysis by purposive sampling as sampling method. Selected samples of 30 companies during of 3 periods are 90 samples. Data were obtained through the annual financial statements which have been provided in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that pressure has significant positive effect on financial statement fraud, while opportunity, rationalization, capability, corporate governance and complexity have not significant effect on financial statement fraud. Adjusted R Square value of 0,115 can illustrate that the dependent variable was explained by the independent variable variabelitas for 11,5% while 88,5% are influenced by the other variables

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of director remuneration, leverage, and audit committee effectiveness on earnings quality with size of company as moderating variable. The independent variables in this model are director remuneration, leverage, audit committee effectiveness, and size of company. The dependent variable is earnings quality. Dependent variable measured with Quality Earnings Ratio (QER).            Data for this research were obtained by the company's financial statement and annual report and the Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website (BEI). Sample that used in this research are 39 companies listed on the BEI for the period 2013-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. This research uses moderating multiple regression analysis. An analytical tool that used to analyze the hypothesis is SPSS 21.The result of this research shows that director remuneration has positive influence on earnings quality. Leverage has positive influence on earnings quality. Audit committee effectiveness has positive influence on earnings quality. The size of company has no influence on earnings quality. The size of company is proven not to strengthen the positive influence of director remuneration, leverage, and audit committee effectiveness on earnings quality.
