Abstract

The wider the use of the internet network, the more vulnerable a sender of information is to wiretapping that can change the authentication and integrity of the data. Often someone who wants to send a message to someone else, does not want the message to be known by others. Usually the contents of the message are very confidential, which can only be known between the sender and the recipient of the message or a limited circle. To solve the problems described above, an application will be built to insert messages into audio using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language that is able to insert messages into audio by implementing the Three Sided Side Match Method. This research is also expected to be able to maintain the confidentiality of messages inserted into an audio file so that there is no data leakage to unwanted parties because it is confidential and avoids wiretapping of information contained in the audio when exchanging information online.

Abstract

Tutoring plays a crucial role in supporting students' academic achievements by providing additional services outside of school hours. However, the manual management systems still applied by many tutoring centers, such as Bimbingan Belajar Ceria, have caused various issues, including inefficiency and susceptibility to human error. This study aims to develop a web-based Tutoring Management System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. RAD was chosen because it can accelerate the development process through prototyping and iterations that allow adjustments based on user feedback. This is evidenced by the project being completed on time, within approximately 4 months. The system's development results show that the software produced is capable of managing student registration, payments, scheduling, and teacher data. Furthermore, the quality of the software meets expectations, as reflected by the evaluation conducted through usability testing. The test results showed a score of 88%, classified as "Good," indicating that the final product successfully meets user needs

Abstract

In the digital era, the use of e-wallets is increasing along with the development of financial technology. However, the many choices of e-wallets available cause difficulties for users in making choices that suit their needs. This problem requires a solution in the form of a decision support system that can help users choose the best e-wallet. This research uses the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method and Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) to solve these problems. The ROC method is used to determine the weight of the criteria used, while the MOORA method is applied to evaluate e-wallet alternatives based on criteria that have been weighted. The selection of the ROC method is based on its ability to provide more accurate weighting based on the preferences of decision makers, while MOORA was chosen for its efficiency in processing and comparing complex alternatives. This research aims to develop a system that can provide recommendations for the best e-wallet based on criteria such as ease of use, security, transaction fees, and additional features. The contribution of this research lies in the application of the combined ROC and MOORA methods in the context of e-wallet selection, which has not been widely explored before. The results showed that based on the information obtained from table 5, the MOORA and ROC methods produced a value for the Dana application of 1.103 as alternative C1. With this highest value, Dana application is chosen as the best e-wallet. Thus, the proposed decision support system successfully provides the best e-wallet recommendations with a high level of accuracy and is able to accommodate various user preferences

Abstract

This study aims to map and quantify the thematic evolution of Digital Signature Schemes (DSS) amid the existential challenge posed by quantum computing and the increasing demand for application efficiency in Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain environments. Historically dominated by RSA and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC), DSS now faces a significant turning point. A systematic bibliometric analysis was conducted on 2,616 documents indexed by Scopus during the 2015–2022 period, involving the analysis of Annual Scientific Production, Social Structure, and Conceptual Structure mapping using a Thematic Map. The results confirm a thematic turning point marked by a sharp acceleration in publication volume (Compound Annual Growth Rate 14.5%, peaking at 25.1% in 2020–2022), which aligns with the commencement of the Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) standardization process by NIST. Social structure analysis indicates a divided global role: China dominates in raw output volume, while Western countries (US, Germany, UK) act as Intellectual Hubs with the highest citation impact per document. The strongest evidence of thematic evolution is found in the Thematic Map, which empirically classifies "ECC" as a mature Motor Theme, while "Dilithium," "Lattice-based Cryptography," and "Post-Quantum Cryptography" emerge as Emerging Themes. Concurrently, "Aggregate Signature" and "Ring Signature" are identified as specialized Niche Themes. In synthesis, this study proves that the evolution of DSS is simultaneously driven by two primary factors: the external threat (quantum) and internal demands (efficiency and scalability). The findings provide a quantitative roadmap urging the global cybersecurity community to prioritize the transition to PQC standards immediately to ensure the resilience of future public key infrastructure
