Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on asset on dividend payout ratio. The types of data that used are secondary data from the annual reports of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013-2021. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling and there are 6 (six) sample of pharmaceutical companies. Data analysis in this study used panel data regression with fixed effects as the selected model and processed using Eviews 10 software. The result of the research shows that the current ratio and debt to equity ratio have a positive significant effect to dividend payout ratio, but return on assets has no significant effect on dividend payout ratio. In addition, the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets have a simultaneously effect on the dividend payout ratio. The adjusted R-Squared result was 0.418615 or 41.86 percent.

Abstract

Purpose: Testing influence mandatory knowledge relationship tax with mediation intention pay tax to obedience tax in effort support security Indonesian state revenue at KPP Madya Bekasi Kota.Design/ Methodology/Approach: Unit of analysis is Must Taxes that have report notification letter Annual 202 2 . Primary data in the form questionnaire with Likert scale 1-5. Data is processed  use Lisrel 8.80. Approach study is explanative quantitative research with measurement indicator reflective . Validity test whole  variable own valid and reliable predicate . The average value of the loading factor by whole variable latency used is valid as measure compliance with tax variables, Findings: Intention must tax as variable knowledge mediation must tax influential positive significant to obedience tax . Implications Practical: Required  inspection must tax Good must corporate tax and must personal tax in order to test implementation self assessment system in Indonesia in effort increase obedience tax Originality/value: Deliver contribution to Service Office Bekasi City Middle Tax that knowledge must tax with mediation intention pay tax can influence obedience tax inside effort help security Indonesian state revenue .

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology has had a positive impact on the business sector in Indonesia, particularly for SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises). The SME industry in Indonesia holds significant potential in supporting the country's economy. The aim of this research is to analyze the sales strategy and planning of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) application at PT Kolega Moeda Berkarja. PT Kolega Moeda Berkarja provides Point of Sale (POS) application services that can be utilized by various types of businesses, especially micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. The business types served by Kolega Moeda Berkarja include food & beverages and retail stores. The application's specifications encompass features like online cashier, employee management, accounting, and business analysis. Market research focuses on identifying factors causing problems to establish research issues. In an ever-evolving industry, Kolega Moeda Berkarja's application continues to keep up with the latest trends and updates its features and functionalities to remain relevant and competitive in the current business landscape. The development and enhancement of Kolega Moeda Berkarja's application features are driven by customer feedback, aiming to identify the needs and desires of SMEs stakeholders.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama. The data analysis methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Statistical Test, and multiple linear regression analysis. And the data used in this research is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama. The sample collection technique in this research was non-probability purposive sampling, a saturated sample with a total of 70 permanent employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama. The type of research used is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach assisted by SPSS version 18 data processing tools. The research results show that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance; Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance; and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. So it is recommended to PT Indomarco Prismatama to improve the work environment, work discipline and work motivation.
