Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe Expressions of Agricultural Prohibitions In The Structure, Social Function, And Trust of The Kerinci Community. The research data is oral data with a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded as follows. The level of trust of the people of Kerinci, in general, they believe in this prohibition. but the local people believe in this when they are farming or cultivating crops. Even though this prohibition sounds unreasonable or illogical, they still believe in the prohibition. The people's belief in the expression of this prohibition was made by the people of Kerinci, as a social function of old beliefs. Sometimes it's just a prohibition that scares a little, but there are still many lessons that can be drawn from the prohibition. Although not with knowledge based on theory, they succeeded in educating manners and behavior in society and used for themselves. Abstract

Abstract: The Muarajambi National Heritage Reserve is spread over 2 districts; and 8 Villages in Muarajambi Regency, Jambi Province with an area of ??3,981 Ha. The concentration of structures that have been excavated and restored is 12 sites, mostly located in Muarajambi Village, which is administratively within the Marosebo sub-district, Muarajambi district. The diversity of flora and fauna is reflected in various archaeological findings in the Muarajambi National Cultural Heritage Area, including the makaras in the Kedaton, Gumpung and Koto Mahligai temples. Not only limited to makara, but also ceramics with elements of flora and fauna, as well as bricks with pictures found in several temples. The existence of these artifact findings was tried to be analyzed for their suitability with the existence of biodiversity in the Muarajambi KCBN in the past 7th to 13th centuries AD. This is a research question that will be answered with qualitative research methods of archaeological approach with the stages of data collection, data identification, data analysis and interpretation. data. The results of the study illustrate that the inspiration from archaeological findings with the theme of biodiversity at the Muarajambi KCBN was based on descriptions of the flora and fauna that lived at that time, but some of them were mythological animals that were unreal and mystical in nature to fulfill religious needs. Abstract

Abstract: Entrepreneurship Education of Historioprenership on Global Perspective in History Study Program, Universitas Jambi The purpose of this writing article is to find out the development of a historio-preneurship-based on entrepreneurship curriculum in a global perspective and the impact of implementing a historio-preneurship-based on entrepreneurship curriculum for graduates of the Universitas Jambi history study program. The method used in this research were descriptive qualitative method and library research. Based on Indonesia backgrond thhat have many advantages and gifts from the Creator, especially in large and multicultural human resources and vast natural resources which are rich in various flora, fauna and many islands. So, to respond the digital era of globalization, universities should be required to prepare scholars or graduates who are superior, innovative and competitive nationally and internationally so that university graduates are expected to be immediately ready to compete and produce competent resources. The results of developing a curriculum that adapts to the development of science, technology and the environment so that university graduates have human resources that are competitive in the current era of globalization. One of the curriculum that is widely offered by almost all tertiary institutions in Indonesia is an entrepreneurship-based curriculum, one of which is the historiopreneurship curriculum in the History Study Program at the Universitas Jambi. This is deemed necessary, because higher education is a place to prepare graduates who have an entrepreneurial spirit and are ready to compete in society with various skills in facing the challenges of the globalization era. It can be concluded that in the era of globalization, higher education institutions must participate in preparing good quality education to produce quality generations/graduates who have hard skills and soft skills so that graduates are ready to compete in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the era of society 5.0. In addition, the tertiary curriculum determines the quality of education. One of the curriculu. that is currently widely implemented in tertiary institutions is a curriculum that is oriented towards entrepreneurship , this also applies to the history study program at the Universitas Jambi. The impact of the entrepreneurship and historiopreneurship curriculum is to prepare graduates who are independent, ready to work and create jobs and change the mindset of graduates or change the general public of society. Abstract

Abstract: Gurindam Dua Belas Composition Raja Ali Haji part of the ancient manuscripts of the pride of the Riau Malay people and the Riau Archipelago, Gurindam contains a unique message consisting of twelve chapters, Each chapter contains advice that is in line with the order of human life, the first article is a message of religious advice, ending in the article the twelfth about the message before facing death. Gurindam is a unique culture in the form of artistically valuable literature which is sung in Malay rhythms at traditional events in the Malay area which are enshrined by the people, especially the Riau Malays and the Riau Islands. Gurindam Dua Belas contains its own meaning attached to its people so that its existence exists to this day. The research method used by library research is content analysis. The research findings show that the contribution of Gurindam Dua Belas in Islamic literature is literature with artistic value, messages of religious advice, messages of education, moral messages, messages of order of life. Abstract

Abstract: This research is entitled Morphophonemics of Jambi Malay in Danau Teluk District. In general, this study describes the morphophonemic processes that occur in Jambi Malay. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach in explaining the morphophonemic process. The techniques used to obtain data are through observation, interviews, notes and records. The results of this study are that there are 4 phonemic changes in the morphophonemic process of Jambi Malay in Danau Teluk District. At the prefix {N-} if you meet a basic morpheme with the initial phoneme /p/ which changes to /m/. In the prefix {N-} if it meets a base morpheme with initial phonemes /t/ and /d/ it will change to phoneme /n/. If the prefix {N-} meets a base morpheme with initial phonemes /s/ and /c/ it will change to /?/. If the prefix {N-} meets a base morpheme with initial phonemes /k/,/a/ and /r/ it will change to /?/. Abstrak: Penelitian ini berjudul Morfofonemik Bahasa Melayu Jambi di Kecamatan Danau Teluk. Secara umum penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang proses morfofonemik yang terjadi dalam Bahasa Melayu Jambi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam menjelaskan proses morfofonemik. Adapun teknik yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data yakni melalui observasi, wawancara, catat dan rekam. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat 4 perubahan fonem pada proses morfofonemik bahasa Melayu Jambi di Kecamatan Danau Teluk. Pada prefiks {N-} jika bertemu dengan morfem dasar dengan fonem awal /p/ yang berubah menjadi /m/. Pada prefiks {N-} jika bertemu dengan morfem dasar dengan fonem awal /t/ dan /d/ maka akan berubah menjadi fonem /n/. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and understand the implementation of law enforcement against the Crime of Trafficking in Persons, as well as how the influence of digitalization in carrying out law enforcement against the Crime of Trafficking in Persons in the Riau Regional Police (Riau Regional Police).The method used in this research is empirical legal research by conducting research on the role of the Riau Regional Police (Riau Regional Police) in law enforcement, with data collection tools, namely interviews. The nature of this research is descriptive in nature, that is, it provides a clearer picture by revealing the problems and conditions as they are.From the results of the research it is known that the Crime of Trafficking in Persons is a type of crime that is worrying in Riau Province, dominated by the mode of illegal migrant workers. Riau Province is used by trafficking syndicates to serve as a transit area before sending victims to their destination, namely Malaysia. The Riau Regional Police (Polda Riau) as a law enforcement agency carries out its duties in prevention, law enforcement and countermeasures. The influence of digitalization on law enforcement on trafficking in persons has made this crime more prevalent with a more sophisticated modus operandi. Keywords: Trafficking in Persons, Digitalization, Post Pandemic Covid 19 Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan memahami pelaksanaan penegakan hukum terhadap Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang, serta bagaimana pengaruh digitalisasi dalam melaksanakan penegakan hukum terhadap Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang di Kepolisian Daerah Riau (Polda Riau).Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris atau empirical legal research dengan melakukan penelitian terhadap peranan Kepolisian Daerah Riau (Polda Riau) dalam penegakan hukum, dengan alat pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara. Sifat penelitian ini adalah bersifat deskriptif, yaitu memberikan gambaran lebih jelas dengan mengungkapkan masalah dan keadaan sebagaimana adanya.Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwasanya Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang merupakan jenis tindak pidana yang mengkhawatirkan di Provinsi Riau, didominasi dengan modus pekerja migran ilegal. Provinsi Riau digunakan sindikat perdagangan orang untuk dijadikan sebagai daerah transit sebelum memberangkatkan korban ke daerah tujuan, yaitu Malaysia. Kepolisian Daerah Riau (Polda Riau) sebagai lembaga penegak hukum menjalankan tugasnya dalam upaya pencegahan, penegakan hukum dan penanggulangan. Adnya pengaruh digitalisasi terhadap penegakan hukum perdagangan orang menjadikan kejahatan ini semakin marak terjadi dengan modus operandi yang lebih canggih.
