Abstract

Employees are the most important element for the progress or decline of a company. To achieve company goals, of course you need workers who are based on the conditions required by the company. Therefore, good employee performance is very necessary for the survival of the company. This research aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of the work environment, Islamic leadership, and Islamic organizational culture on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for PT employees. Nada Surya Tunggal with a sample of 73 respondents. Data from this research were obtained from questionnaires that had been circulated and then tested using SPSS V25. From the data analysis that has been carried out, it shows that: (1) The work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance (2) Islamic leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance (3) Islamic organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4 ) Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance (5) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (6) Islamic leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (7) Islamic organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction (8 ) Job satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance (9) Job satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of Islamic leadership on employee performance (10) Job satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of Islamic organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

In the midst of increasingly fierce and competitive business competition, organisations need to develop strategies and practices that drive competitive advantage. This study aims to analyse the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, innovation, and knowledge management on organisational performance. Using associative quantitative methods, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 66 umkm. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each variable on organisational performance. The analysis results show that the entrepreneurial orientation variable has a t coefficient of 0.307 with a significance value of 0.760. Since this significance value is greater than 5% (sig. > 5%), it can be concluded that entrepreneurial orientation partially has no significant effect on organisational performance. In contrast, the innovation variable shows a t coefficient of 3.868 with a significance value of 0.000, which means that innovation has a significant positive effect on organisational performance (sig. < 5%). This confirms that the organisation's ability to innovate is a key factor in improving efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness. In addition, the knowledge management variable has a t coefficient of 3.625 with a significance value of 0.001, indicating a significant positive effect on organisational performance (sig. < 5%). Effective knowledge management supports better decision-making processes and continuous innovation, which in turn improves organisational performance. Thus, the results of this study underscore the importance of innovation and knowledge management as key factors contributing to improved organisational performance, while entrepreneurial orientation showed no significant influence in the context of this study. These findings provide insights for practitioners and academics to focus more efforts on developing innovation and knowledge management in order to achieve optimal organisational performance optimal

Abstract

Banking has a crucial function in maintaining economic stability. In 2020, BUlMN Bank's net profit decreased compared to the previous year, which was caused by the increase in the cost of reserves for impairment losses (CKPN) as an effort to anticipate the occurrence of bad loans. This research aims to examine the influence of Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy, Problem Loans, and Credit Interest Rates on the Profitability of state-owned banks from 2015-2022. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted at state-owned banks registered on the IDX using total sampling or census techniques, where all population members were sampled. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The research results show that third-party funds, capital adequacy, problem loans, and credit interest rates simultaneously influence bank profitability. Partially, the Third Party Funds variable does not affect bank profitability, while the Capital Adequacy, Non-Performing Credit, and Credit Interest Rate variables partially affect bank profitability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa bagaimana pengetahuan, keuntungan, risiko, kemajuan teknologi, dan modal minimal memengaruhi minat investasi cryptocurrency. Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen di Universitas Wiraraja Madura tahun 2019, 2020, dan 2021 adalah subjek penelitian ini. Studi ini adalah penelitian kausal komparatif dengan 100 siswa sebagai subjeknya. Metode sampel purposif digunakan untuk memilih sampel. Sebagai metode analisis data, regresi linear berganda digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dalam analisis yang dilakukan secara terpisah, variabel pengetahuan dan risiko secara signifikan memengaruhi minat mahasiswa untuk melakukan investasi di dalam cryptocurrency. Sebaliknya, variabel return, kemajuan teknologi, dan modal minimal tidak memengaruhi minat mahasiswa untuk melakukan investasi di dalam cryptocurrency. Pengetahuan, keuntungan, risiko, kemajuan teknologi, dan modal minimal semuanya berdampak positif.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of the Theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on spontaneous purchasing decisions, with a focus on Shopee Paylater users in Sumenep Regency. TAM is used as a theoretical framework to analyse three main variables: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Attitude Toward Using, on users' impulse buying behaviour. The research method used was a survey using a questionnaire distributed to Shopee Paylater users in Sumenep Regency. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use and Attitude Toward Using had a significant influence on spontaneous purchasing decisions, while Perceived Usefulness had no significant effect. This finding indicates that users are likely to make spontaneous purchases if they feel that the Shopee Paylater service is easy to use and if they have a positive attitude towards using the service. Thus, the results of this study provide valuable insights for e-commerce companies such as Shopee in designing marketing and product development strategies that can increase user engagement and strengthen spontaneous purchase decisions. This study also provides a theoretical contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence impulse buying behaviour in the context of using e-commerce technology.
