Abstract

Background: One of the government's efforts to achieve health development goals is by issuing the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation Number 75 of 2014 concerning Public Health Centers (Puskesmas). The role of the puskesmas and its network as institutions that provide health services at the first level that are directly involved with the community is very important. The Puskesmas is responsible for organizing health development in its working area. To improve the performance of the puskesmas, complete information is needed about the puskesmas, including relating to the condition of the health center and its facilities, the condition of the health center network, and the staff at the puskesmas. A work culture and good collaboration are needed to achieve organizational goals (puskesmas). The lack of optimal implementation of puskesmas policies can be characterized by a lack of cooperation, not yet socialized puskesmas programs and weak human resources in providing services. This can happen because employees do not fulfill their duties and responsibilities, so evaluation is needed in order to produce good performance. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between work culture and collaboration with the performance of health workers in all Yogyakarta city health centers. Research Methods: This study is an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was 159 puskesmas employees who were chosen propotively stratified random sampling. The study was conducted in April - May 2019 in all Yogyakarta City Health Centers. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with Correlation statistical tests. Research Results: Test of correlation statistics shows the value of p-value of work culture with a performance of 0.004 (p value <0.05). Likewise the statistic test was carried out on collaboration variables with a performance of 0,000 (p value <0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between work culture and collaboration with performance.

Abstract

The safety of patient was important component in quality of service in health. The hospital of Wonosari was belongs to the government districts of Gunung Kidul type C whom has contribution in services of health for people. In 2016 facilities like barcode not yet in all rooms, human resources have not consistenly reported KTD, the bathroom floor was slippery so that it can cause an incidence of patient safety risk. Now overall the implementation of patient safety has been running optimally, such as the availability of supporting facilities and later of SOP, socoalization and training on evaluation and supervision have been held. The aims of this study to analyze the implementation of patient safety goals based on the hospital accreditation standards (KARS) at RSUD Wonosari Yogyakarta. This studied used qualitative methods through in-depth interviews, observation and document review. Data collection was done by interviewing 5 informants. Identification of patients using two identities, effective communication with SBAR and TBaK, stores medications that need to be watched out in a separate place, tagging used checklist patient at surgery, applied 6 steps and 5 handwashing moments from WHO, conduct initial assessment and reassessment of patients at risk of falled. The implementation of patient safety goals based on the KARS standard in RSUD Wonosari Yogyakarta has been running optimally.

Abstract

The consumption method is a method carried out by evaluating the use of past drugs as a basis for determining the estimated needs, then adjusted to the strategic plan of the hospital and hospital pharmacy, so that the final result is a list of drug needs. This study aims to analyze the pharmmaceutical logistics needs of consumption methods at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with phenomenology approach and the subject of research are 3 people. Data collection uses indepth interviews and observation. Test the validity and credibility of data in this study using triangulation sources and techniques. Based on the results of this study indicate 1) The largest average use was Candesartan 16 mg of 48,398 tablets, 3) Lead time was adjusted for PBF and assessed by score. 4) The amount of safety stock is proportional to the average number of uses per month. 5) The results of the calculation of the total amount of drug needs for the 2020 period with the method of consuming the five types of drugs have more drug needs than the stock in storage so it needs to be added to meet the needs. The results of the calculation of the total amount of drug needs in 2020 with consumption methods that need to be provided for Candesartan 16 mg are 731,078 tablets, Metformin 500 mg are 713.444 tablets, Candesartan 8 mg are 348.804 tablets, Thrihexyphenidyl are 285.138 and Clopidogrel 75 mg are 313.548 tablets.

Abstract

Hospital Pharmacy Installation (IFRS) is a unit or facility where all work related to pharmacy is carried out in a hospital. Management in this unit is important because it is related to the availability of a drug in the hospital. Purpose: This study aims to learn pharmacy logistics management in POACE method at Bima Regional Hospital. Methods: This research is qualitative research with interview and observation approach. Results: planning by the unit head, ordering when the medicine runs out, storage using the FIFO and FEFO systems, distribution system using individual prescriptions, and eliminating medicines using separate storage. Conclusion: Pharmacy management at Bima Hospital is well coordinated at every stage of management.

Abstract

Medical services aim to ensure optimal successful healing of clinical symptoms experienced by patients. The medical services provided should be in accordance with applicable regulations and must also be accountable in accordance with the standards of each profession. The quality of the medical services provided depends on the efforts of the doctor/specialist in maintaining their expertise as much as possible. In maintaining quality, professional quality review and control efforts are carried out. Purpose: This study aims to understand the description of human resource input, management functions in the medical development unit, and the description of service output in the medical development unit. Methods: This research is qualitative research with The data collection methods used were observation and interviews. Observations were carried out by observing every activity at the Grhasia Yogyakarta Mental Hospital, especially in the Medical Service Quality Unit. Results: the human resources input section does not meet the criteria for field graduates, the budget is sufficient, service standards are always updated, the management process is integrated with other units, and service quality is improved as an output of quality management. Conclusion: The medical service quality management process and management output have gone well according to plan, while management resource input needs to continue to improve the quality of human resources.
