Abstract

Value relevance is the ability to explain (explanatory power) accounting information as a basis for investors as users of financial statements in making decisions. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has become a challenge for stock market players. The company conducts business options for the continuity of operations during the pandemic. This research aims to see the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on the relevance of the value of accounting information to the LQ45 sample on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely 45 companies with high market capitalization. The method used uses the Ohlson model as a basis for testing by taking adjusted R2. The results found that the relevance of the book equity value during the pandemic rose because investors were more concerned with book value than profit information. Hence, the relevance of the importance of earnings fell. This research is limited to using only book value and profit variables with the Ohlson model; future research can use other accounting elements by modifying the model.

Abstract

This study tries to find out partially and simultaneously how the influence of leadership style, work ethic, and motivation on the performance of PT employees. Transporindo Agung Sejahtera. All Personnel at PT. Transporindo Agung Sejahtera, numbering 40 people, became the study population. The data was disseminated using a saturated sample approach. Questionnaires that use the Likert scale as a measurement scale are used to obtain data. Multiple linear regression tests were used in this data analysis with the SPSS program version 22.0. This study used quantitative methodology. Research instruments are used for data collection, and statistical and quantitative methods are used for analysis to test hypotheses that have been prepared. Based on the data analysis findings, work discipline, leadership style, and motivation had a minor influence on employee performance by 46.7%, 45.7%, and 5.12%, respectively. Employee performance can be explained by independent factors (motivation, work discipline, and leadership style) of 41.1%, according to the coefficient of determination test (R2). Employees can improve their performance with work discipline and good leadership. Company goals can also be met with improved performance.

Abstract

Physical Work Environment, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction with Employee Performance at the Titipapan Medan Deli Village Office, Journal 2021. The existence of this study aims to find the relationship in the Titipapan Medan Deli Village Office to Employee Performance in the Physical Work Environment, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction. The data analysis method uses quantitative data analysis, the primary data type and the multiple linear analysis method.This was analyzed through observation, questionnaire distribution and interviews. The respondents who became the sample consisted of 30 people. The results of this study show simultaneously that Physical Work Environment (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of Market Value, Activity, Liquidity, Profitability and Solvency Ratios on Share Prices in the Coal Mining Sub-Sector Manufacturing Business which are listed on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for 2017 – 2019. The population in this study totaled 25 , the acquisition of samples in 3 years totaled 12 samples, so that 36 observational data were obtained. The samples taken were applied according to the purposive sampling technique. The use of data analysis methods in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtains results which can be concluded that partially the variables Market Value Ratio and Liquidity have an impact on Stock Prices, while Solvability, Profitability, and Activity have no impact on Stock Prices. Simultaneously Market Value, Activity, Liquidity, Profitability and Solvability impact the Stock Price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, working capital, and sales growth on consumer goods (food and beverage) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The population in this study was 29 companies, and the sample obtained for three years is ten companies, so 30 observation data was received. The sampling technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study conclude that partially, the firm size variable affects profitability, while the working capital and sales growth variables do not affect profitability. Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk barang konsumen dari tahun 2018 hingga 2020 akan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat gaji, piutang, inventory, dan rasio hutang ke aset.Untuk menganalisis informasi kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari total 42 perusahaan sampel, 20 berasal dari industri barang konsumsi.Menurut hasil uji simultan, perputaran piutang, penjualan, dan persediaan Debt to Aset Ratio, dan Modal Kerja memengaruhi laba bersih perusahaan Bagian Industri Barang konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia( BEI) secara signifikan. Hasil parsial uji menunjukkan bahwa Perputaran Piutang (X1) memiliki dendam terhadap bulging lab (Y), dan Penjualan (X2) tidak mempengaruhi bulging lab (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh strategi pemasaran dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Cahaya Alam Sejati. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 115 costumer, sampel diambil menggunakan rumus slovin dan berjumlah 53 costumer. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara strategi pemasaran dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode statistik yang digunakan merupakan regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta memakai uji asumsi klasik terlebih dulu. Penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial variabel strategi pemasaran (X1) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), hal ini ditunjukkan pada thitung 1.315 > ttabel 2.008 dan memiliki signifikansi sebesar 0.195 > 0.05. Secara parsial, kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Artinya nilai thitung 4.469 > ttabel 2.008 dan memiliki signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Strategi pemasaran (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, hal ini ditunjukan pada nilai Fhitung 17.016 > Ftabel 3.18 dan taraf signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this survey was to test how much awareness people in Medan have about paying motor vehicle tax and to determine whether the application of motor vehicle tax administrative sanctions at Samsat office in Putri Hijau improves taxpayer satisfaction. was to test how effective it was for Enlightenment at Medan Putri Hijau Samsat Office. The survey was conducted at the office of SAMSAT Putri Hijau Medan. The number of samples in this survey was 100 respondents using the sampling method. Data were collected by filling out questionnaires/surveys. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results, we find that there is a positive effect on taxpayer satisfaction, no significant impact on the quality of tax services, and tax penalties have a positive effect on taxpayer perceptions. . At the same time, taxpayer satisfaction, quality of tax services, and taxpayer witnesses have a significant impact on taxpayer perceptions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji antara Motivasi, Disiplin dan Latar Belakang Pendidikan Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Unggulan Al-Azhar Medan. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 51 guru SMA Al-Azhar Medan dan sampel terdiri dari 51 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan secara satu-satu, variabel motivasi (X1) berdampak terhadap kinerja guru SMA Alazhar Medan (Y) dengan nilai t hitung 2,829. Secara parsial disiplin (X2) berdampak terhadap kinerja guru SMA Al-Azhar Medan (Y), dengan nilai t hitung 3,020. Secara parsial latar belakang pendidikan ( X3) berdampak positif terhadap kinerja guru SMA unggulan al-Azhar Medan (Y) dengan nilai t hitung 2,727. Sedangkan secara bersamaan motivasi(X1), disiplin(X2) dan latar belakang pendidikan (X3) berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sma unggulan al-azhar medan, dengan nilai F hitung 4,695 sedangkan nilai signifikansi 0,000< 0,05.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menganalisis Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja pada Produktivitas Karyawan PT Jani yaja Properti Medan. Dengan jumlah populasi 42 responden dengan memakai tenik jenuh dalam pengambilan sampel yang berjumlah 42 respomden. Data yang digunakan data primer. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menujukkan bahwasannya secara bersamaan budaya organisasi, motivasi, disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Jani Jaya Properti. Untuk hasil simultan dapat di lihat dari fhitung 12.057 > ftabel 2.85 dan sig 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga disimpulkan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Jani Jaya Properti Medan. Hasil uji determinasi R Square yang bernilai 0.488 yang artinya memiliki pengaruh 48.8% terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Jani Karya Properti Medan.
