Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang is a state hospital has done it is job and function, but in 3rd class of pavilion room, the number of patient decrease dramatically. It is concerned with quality of this hospital. To answer this problem, research was done using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Quality Function Deployment is a tool which design some needs include customers represented as a voice of customer and including some competitions and also groups some activities that usually called affinity graphic ang getting a benchmarking for it is competition. From the result analysis can be showed that main attribute for patience is a accuracy. And from House Of Quality can be found that getting a periodic meeting to evaluate this hospital and also increase a service can be made 20 concept

Abstract

Weaken information and coordination stream between company and enchain its generate information distortion which one of them in the form of ever greater request amplification channel upstream compared to named channel downstream with phenomenon of bullwhip in this research will be conducted development of solution alternative to lessen effect bullwhip by applying method of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process, where later will be obtained and weight of ranking priority and also get chosen solution alternative to lessen the happening of effect bullwhip. Target of which wish to be reached from this research to determine criterion weight and solution alternative reduction of effect bullwhip and also chosen solution alternative to get lessen effect bullwhip [at] company chain supply. Result which is obtained from measurement of Bullwhip Effect at Supply Chain in CV. Welirang Tirta Mandiri is UD Putra Sejati equal to 1.26, UD Semeru equal to 2.09, Sumber Rezeki shop equal to 1.81, Pacific Shop equal to 2.57, UD. Prima equal to 1.26 while at manufacture echelon equal to 1.56 and retailer echelon 1.26. Chosen alternative to lessen effect bullwhip is to conduct monitoring to inventory level exist in channel downstream (Retailer).

Abstract

One way to survive in competition is having ability to give satisfied to the customer satisfaction principles. On the other hand, it should have measuring service quality with servqual approach. The destination of quality measuring is know about variable be included in variable position that must concentrate here, keep the good work, low priority, and possible overkill. The variables that go to concentrate here position, the factory must try more active to improve these variables in order that it can fill the customer desire. The variables belonging to this position is variable in comfortable about air conditioner, cleaner, friendly official, free parking place, accuracy delivery, and speed in service. From these variable belonging to concentrate here position, such as variable about accuracy delivery and variable about speed in service. Because of that, we must do measuring between coming and service time with queue theory. Besides, price minimize can decrease of queue with the way to establish the number of operator. With queue theory, it can increase operator become two peoples and total of excretion price become Rp21,477.7/hours with wait time in 0.3873144 hours/pack.

Abstract

Production goods, in this case paving stone is result from a production process have characteristic depicting performance. Producer as producer of product try the to product performance can fulfill expectation and desire of consumer. To improve the quality of paving stone, operator perform examination by setting change to factors having an effect on according to empirically and manual book. Factors having an effect on the among others : cement portland, water, sand, and also stone ash. Intention of this research is to specify maximum setting of factors in control having an effect on by isn?t it to value of variability strong depress paving stone, was so that got by strong measure depress the smallerness and or come near 200 kg/cm2. This research was done at process of paving stone. Experiment device the used is experiment device with method of Taguchi with model of matrix orthogonal array of L27 (313). And then done by confirmation experiment is stipulating of optimal setting of experiment of Taguchi. Analysis Data done pursuant to optimise of combination of level strong mean factor depress and paving of Signal Noise Ratio to ( Ratio of S/N). Analysis result indicated that cement of portland, water, sand, and stone ash having an effect on by isn?t it to strength depress paving stone. Maximum Setting reached at combination cement level 1 (0.37 kg); irrigate level 1 (0.2 lt); sand (1.9 kg) and stone ash of level 1 (0.8 kg). By using maximum setting, confirmation experiment result yield strength depress maximum paving, that is 189.3 kg/cm2. Value yielded at composition is 1.283.

Abstract

Awing & Son represent one of the company which active in effort songkok, handling of inefficient distribution represent main problem in this industry which cause the expense of high product distribution. Of the condition needed by an method to overcome the problem. Alternative of I is Method Transportation represent one of the technique used for the allocation of product to customer by considering the expense of product distribution, capacities of[is source of and request of customer. As for its delivery route is network shipping direct. Especial target of this method is to plan the amount of proposal product allocation so that is later expected by minimization can the expense of product distribution. Alternative of II is Method of Saving Matrix represent one of the method which studying process delivery of goods to customer covering each allocation of retail at vehicle at the same time sort route to pass by vehicle. Especial target of this method is with order allocation every retail at vehicle also minimization can the expense of product distribution. As for its delivery is runs milk with shipping direct. Before we apply transportation method goodness and also method of Saving Matrix, is beforehand done by plotting and forecasting of request data 2 months come. Forecasting of demand by using method matching with result plotting of data, and then selected [by] smallest MAPE. After that result of the forecasting processed by using transportation method and of Saving Matrix. From data processing obtained by result for the allocation of product with transportation method got by retail for the allocation of warehouse of Gresik is to product allocation to Kediri, Ponorogo, Blitar, Banyuwangi, Probolinggo, Situbondo, Sidoarjo, Lamongan, Krian. and Jombang. While for the warehouse of Surabaya product allocation to Malang, Madiun, Jember, Asem Bagus, Madura, Mojokerto, Pasuruan, Krian. By using method of Saving Matrix obtained by cost-saving of distribution equal to Rp130,500.00/period of delivery or equal to 5.17% from Rp2,654,375.00 becoming Rp2,523,875.00.

Abstract

Elegibility study is research about could or not a invest project can do well and can give profit level which is suitable or can be use economically. To determine how competend or not the building a project that is seen from some of aspects which support the project building and this project can be success. The research object here was PT. Radio Mitra Suara Batu place in Wukir Number 4 Batu City. This company was active in information service which wish to conduct extention of business by building a new station with different format than other radio station there ever made by this company. Therefore, before company built a new radio station it must do some elegibility study first. In order to not have come too par unintentionally big investing capital for the project which due not profit. Aspect to be studied for example: First, market aspect which determine market segmentation and market plan. Second, technical and production aspect which determine project location, production capacity, needed facility, kind of technology that is use and project layout. Third, management aspect which determine organitation structure, job description, employee needed and work scheduling. Fourth, finance aspect which determine total invest, remains value, decrease value, earnings projection, incoming ang outgoing cash stream and Rate of Return value as standart of project elegibility. Fifth, industrial environmental aspect which determine which supplier one to be chose and how emulation industrially is similar. Sixth, economic, social and political aspect will be known impact from project building and way to overcome. Seventh, aspect of law will support legality of building of project from facet punish. To maximize earning using Linier Programming method. Sum up earnings with Linier Programming method is Rp6,222,420.00/day and Rp186,672,600.00/month and this value there are difference Rp2,400,00/month that is smaller than manual calculation.

Abstract

The competitive working neighborhood, company needs a plan to create the future of organization through change which was done since now. Along this time, PT Mayatama Manunggal Sentosa focused only in financial while measured the performance. But in reality, the company often got complains from customers so that there needed certain method to conclude the problem. In order to conclude the problem, there used Balanced Scorecard Method since the method translate organization’s vision, mision, and strategy in balanced way through four perspective. They were financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process also learning and developing process. From the work performance measurement system of PT Mayatama Manunggal Santosa, there existed strategic destination, Key Performance Indicator and map strategy. Then there existed a weighed strategy through Analytical Hierrarchy Process (AHP) while the next step was relation system between perspective and strategic destination destined to map strategy. The result of work performance in third period 2007 by using OMAX method and Traffic Light System there was got 13 KPI in green indicator, 8 KPI with yellow colour and only 1 KPI in red colour, it was tempered glass production amount, so that management needs to do an exact repair to increase the performance in the next period.

Abstract

CV Lestari Jaya is an enterprise that produce roof – tile, There are some Production centrals of roof – tile in Malang, One of them is CV Lestari Jaya. CV Lestari Jaya located in dukuh Wendit Pakis Malang. In applying this planning, CV Lestari Jaya must compete with after enterprises or factories. CV Lestari Jaya have to maintain costumers, and also anticipate market need which always increase. Knowing this condition, the writer will give an alternative to solve this problem with identification and analyze the condition of enterprise, not only internal and external condition but also the profit, of enterprise competitive by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Linear Goal Programming (LGP) Method. In this thasis Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used because by using this method the out come of priority calculation indicate of roof – tile which wanted by costumers than other products CV Lestari Jaya that produce genteng super wendit will try to increase the quality of their product. Linear Goal Programming (LGP) Method was also used in by using QS (Quantitative System) program was obtained the stategy of planning of developing roof-tile Industry based on priority consecutively, then emphasizing the analysis was calculating the quantity of roof-tile product to find the better one. So, the purposes reached whit optimun valve it also anticipate the need market and maximize the enterprise/factory profit, too.

Abstract

Competition of tourism business in Malang makes the recreational park management to improve their innovations. Innovation intended to how the management can increase the quality of service which is able to give significant advantages and differs from the others recreational park. Sengkaling Recreational Park is one of tourist destination in Malang which is quite a lot visited by tourists. But since the exist of another competitor the Jatim Park, causes the decreased of the number of visitors of the Sengkaling Recreational Park. Therefore research was needed to be done to know what kind of service attributes wanted by tourists and how is the difference condition between perceptions and tourist expectations to quality of service given. A planning method which applicable to translate the customer needs become the action plan form for company is QFD. This step can be use to evaluate and plan the improvement of service quality. To sharpen the identification of service quality attributes that need to be applied therefore QFD approach is integrated with Servqual approach. At the Servqual approach found nine service attributes which have negative gap (difference) between perceptions and tourist expectations, that is security and safety guarantee of the play arena, the complete of the play arena, availability of toilet, hygiene and less time to pass on the toilet, comfortable route tourism object, supporting facilities for health and safety, environmental safety of tourism object, availability of dangerous area guide, and hygiene environment of tourism area. To plan the improvement of service quality, through QFD approach from result of analysis HOQ is got from priority consumer desire based on percentage rating of Normalized Raw Weight which is the complete of plays arena (15.09%), comfortable route of tourism object (13.10%), security and safety guarantee of plays arena (12.45%) and availability of the toilet (11.73%). While technical response which given high priority to be repaired and improved to fulfill satisfaction of Sengkaling Recreational Park visitors that is elegibility test of plays arena equipments and supporting facilities in routine (97.323), renovation of toilet building (96.513), addition of toilet in strategic locations (93.697), installation of commemoration fringes or sign in all area of the tourism object (70.033), location of officer cleaning service effectively (66.227) and addition of arena facility plays at (57.982).

Abstract

PT Duta Mas Satu Pasuruan which be active in area produce of plywood, in activity documentation of data relating with inventory product still be done in a manual so that the problem which often faced was report access inventory limited to space and time where sales department didn’t know number supply of product in warehouse because doesn’t have information access connected. Arrangement of good inventory must always can answer question how much the product available in warehouse and when the product is required. So, for know the product stock especially product become then required by Information Inventory Warehouse System (SIGA) bases on Intranet. This implementation used scripting language discharged at HTML for enables checking and supervision directly through computer tissue system. Information Inventory Warehouse System (SIGA) made with software open source using program language of PHP and management of data base MySQL, and then used server computer bases on Windows. Information data of stock product which is available in warehouse has 4 kinds of product type, there are DF (4' × 8') 15000 slabs, MDF component design 18000 slabs, Plywood 24000 slabs and Fancywood 9000 slabs.

Abstract

Employees is the most important need and the first priority corporation. Employees determines the successfully to achieve corporation aims. That’s why to planning employees need we have to doing accurately and precisely. This intended to adapt employees need at this present and future with work load, avoiding allowances, and all works can be optimally covered. This research was doing on crossing company PT. Dharma lautan Utama to analyze of employees need on porter department, vehicle arranger department, and entertainment department. Work load analyze is used to porter department and vehicle arranger department. For entertainment department is used urgently analyze with questionnaire method. From the analyze is got that amount of porter employees and vehicle arranger employees who company hire are over than work load. This circumstances make many allowances and many employees work not optimally. Beside that, there is company policy that’s not appropriate on equipping live singer facility. This facility is wasting because passengers are dislike. If company decrease the amount of employees, (hire employees as need) and changing live singer facility with substitution facility that passengers like (TV and Music), company will be able to minimized operational fare as Rp54.969.000. per month.
