Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of consumer motivation, perceptions and attitudes on purchasing decisions for Ma Nona Pork Rice Products. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in the study were all consumers of Ma Nona Pork Rice located in the Oesapa sub-district. The sample in this research was Ma Nona Pork Rice consumers, totaling 96 respondents. The sample data in this study used a questionnaire. The research analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, R² Test, and IBM SPSS Statistics 24. The research results show that consumer motivation, perceptions and attitudes simultaneously and partially have a positive influence on purchasing decisions for Ma Nona Pork Rice products. Based on the results of the t test in this research, it shows that the consumer motivation variable (X1) has a significant effect on the decision to purchase Ma Nona Pork Rice products, and the consumer perception variable (X2) shows a significant effect on the decision to purchase Ma Nona Pork Rice products. The consumer attitude variable (X3) shows that there is a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Ma Nona pork rice products. And the result of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.285 or 28.5%, while the remaining 71.5% is influenced by other variables which are not the focus of this research. This means that after conducting research, it is known that 28.5% of Ma Nona Pork Rice Purchase Decisions are influenced by Consumer Motivation, Perception and Attitude.

Abstract

As the nickel commodity market soars, companies that have Mining Business Permits (IUP) and Special Mining Business Permits (IUPK) in Indonesia are increasing their targets from year to year. And with this increasing target, companies holding IUPs and IUPKs increasingly need cooperation with companies holding Mining Services Business Permits (IUJP) to increase the efficiency and production volume of the mining process which includes mining construction, mining, transportation of mining products as well as reclamation and post-mining. This research used a quantitative research. The quantitative method is referred to as a scientific method because it meets scientific principles, namely, empirical, objective, measurable, rational and systematic. The results of this research indicate that the Big Media Promotion variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Interest (Y) at PT. Putra Perkasa Abadi. Management of PT. Putra Perkasa Abadi is advised to continue to increase major media promotions, especially on social media and sponsorship at seminars so that buying interest in IUP owners throughout Indonesia continues to increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate potential correlations between tax evasion and leverage, capital intensity, and profitability. This investigation's primary goals and focus are companies that are listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2019–2021 period. 54 observation samples in all were used in this study, and they were all chosen using purposive sampling methods. The data examined using Eviews software was subjected to multiple linear regression testing methodology for the purposes of this investigation. The use of leverage and tax evasion are unrelated, according to study findings. Tax evasion is impacted by both capital intensity and profitability considerations.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically prove the influence of liquidity, solvency and efficiency on financial performance in banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this research is a banking company for the 2019-2022 period. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, where sampling uses several criteria, so the final sample is 32 samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression tests. So the results of this research are that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Solvency has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Efficiency has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Liquidity, solvency and efficiency have a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Facing rising prices requires effective financial management to improve family welfare. Low income and having difficulty making ends meet can often cause people to go into debt. It is essential to achieve a good balance between income and debt by understanding the limits of one's ability to pay and utilizing debt wisely for productive purposes. The purpose of the study was to gain an understanding of family characteristics and debt characteristics that become Bank Emok customers and analyze the relationship and influence of family characteristics, debt characteristics, financial management and subjective welfare. This study used a purposive cross-sectional study design with respondents of as many as 60 wives from complete families who became customers of Bank Emok. The results of the relationship test (correlation) showed that the age of the wife was significantly negatively associated with financial management. The length of marriage was significantly positively related to the amount of debt. Income is completely considerably associated with financial management and subjective well-being. The results of the influence test with Structural Equation Modeling show that the application of sound financial management practices can make a positive contribution to emotional well-being (β= 0.561**; t > 1.96).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and service quality on continuance intention with satisfaction as an intervening variable among Indrive application users in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data obtained is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents over a period of four weeks. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method approach. The results of this research show that satisfaction is influenced by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and service quality. And continuity intention itself is influenced by perceived ease of use and satisfaction. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness and service quality have no effect on continuance intention.

Abstract

This research aims to provide valuable guidance for marketing practitioners and product developers in developing appropriate and effective IMC strategies. So this research can encourage increased awareness, acceptance and adoption of literacy education products in Selingkar. In this research, descriptive qualitative data collection techniques were used, as well as the data collection process through observation, interviews and documentation. The source of this research is the founder of Selingkar and marketing officer of Selingkar. The research results show that Selingkar has implemented an integrated IMC strategy, including advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion, personal sales, sponsorship, word of mouth, public relations and social media marketing which have an impact on market share . However, the application of IMC is still limited to technology. Additionally, this integration helps manage marketing budgets more effectively and allows for more accurate measurement of campaign results.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Capital Adequacy, Financing Problems and Asset Quality on the Profitability of Sharia Banks in Indonesia. To determine the number of samples, a purposive sampling technique was used. The data used is secondary data, panels in quarters. Data was obtained from the Financial Services Authority/OJK for the period March 2018 to December 2020. Panel Data Regression analysis techniques with Fixed Effect Models were used to analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this research indicate that Capital Adequacy, Problem Financing and Asset Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, partial testing shows that the Capital Adequacy and Asset Quality variables do not have a significant effect on profitability. The problematic financing variable has a significant negative effect on profitability. This requires efforts to reduce problematic financing so that efforts to increase the profitability of Islamic banks can be carried out in the future

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the "Urip Kerimaan" Food Security Program in Mahulu Regency, East Kalimantan Province, since 2021. This program aims to increase food independence by focusing on developing modern and organic dry land agriculture. The program steps involve opening 500 hectares of new land in 50 villages, with capital support, community-based agricultural technology management, and outreach for farmers. This research uses a conceptual framework that includes aspects of the Food Security Program (X), Arts and Culture (Urip Kerimaan) (M), and Sustainable Development (Y). This research method involves collecting quantitative and qualitative data from 1009 farmers involved in the Food Security Program. The research results show that the Food Security Program has a positive and significant impact on Sustainable Development, as well as on Arts and Culture. The Food Security Program has made a positive contribution to increasing the area of rice fields, rice production and the number of farmers in villages. Apart from that, Arts and Culture are also closely related to this program, with increasing public interest in various cultural expressions such as music, crafts and dance, which then influences Sustainable Development.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to test the truth of regional development theories, namely firm location theory and new economic geography theory, as well as functional development theory, with the research object being the PT company. Berau Coal, in Berau district, East Kalimantan province. Recommends the results of research, namely the corporate social responsibility program and tourism development towards regional financial independence and regional development in Berau district, East Kalimantan province. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. Multivariate analysis is used in analyzing research, involving variables in a number more than or equal to three variables. WarpPLS is mutivariate based and can analyze structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the research show that corporate social responsibility (CSR) has a negative and significant effect on regional financial independence, PT Berau Coal's CSR program has a positive and positive effect. significant impact on regional development, tourism development that has been carried out has proven to have a positive and significant effect on regional financial independence. The existence of the tourism industry in Berau district has increased regional development. Regional financial independence will become more independent if regional original income (PAD) contributes to funding, regional development is getting bigger.
