Abstract

Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya has tens of thousands of students enrolled at Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University. One of the advantages that can be achieved is through the use of tools such as service quality. The purpose of this research is to determine the response of Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya students to the performance of the Academic Administration Body. Descriptive research is defined as research that describes or demonstrates a certain thing, such as a condition, situation, event, action, or other occurrences. All students of Bhayangkara University are the population in this study. Additionally, 102 student respondents from the entire student population of Bhayangkara University are included in the research sample using correlation and regression tests with MINITAB software. Based on this understanding, it can be concluded that descriptive involves asking about symptoms that are now present, outlining the goals in detail, organizing the strategy to be employed, and gathering different kinds of data to compile a report.

Abstract

Students are often faced with various pressures and challenges which result in stress. Students often look for activities that can provide positive energy, one of which is activities related to music. This makes music a part of students' daily activities. Several researchers say that music is believed to affect students' physical and mental health. This research aims to analyze the role of music in reducing stress in Bina Sarana Informatics University students class of 2021. The results show that out of 82 students, there are 77 (93.9%) students who like to listen to music when they experience stress while doing assignments. It can be concluded that music plays a very important role in reducing stress for students in carrying out various activities on campus because music can have a relaxing and calming effect on those who listen to it.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy has become a major focus in improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia. This policy analysis aims to explore the implementation of MBKM, the challenges faced, and its impact on students and higher education institutions. A qualitative approach collected data through a literature review and analysis of related policy documents. The analysis results indicate that MBKM provides significant benefits in expanding students' learning opportunities, enhancing graduates' competencies, and fostering creativity and independence. However, the implementation of MBKM also faces several challenges, such as expanding communication, improving facilities, and adapting policies at the institutional level. Nevertheless, MBKM is expected to bring positive changes to the higher education landscape in Indonesia by empowering students with a more active and autonomous role in their learning. Further research is needed to better understand the effectiveness and efficiency of MBKM implementation in Indonesia's higher education context.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the employee recruitment strategy at Markazul Quran Bukittinggi, an educational institution that is committed to providing quality educational services for students and the community. In this effort, educational institutions need good public relations management to build a positive image, expand cooperation networks, and increase community participation in educational activities. Based on the results of research and discussions, it can be concluded that the implementation of recruitment and selection of teaching staff at Markazul Quran Bukittinggi has been in accordance with the stages that have been determined. The process includes planning, analysis of required positions, and determining requirements. Markazul Quran Bukittinggi prefers to recruit teachers from among their own alumni. Generally, the teachers here come from alumni of the school. Information about teacher vacancies is usually shared through alumni groups or through contact with alumni if ​​there are vacant positions. If no alumni apply, they will recruit from outside by distributing brochures and using social media.

Abstract

ABSTRACK The development of technology in modern times today in the era of the 21st century, is experiencing very rapid development. Technology has a very important role for everyone. The use of technology as a learning tool is needed by educators. But the problem is that not all educators use technology as a means of learning, there are several factors that influence this. The utilization of technology as a learning medium is intended to make learning in the classroom more effective and efficient, and to make students happy and enthusiastic in learning because learning is not only based on books. This research aims to find out and see whether this technology-based learning media is effectively used by educators in the teaching and learning process in elementary schools. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method with the type of literature study and observation conducted through classroom observations and interviews with one of the SDIT Al-Fath teachers in Cibitung. And from the results of the research that has been done, it states that technology-based learning media is very effective in being used by educators in the teaching and learning process. In this sophisticated era, it is expected that educators use technology as a means of learning in accordance with the times and the needs of their students.

Abstract

The media of picture stories are books that convey stories through pictures. In Grade V at SD Negeri 01 Bengkayang, there are students who are still spelling out words while reading and some who cannot yet distinguish punctuation marks in sentences. This affects the advanced reading learning in the next class. To improve students' reading skills, the researcher used learning media in the form of Picture Stories. This study aims to determine the improvement of students' reading skills using picture story media and to evaluate students' reading abilities after using the media. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) that uses data collection instruments in the form of teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, reading tests, and post-tests. The results of the study showed that the application of picture story media can improve students' reading skills and their enthusiasm in the learning process. Moreover, students' reading abilities also significantly improved, as evidenced by achieving scores above the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM). This study concludes that picture story media is effective in improving the reading skills of Grade V students at SD Negeri 01 Bengkayang. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers implement picture story media in Indonesian language lessons during the learning process to achieve better results.

Abstract

Adolescence is defined as a transition period, from childhood to adulthood between the ages of 12 and 18 years. This period is also a period for an individual who will experience changes in various aspects, such as cognitive (knowledge), emotional (feelings), social (social interaction) and moral (morals). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling in overcoming juvenile delinquency. The method used in this study is a literature study. The results of this study are that various literatures analyzed show similar findings that group counseling is effective in overcoming juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the motivation and learning outcomes of grade V students in Natural Sciences (IPA) through reality learning media at SDN 04 Bengkayang. The method used is school action research (PTK) which is carried out in two stages, each consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of the study were 35 students, 19 women and 16 men, namely students of class V.B. The results of the study show that the use of realia learning media can improve student learning outcomes by increasing student participation and enthusiasm in the learning process. In addition, student learning outcomes have also experienced a significant increase, as evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes in the above science subjects (KKM). This study concludes that realia learning media is effective in improving the motivation and learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 04 Bengkayang. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers integrate realia learning media into the learning process to achieve better results.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there are differences in the learning outcomes of 2019 PAI students in religious courses. Researchers see that there are differences in the learning outcomes of students with a religious education background in religious subjects which should be higher than students with a general education background. This research is a comparative quantitative research. sample of 42 students. The instrument that the researcher used was a test of 24 questions about religious subjects. can be seen from the learning outcomes of students with general education background, the test score with the highest score is 100 and the lowest score is 46. The total score is 1462.5 and the average is 81.25. it can be seen from the learning outcomes of students with religious education backgrounds, the test scores obtained with the highest score are 100 and the lowest score is 50. The total score is 1808 and the average is 75.34.
