Abstract

Di era revolusi industri 4.0 saat ini, banyak terjadi perubahan dan perkembangan di berbagai aspek, salah satunya adalah aspek ekonomi yang paling terpengaruh. Hal ini menyebabkan para pelaku ekonomi saling bersaing untuk mendapatkan yang terbaik, yang menjadi tantangan bagi koperasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari cara agar koperasi dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya di era revolusi industri 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, koperasi dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya dengan mengutamakan peningkatan nilai tambah koperasi, melakukan revolusi koperasi, rebrending koperasi,Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Bagi Hasil, Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Inflasi, BI Rate, LQ 45, dan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) terhadap jumlah simpanan Deposito Mudharabah pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode tahun 2010-2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda yang dapat menganalisa pengaruh antara dua atau lebih variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan skala pengukuran rasio dalam suatu persamaan linier. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan bahwa Bagi Hasil, Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Inflasi, BI Rate, LQ 45, dan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah simpanan Deposito Mudharabah. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel Bagi Hasil dan Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah simpanan Deposito Mudharabah, dilain pihak variabel Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah simpanan Deposito Mudharabah, sementara itu variabek Non Performing Financing (NPF), Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Inflasi, BI Rate, dan LQ 45 berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap jumlah simpanan Deposito Mudharabah.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to discover problematic financing products and how the Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi branch office handles the problematic financing. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. As for collecting data through interviews with Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi branch office employees. Direct observation of the particular object at which the research point and record everything related to problematic financing and documentation related to this research. The results of research that the author has conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia's first Jambi branch office are the existence of 200 iB Microfinance products that are problematic, then how to deal with problematic financing by rescheduling, restructuring reconditioning. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya produk pembiayaan yang bermasalah dan bagaimana cara Bank Syariah Indonesia kantor cabang Jambi menangani pembiayaan bermasalah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun metode pengumpulan datanya dengan cara wawancara kepada karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia kantor cabang Jambi. Observasi secara langsung terhadap objek tertentu yang menjadi titik penelitian serta mencatat segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan pembiayaan bermasalah dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis di Bank Syariah Indonesia kantor cabang Jambi yang pertama adalah adanya produk pembiayaan mikro 200 iB yang bermasalah, selanjutnya bagaimana menangani pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu dengan cara rescheduling, restructuring dan reconditioning.

Abstract

The quality of service provided depends on the ability of service providers to meetcustomers’ expectations. This study aims to determine the impact of Islamic servicequality and floating market methods on the competitiveness of Islamic banks. Thisstudy used quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques, usingpurposive sampling techniques. The study population was BTN Syariah customers.The data acquisition was made by spreading questionnaires to customers. Informationgleaned from specific considerations tailored to the research’s purpose or problemand data analysed by multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed thatIslamic service quality affects the competitiveness of Islamic banks, and marketingmethods based on the floating market affect the competitiveness. The study improvedBTN Syariah Indonesia’s competitiveness in Islamic service quality and marketingmethods based on the floating market. This research helps banks recognise the pointsand strategies for strengthening Islamic banks’ competitiveness and generatingpositive experiences to gain customer loyalty with the proper approach, namelyIslamic service quality and marketing strategies with floating market methods.

Abstract

This study aims to Knowing the Effect of Margin (X1) and Islamic Service Quality (X2) on Member Satisfaction (Y) on Murabahah Financing at BMT Muamalat Kalibaru. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of explanatory research. The sample in this study was a member of BMT murabaha financing that had been a member of 1 year using probability sampling techniques obtained by the number of respondents 40 members. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPPS 23. The results of the study 1) Margin (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) on murabaha financing; 2) Islamic Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) on murabaha financing; 3) While from the simultaneous F test it is known that Margin (X1) and Islamic Service Quality (X2) have positive and significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) on murabaha financing at Muamalat Kalibaru BMT.

Abstract

Abstract Motivation is an encouragement to someone in order to achieve the desired goal. With the motivation to improve employee performance and work discipline in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work motivation has a direct effect on employee performance and to determine whether work discipline mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Palembang City State Treasury Service Office (KPPN). The research variables used were work motivation, discipline and work ethic as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study are in line with the theoretical study used in this study, namely for the work motivation variable in accordance with Herzberg's theory that motivation can form a person who can improve performance in achieving organizational goals, for the leadership style variable in line with the Target Path theory developed by Robert House where Leadership can help employees to improve their performance. As for the work discipline variable, it is in line with Hasibuan's opinion where work discipline will affect the performance of the employee concerned. Thus, the results of the study show that the variables of work motivation, work discipline and work ethic have a significant influence on leadership at KPPN Palembang City. Abstract

Abstrak Efektivitas merupakan kemampuan seseorang atau organisasi dalam mengoptimalkan sumber dayanya secara efektif dan efisien dalam rangka mencapai suatu tujuan. Tujuan dari organisasi melakasanakan pelatihan agar para karyawan lebih produktif lagi dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya dan mempunyai kualitas yang leibih baik, dilengkapi dengan keahlian yang lebih dan semakin inovatif dalam menjalankan pekerjaan. Teller pada bank diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan kepada nasabah, karena teller adalah karyawan bank di garda depan yang setiap harinya berhubungan langsung dengan para nasabah. Tetapi dalam kenyataannya teller BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo bukan lulusan dari perbankan syariah tetapi dengan latar pendidikan non syariah. Hal ini sangat berpengaruh dalam hasil kerja akhir yang nantinya akan menuntukan tingkat kinerja teller pada perusahaan. Tujuan didalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pelatihan bagi karyawan bagian teller untuk meningkatkan kinerja di BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo, faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi pelatihan teller untuk meningkatkan kinerja di BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo, dan bagaiamana efektivitas pelatihan bagi karyawan bagian teller untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mewawancarai atasan, teller, teman kerja dan nasabah BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan teller dilaksanakan di BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo berjalan dengan baik karena menghasilkan teller dengan kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan efektif dengan memberikan materi dan langsung mempraktikannya sambil bekerja diajari langsung oleh pemateri yang sudah berpengalaman. Terdapat juga dukungan dari atasan, dan materi yang diberikan atasan, teknologi perbankan yang mendukung.. Sehingga dapat merubah teller yang bukan lulusan perbankan syariah mempunyai kemampun yang dibutuhkan oleh BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. Program pelaksanaan pelatihan yang dilakukan BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo yaitu sudah efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja terbukti dengan kinerja teller yang meningkat. The purpose of the organization is to conduct training so that employees are more productive in carrying out their work and have better quality, equipped with more expertise and are more innovative in carrying out their work. Tellers at banks are expected to be able to provide satisfactory service to customers, because tellers are bank employees on the front line who deal directly with customers every day. But in reality the teller of BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo is not a graduate of Islamic banking but with a non-sharia educational background. This is very influential in the final work which will later determine the level of teller performance in the company. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of training for teller employees to improve performance at BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo, what factors influence teller training to improve performance at BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo, and how effective the training is for teller employees. to improve performance. This research is a research that uses a qualitative approach by using the type of field research. This research was conducted by interviewing superiors, tellers, co-workers and customers of BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. The data analysis method in this study used the source triangulation method. The results showed that the teller training carried out at BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo went well because it produced tellers with the abilities expected by the company. The method used is effective by providing material and directly practicing it while working, being taught directly by experienced speakers. There is also support from superiors, and material provided by superiors, supporting banking technology. So that it can change tellers who are not graduates of sharia banking to have the skills needed by BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. The training implementation program conducted by BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo is already effective in improving performance as evidenced by the increased teller performance.

Abstract

The research, entitled Millennial Generation Investment Strategy in the Post-Covid-19 Economic Recovery Period, discusses the strategies used by millennials in carrying out investments. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method where the method looks at the actual phenomena that occur in the community so that the resulting research is classified as new research. The results of this study show that millennials are starting to invest in several ways, namely by preparing emergency funds, diversifying wealth and understanding the risks resulting from each investment instrument. With this strategy, millennials are more careful and careful in choosing various investment instruments. This is also directly related to the economy that existed at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic where at that time the economy in Indonesia and other world countries affected by the pandemic experienced a decline in the wheels of the economy. Therefore, the government makes a new normal policy during the pandemic and makes a policy to increase investment with the aim of revitalizing the wheels of the economy that is happening in Indonesia.
