SABANA adalah Jurnal Sosiologi, Antropologi, dan Budaya Nusantara yang diterbitkan 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus dan Desember oleh Yayasan Literasi Sains Indonesia. Naskah yang dipublikasikan merupakan hasil-hasil penelitian, pengembangan kebudayaan, pendampingan masyarakat, pendampingan kelompok seni dan budaya, pengalaman lapangan, hasil diskusi panel, pengajaran dan aspek lainnya dengan membuka akses dari multidisiplin ilmu yang memiliki keterkaitan pada bidang Sosiologi, Antropologi dan Budaya Nusantara.

<![CDATA[A multicultural marriage is a marriage in which both partners have different racial, ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds. Parenting patterns can be said to be a parenting pattern applied by each parent in educating their children. The purpose of this study is to find out in more detail about how the differences in parenting patterns of both parents from multicultural marriages. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using literature studies. The results showed that multicultural marriage is a factor in shaping parenting patterns. The results also show that parenting is closely related to culture. So, parenting patterns will be different in each family because the backgrounds brought by the parents are also different. The cultural values of the parents must be packaged into one unit to be used as a parenting pattern for their children. However, in reality, many parents choose to give in and use parenting patterns according to the times. Parenting patterns from multicultural marriages are divided into two types, namely permissive patterns and authoritative patterns.]]>

<![CDATA[Vocational school graduates have one of the highest unemployment rates, which shows that vocational school graduates have not been able to meet the standards in the world of work. This study aims to determine the role of vocational schools in contributing to producing SMK graduates who are competent and have potential in the world of work. This research uses qualitative research methods based on literature review studies from various sources. The results of the study confirm that SMK graduates can become graduates who can compete and balance with the present with the experience gained in the implementation of Industrial Work Practices. The implementation of Industrial Work Practices activities is expected to have a good impact on SMK graduates to be able to adapt and be able to apply it in their workplace environment. Thus, the creation of this Industrial Work Practice training can foster a sense of mental readiness in students. It can provide a change to Human Resources in Indonesia so that they can be qualified and able to play an important role in the work industry.]]>

<![CDATA[The importance of building a solid family foundation is one of the keys to achieving success in marriage and parenting in the Gen - Z era. One way to achieve this is through a quality marriage. The aim is to provide insight and knowledge for prospective parents in strengthening their future marriage relationships which will create a healthy family environment and support parenting thinking from the perspective of the growth of Gen - Z children. Using literature study and observation methods. Researchers looked for various sources in the form of journals, articles, books and interviews with several parties concerned in discussing the article entitled ACHIEVE PARENTING SUCCESS IN GEN - Z THROUGH QUALITY MARRIAGE: BUILDING A SOLID FAMILY FOUNDATION. The results of the research explain that a marriage can be said to be successful because each bride and groom are ready and then approved by both parties, marry well, in accordance with existing procedures and live a good life as husband and wife, able to carry out their respective functions and roles each one well.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the welfare of the contract workforce which is different from the welfare of the permanent workforce, which includes wages, severance pay and working time. The workforce has an important role for Indonesia's economic progress. The research method used is the literature review method, which was obtained from journals related to the topic and already published. The results of this research show that there are still many workers who do not receive their rights as workers in accordance with the Employment Law. The company also ignores the rights that contract workers should have. The workforce is obliged to think about their future, as a result of this contract workforce they can experience an uncertain future, sudden layoffs. So, the government is advised to review the Employment Law. The conclusion is that contract labor is not always associated with negative impacts, but if the company can work together with the workforce, it will achieve the welfare of life that the workforce wants to achieve.]]>

The focus is on people who are looking for work, indirectly they are still unemployed and waiting for work. Generation Z itself is one of the contributors to the labor force in Indonesia. Born in an era where technology is increasingly developing, Generation Z has a creative mind that can create new jobs in this digital era such as Content Creator. The purpose of this study is to find out the generation Z workforce who are interested in content creator jobs, and the effect of becoming a content creator on the generation Z workforce. The content creator trend as a job in this digital era affects the generation Z workforce and can reduce the existing unemployment rate. In addition, it can develop the talents and interests possessed by generation Z because they have creativity so that they can hone the skills they have. <![CDATA[In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0, 4C skills (communication, collaboration, creaticity, and critical thinking) have a major role in the development of Generation Z competencies in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 adn Societ 5.0. However, among the four skills, critical thinking skills have the most significant role in helping Generation Z deal with complexity and rapid change. Rapidly evolving technology and social changes also require Generation Z to think critically, as it helps in understanding and navigating information as well as challenges and making the right descisions in diverse situasions. Critical thinking skills also play an inmortant role in helping Generation Z develop a healthy skepticism towards information in the digital world. This article aims to explore the role og critical thinking skills as an important strategy in the development of Generation Z competencies. The methodology involves analyzing current literature in the fields of education, sociologi, and psychology to analyze the challenges and strategies associated with developing critical thinking among Generation Z. It is hoped that this article will provide a better understanding of the importance of critical thinking skills in the context of Generation Z.]]>

<![CDATA[The number of unemployed people in Indonesia is increasing day by day. And the number of productive age population in Indonesia is getting bigger and it is feared that the number of unemployment will also increase. Education plays a very important role for a labor force, because education can help improve the quality and competition of human resources in the world of work. Therefore, nowadays people are required to be highly educated because many job vacancies require educated workers. This is supported by the large number of university graduates. Unemployment in productive age has an impact on the high number of educated labor force who become unemployed or in other words, educated unemployment. This research aims to understand the challenges faced and opportunities for the educated labor force in overcoming the unemployment problem in Indonesia. By knowing the population, the level of education of a person and the number of the existing labor force, it is hoped that it can be understood how the educated labor force can face the problem of unemployment. This research uses the literature review method which contains reviews, summaries, and the author's thoughts about some literature.]]>

With the coming of urban people will make a new problem in housing sector that is slum area. Slum area are a crowded, unorganized place with low sanitation rate. Because these people can’t have a proper place to live they use the slum area as an alternative in this new urban life. Slum area can make more problem for the people live there, that problem van be from individual aspect or from the public. To prevent the making of slum area we have to bring all aspect from the public so they can participate to prevent slum area. <![CDATA[Stunting or malnutrition in children is a nutritional disorder that affects growth and development because of insufficient intake of nutrients from consumed food. The impact of stunting on children includes bodily disease such as hampering brain development, bodily disorder, reduced intelligence, and cognitive disorders. This can affect lower levels of education and achievement in children. Low levels of education can influence demographic bonuses, as higher education has the potential to increase the workforce and productivity. The workforce with quality skills plays a crucial role in achieving demographic bonuses, as a workforce with quality skills can enhance living standards and overall economic productivity. The phenomenon of stunting could very well affect the success of the Demographic Bonuses in the future, because looking at the prevalence of stunting in 2007 of 36.8%, children who experienced stunting in that year, will grow up and become one of the generations that contribute to the achievement of the demographic bonus. This article uses a literature study research method from secondary data with a descriptive qualitative approach. This article aims to show the relationship between stunting or malnutrition in children and the achievement of the demographic bonus.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out what are the factors that influence the occurrence of divorce due to infidelity in this digital era, how the impact of the problem is and what efforts can be given to minimize the occurrence of divorce due to infidelity. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Quantitative method is a type of research by taking random samples and then collecting data using statistical data analysis. Descriptive research is research that uses the illustrative method, the aim is to provide a detailed explanation of the problems that exist in society. Individual primary data is the data used in this study and obtained from research respondents. The results of this study indicate that divorce due to infidelity through social media occurs in the younger generation who are more fluent in using technology. Efforts to minimize the occurrence of such divorces are by reducing the use of social media, building good communication with each other, making time for spouses, and improving the quality of religious values.]]>
