Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian perancangan sistem informasi administrasi tugas akhir berbasis web pada PSDKU POLINEMA di Kota Kediri dengan menggunakan model waterfall yang tahapannya terdiri dari analisis sistem, perancangan, pengkodean dan uji coba sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempercepat, mempermudah dan meningkatkan akurasi proses administrasi ujian tugas akhir yang sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu mengandalkan kertas sebagai dokumen utama, serta adanya komunikasi dan koordinasi yang masih dilakukan secara offline. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan adanya tumpukan berkas pada ruangan, tentunya mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan berkas administrasi mahasiswa. Proses pengelolaan tentunya akan lebih menyita banyak waktu dan tenaga. Fitur pada sistem informasi yang disediakan meliputi upload file kelengkapan berkas, melakukan revisi secara online, kelola dosen pembimbing dan penguji serta penilaian oleh dosen pembimbing dan penguji dengan menerapkan sistem yang lebih terkomputerisasi dan tersusun secara sistematis. Berdasarkan uji coba yang telah dilakukan, sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan dapat digunakan sebagai penunjang proses administrasi ujian tugas akhir dengan memperhatikan aspek efektifitas dan efisiensi waktu serta tempat.

Abstract

Open Recruitment is an activity that must be carried out every year by BEM PSDKU to recruit new members. So far, these activities are still carried out manually by collecting registration files and registration forms in hardfile form to the committee. So that the committee must check the participant's files one by one and it will take a long time. In addition, the risk of losing files is also very possible, even though registration data is important data for the implementation of the next selection. Another problem is that participants are often confused and hesitant to decide which ministry to choose when registering as a new member of the BEM. Usually to overcome this problem participants only consult directly with existing BEM members so that they get a recommendation for a ministry position that suits their interests or seek information independently on BEM social media.Therefore, it is necessary to develop an online Recruitment system for the Ministry's Recommendation section using the website-based K-Nearest Neighbor Method. The system is designed and implemented using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Boostrap. This system has also been tested by several users and the result is that each user can process form data and participant registration files more easily and quickly. In addition, participants can also use the available decision support system to obtain recommendations from the ministry as a provision to register at the BEM.

Abstract

Data processing of work programs at the Indonesian Stock Exchange Investment Gallery Laboratory Assistant (ASLAB GI-BEI) belonging to the accounting department at the PSDKU Polinema campus in Kediri City is still running with a manual system. This work program data processing still uses paper to record the formation of the committee, attendance data and meeting minutes. Then for the work program data processing using the Microsoft Excel application to create reports. Work program data will not be effective if data recording is done manually. Besides being difficult, recording data manually using paper is very risky, such as damage and loss of recording books. Meanwhile, recording data using the Microsoft Excel application is also less efficient and effective, which allows redundancy and errors in writing data. Therefore, we need a website-based application that can manage data recording of work program activities with the aim of making it easier for ASLAB GI-BEI to process data on work program activities online. This work program information system is made in the Laravel Framework with PHP programming language and MySQL database. This activity information system has 3 users, namely Members, Chairpersons, and Supervisors. The application features consist of user management, application management, work program management, meeting management, committee management, and LPJ management.

Abstract

Aslab GI-BEI is a laboratory assistant under the authority of the accounting study program at the PSDKU POLINEMA campus in Kediri City. GI BEI PSDKU Polinema In the City of Kediri currently does not have an information system to manage membership data in an integrated manner, the management of activity data still uses manual methods, such as archiving in the notebooks of each member of the organization, so that the data collection of registrants and members is not integrated with each other . Membership data that are not integrated with each other will cause a lack of efficiency in managing membership data. So it is necessary to design and build a Web-Based Aslab Membership Information System GI-BEI Polinema Psdku Case Study in Kediri City. The main purpose of developing this membership management information system is to make membership data management more efficient. This membership management information system is built in the Laravel framework based on the PHP programming language and uses the MySQL database. This membership management information system has 2 users, the chairman of the GI-BEI, and the GI-BEI supervisor. Application features consisting of membership management, registrant management, membership detail management, member structure management, and registrant status validation have been tested and succeeded as expected.

Abstract

Kampung Inggris yang terletak di Kecamatan Pare, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur memiliki puluhan hingga ratusan lembaga kursus yang memberikan pelatihan dan paket belajar yang beragam. Namun hingga saat ini belum memiliki sistem informasi terpusat yang memberikan informasi tentang lembaga-lembaga tersebut. Hal tersebut membuat calon siswa kebingungan dalam memilih sebuah lembaga kursus. Oleh karena itu, perlu dirancang dan dibangun sistem informasi geografis persebaran lembaga kursus bahasa Inggris. Sistem informasi geografis ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall dan diimplementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel, basis data menggunakan MySQL, dan memanfaatkan Leaflet JS untuk menampilkan peta persebaran lembaga kursus bahasa Inggris yang ada di Kampung Inggris. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem informasi geografis persebaran lembaga kursus bahasa Inggris berbasis web dengan fitur yang terdiri dari pengelolaan admin lembaga, pengelolaan data lembaga kursus, pengelolaan data program lembaga, pengelolaan pelaporan ulasan, peta persebaran lembaga kursus, program terbaik, komentar dan rating, pencarian rute, dan pelaporan ulasan. Serta hasil pengujian dari sistem yang telah dibangun memiliki hasil yang sesuai. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian black-box, yaitu pengujian terhadap cara kerja program dan pengujian fungsional sistem.
