Abstract

Quality of work life is a continual management approach aimed at improving the quality of work. Understanding the quality of work life is a program that includes ways to improve the quality of their lives by creating better jobs. Various factors need to be met in creating a quality of work life programs, among others, the restructuring of work, reward systems, work environment, work participation, pride, career development, conflict resolution, communication, health, and so forth. There are three aspects of quality of work life, as follows: a) Restructuring of work, b) System benefits and c) Work environment.Performance of an employee's performance itself and the level of potential employees in their efforts to develop themselves for the benefit of companies and organizations. Abstract

This study is started from a happening global phenomenon which is the occurrence of understanding about lesbians, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) are growing up rapidly.  These understandings make some differences that affect to the doer status either crime or character deviance. Some law system considers it as a sexual deviance so that it is not a crime. Whereas Islamic law says that it is a crime. In Islamic law system, homosexual is a serious criminal offence, so that big punishment should be given on the doer himself that is capital punishment. Meanwhile, in KUHP stated that homosexual is misdemeanor as adultery with maximum 5 year imprisonment.

Abstract

Its Imam nicely its reading to Al-Qur’an at the same time reading its[his] [him/ it]. Its imam know minimum amount ofread sentence at  Shalat which ispracticing. Pray after used up Shalat by each slow or sir non ossifying to read each so that Mosque reecho. Recitate with sir or whisper only pertinent able to listen it. Practice existing qabliah Shalat  among 2 until 4 rokaat, follow the example of midday qabliah 2 or 4 rokaat, qoblq ' asar 2 or 4 rokaat, Magrib qabliah 2 magrib ba'da rokaat 2, isya ba,da' 4 and at dawn qabliah 2 rokaat. Qabliah Isya' and jumu'ah not yet been found. Taking care of jamaah don't grab. Imam agree makmum if is wrong. position of Makmum if 1 people stand up left side

Abstract

Ideally, family should be be “ the safetyhome” for all members of the family. But in fact, there are many violence cases  happened in Indonesia families. So that is why the Government respons the cases by Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. There are many kinds of violence in family, namely physical violence such as beating, slaping, kick, biting, marital rape, etc., and non- physical violence such as intimidation, threat, terror, etc. This article tries to analysis one of the principles in the Undang-Undang namely justice and gender equalities on Islam perspective.

Abstract

One of current controversial phenomenon which many people talk about in the society is the legalation of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) from government. The assertion from LGBT community comes along with bigger population  growth of LGBT communities.  The declaration done by these communities directed to be national attention by publicating with some big electronic media.
