Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the principles of good governance on the effectiveness of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bone Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive (type) format. Data collection techniques used in this study include: observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis techniques used are: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study state that: (1) Implementation of Good Governance Principles on the Effectiveness of Public Services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bone Regency has not been fully effective, directed and systematic, in providing public services to the community in accordance with the expectations and needs of the community. Judging from the characteristics of the principles of good governance that have been applied as follows: accountability, transparency, participation and the rule of law. And one of them has not been running effectively, namely the principle of accountability while the principles of transparency, participation, and the rule of law have been quite effective in accordance with the expectations and needs of the community. (2) The factors that influence the implementation of the principles of good governance on the effectiveness of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bone Regency can be seen from the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: Good Governance, Effectiveness, Public Service

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya pemerintah dalam pencegahan stunting pada anak di Kecamatan Rajabasa Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun hasil penelitian upaya pemerintah dalam pencegahan stunting pada anak yakni antara lain mengadakan penyuluhan penyusunan kampung KB, melakukan penguatan regulasi program pencegahan stunting, dan melakukan penguatan peran penyuluh lapangan keluarga berencana dengan hasil penelitian baik. Artinya upaya-upaya pemerintah tersebut dapat menekan angka stunting di Kecamatan Rajabasa. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan kendala-kendala antara lain pemerintah desa belum sepenuhnya memahami konsep dibentuknya Kampung KB dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang gizi. Saran yang diberikan peneliti adalah perlunya pembinaan dan pelatihan professional bagi pemberi manfaat guna memaksimalkan kinerja pemerintah.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that experiences floods almost every season. At the beginning of the year, precisely in January 2020, rainfall in several areas in South Lampung Regency increased, one of which was in Sidomulyo District, South Lampung Regency. The role of the South Lampung Regency Government, which in this case is carried out by the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) when disaster management is very responsive and crucial. This study aims to determine the implementation of flood disaster management policies by the South Lampung Regency Government and the factors that hinder flood management. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of research in the implementation of flood disaster management policies by the South Lampung Regency Government in Sidomulyo District based on aspects of communication, disposition and organizational structure have been carried out properly, while based on resource aspects have not been carried out properly. Abstract

The village government is the spearhead of the government and is the government closest to the people, so that in handling and preventing the spread of Covid-19 which in recent years has become a national and global problem, the village government is expected to be effective in carrying out the duties of the government regions or the central government to implement the policies issued, namely the implementation of health protocols and Covid-19 vaccination activities aimed at suppressing the spread of Covid-19. Government of Purworejo Village, Padang Ratu District Lampung Tengah Regency in implementing the regulation still encountered several problems, one of which was the low implementation of health protocols in the people of Purworejo Village and the low interest of the people of Purworejo Village to carry out covid-19 vaccinations.The goal to be achieved in this study is to explore the extent of the effectiveness of the Purworejo Village Government in Handling and Preventing the Spread of Covid-19 in 2021. Researchers in this study used qualitative descriptive methods.This research resulted in data findings in the form of the Purworejo Village Government cannot be said to be effective in carrying out policies and authorities from the Central Government and Regional Governments as the spearhead in carrying out policies for implementing health protocols because there are still many people who violate health protocols and the low awareness and interest of the people of Purworejo Village to take part in the Covid-19 vaccination.Keyword: Effectiveness of the Village Government, Handling and Preventing the Spread of Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aset desa Desa Sungai Raya yang dikelola oleh BUMDes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif yang mana dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aset desa yang merupakan kekayaan desa memiliki nilai ekonomis dan memberikan dampak yang baik bagi perekonomian sekitar desa. Aset yang cukup beragam tidak dapat terkelola dengan baik karena wadah (BUMDes) kurang masksimal dalam mengelola aset yang dimiliki desa. Keberadaan BUMDes yang seharusna menjadi tulang punggung penggerak aset desa malahan tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan, sehingga aset desa tidak berjalan karena BUMDes itu sendiri tidak berjalan dan mengakibatkan tidak maksimal dalam pengelolaannya.Kata Kunci : BUMDes, Aset, Desa
