Abstract

Indonesia has set a target in accordance with the SDGs Program in 2030 in the health sector, namely through efforts to improve nutrition and health quality in combating the prevalence of stunting. The achievement of the SDGs goals must be prepared from now on in cross-sectoral coordination. Over the last 20 years, the handling of the stunting problem has been very slow, globally, the percentage of children whose growth is stunted has decreased by only 0.6% per year since 1999. It is predicted that if this continues, 15 years later it is estimated that 450 million children will experience growth retardation or stunting. The contributing factor is thought to be the lack of cross-sectoral roles in preventing stunting, so it is necessary to strengthen the role through convergence action to accelerate stunting reduction. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach using source triangulation, where researchers get data from different sources using the same technique, namely open and in-depth interview techniques. There were 5 informants involved in this study, namely 2 OPD KB Officers, 1 Provincial PIC, 1 Regency PIC and 1 Nutrition Manager. The instruments used for primary data collection were observation, field documentation and interview guides. The results of the study are the factors that encourage the implementation of convergence actions to accelerate stunting reduction are the government's commitment, as well as the involvement of various parties both from the health and non-health sectors, but still need to be further improved. Lack of awareness related to stunting handling and stunting reduction program management that is not well organized because it only considers that it is only the task of nutrition managers so that there is no synergy with others.

Abstract

Interest in making a purchase results from a combination of factors, including exposure to advertising, familiarity with the brand, familiarity with the product itself, and an examination of alternative methods of achieving the same goal. Marketing and societal pressures are examples of such outside forces. Comparing the marketing strategies, societal norms, and patient interest between RSIA St.Khadijah 1 Makassar and RSIA Ananda Mother and Child Hospital in Makassar is the focus of this research. This study is a quantitative observational study employing a cross-sectional study design. Univariate, multivariate, and bivariate analyses were applied to the data. Patients in the ob-gyn clinics at RSIA Ananda and RSIA St. Khadijah 1 in Makassar made up the bulk of the 187 participants in this study. Abstract

By comparing the levels of patient satisfaction at the Regional Special Hospitals (RSKD) for Mother and Children (Pertiwi) and the Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA), the purpose of this study is to investigate the connection between personal value and customer value (Sitti Khadijah 1 Muhammadiyah). In the present investigation, a quantitative observational study has been carried out by employing a cross-sectional design. Patients who were seeking general obstetric treatment at RSKD Ibu and Anak Pertiwi and RSIA Sitti Khadijah 1 Muhammadiyah BranchMakassar were recruited for the purpose of providing samples for this study. The findings of this study provide support to the hypothesis that an individual's own values and those of their potential patients interact significantly while making a decision about which hospital to utilize. When it comes to selecting a hospital, an individual's and a customer's personal values play a crucial influence in the decision-making process. According to the findings of research conducted on the aftereffects of RSKD, mothers and their children in the homeland place a high significance on living a quiet life as an essential component of personal value. Students' social position is given a significant amount of importance at the RSIA St. Khadijah 1 Muhammadiyah Branch in Makassar. The worth of the customer is put first in RSKD mother and child, although price based on behavior is considered to be the most important factor. It has been requested of the management at the Makassar locations of RSKD Ibu and Anak Pertiwi and RSIA St. Khadijah 1 Muhammadiyah that they conduct regular analyses of the priorities of their staff as well as their customers in order to enhance the quality of the services provided by making them friendlier and more accommodating.

Abstract

Public mental health in Nigeria during the COVID-19 pandemic and the “new normal” that followed after the pandemic. We will analyze the impact of the pandemic on the mental health of the Nigerian people and how society has responded. In addition, we will also evaluate policies that have been implemented by the government and health institutions to address mental health problems caused by the pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused widespread anxiety and depression around the world, including in Nigeria. Some of the factors causing mental health problems in Nigeria during the pandemic include social isolation, economic uncertainty and fear of infection. However, after the pandemic, there have been some changes in Nigerian society that have made the mental health situation better compared to the pandemic, such as better access to mental health services, and stronger social support. Meanwhile, the Nigerian government has issued policies aimed at addressing mental health problems resulting from the pandemic, such as free counseling services and mental health support programs. However, there are still several obstacles that impede the effectiveness of this policy, such as a lack of adequate medical personnel, lack of access to mental health services in rural areas, and lack of financial support from the government. Overall, the COVID-19 pandemic has negatively affected the mental health of the Nigerian people. However, with the positive changes in society and the policies implemented by the government, it is hoped that the current mental health situation in Nigeria will be better than during the pandemic. However, there is still a need for stronger efforts from the government and health institutions to tackle mental health problems in Nigeria.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction at inpatient installations at Stella Maris Hospital and Faisal Islam Hospital in Makassar City will be analyzed and compared with respect to brand image, customer perceived value, and customer experience. The research in question is a quantitative cross-sectional study that employs an observational methodology. A total of 190 replies were included in this study, all of which were from patients being treated at either RS Stella Maris or RS Islam Faisal Makassar. Bivariate and multivariate univariate analysis were used to examine the data. Based on the data collected, it was determined that there was a link between patient happiness and brand equity, customer value perception, and customer service quality. Brand image had a significance level of 0.0000.05, and its value was 0.126. Value as seen by customers had a 0.0000.05 significance level, and nilai equaled 0.424. We found a value of B = 0.376 for customer satisfaction at a significance level of 0.0000.05. Management at both RS Stella Maris and RSI Faisal Makassar City would do well to regularly assess the hospitals' brand values, customer perceptions of those values, and the quality of care their patients receive, with suggestions for ways to enhance these metrics including faster service, clearer communication, and more accommodating scheduling.
