Abstract

Sectio Caesaria is an artificial birth in which the fetus is born through an incision in the front wall of the abdomen and uterine wall. The uterus must be intact and the fetus must weigh more than 500 grams before the procedure can be performed. Spontaneous leakage of amniotic fluid from the amniotic cavity, where the fetus is housed, is known as premature rupture of membranes. The extended position with the buttocks at the lowest point (breech presentation) is known as the breech position. A downward shift of the uterus that reduces the size of the uterus is known as uterine involution. Early mobility is a postoperative activity that can be carried out in stages, starting with light exercise in bed until you can get out of bed, use the bathroom, and leave the room. By implementing early mobilization to accelerate the decrease in TFU, this study aims to provide nursing care, intervention, implementation, and evaluation for post-cesarean section mothers for indications of premature rupture of membranes and breech presentation at the lowest point. The research method used is observation and descriptive with a nursing care process approach through interviews, observation and documentation. The result of this study, after mobilization interventions the post SC mothers improved or returned to normal and the TFU decreased.

Abstract

Childbirth is the process of expelling the living products of conception from the uterus and then out through the birth canal, in the process of labor starting from the first stage with uterine contractions, dilatation and thinning of the cervix and descent of the fetus during labor accompanied by pain. Labor pain is characterized by uterine contractions, contractions starting at the 30th week of pregnancy which are called braxton hicks caused by irregular changes in the hormones estrogen and progesterone. Pain that accompanies uterine contractions affects the physiological mechanisms of a number of body systems which always cause a stress response so that Efforts are made to reduce labor pain, while one technique to relieve pain is massage effleurage technique. Effleurage massage is a massage technique using the palms of the hands in a circular motion pattern on several parts of the body. This technique can help distract and reduce anxiety. The role of Effleurage is to produce impulses that are sent through the cerebrum nerve fibers that are on the surface of the skin of these fibers, which can inhibit pain so that the brain cannot receive pain stimuli. The research method used is pre-experimental research with a pretest design post test one grub design is a measurement that is done before and after the study. In this study, it was shown that there was an effect of massage effleurage on reducing labor pain during the first stage of the latent phase in labor mothers.

Abstract

Good fulfillment of children's basic needs will ensure that children's health is maintained and their development will not be disturbed. The most dangerous threat in reducing children's health status is infectious disease. One of them is typhoid fever. The main complaint found in children is fever. Fever in children requires separate treatment and handling that is different compared to adults. To overcome this problem, a typhoid action plan is carried out, namely monitoring the temperature at least every 2 hours, giving warm water compresses, giving parental fluids, and collaborating with doctors about administering antipyretic drugs. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental design that provides treatment or intervention to research subjects and then the effect of the treatment is measured and analyzed. The research design used is a case study design approach. This design is used to see changes after being given warm compresses to patients with impaired thermoregulation. The sample in this study were 3 respondents, the data collection technique was using observation sheets. The results of this study have shown an optimal scale because children's thermoregulation is effective.

Abstract

It is widely recognized that the initial case of the coronavirus was identified in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China, on December 31, 2019.  Following this, the World Health Organization officially classified it as a worldwide pandemic on March 11, 2020. Multiple studies have demonstrated that these pandemic affects individuals of all ages, although the incidence rate is lowest among young people. The global situation, however, has led to the observation of distinct effects within this group. The reason can be said that in many countries around the world, schools, colleges and universities are closed for a long time.  This changes the general lifestyle of the youth group. In this paper, the impact of Covid-19 on the lifestyle of youth groups is discussed. The impact of this virus has been seen to be more pronounced among the youth. Because of the impact, changes in their lifestyles have been found that have been dire. This study found that during Covid-19, youth spent more time sleeping than they normally would. During the pandemic, instead of using their study time, they have spent a lot of time on social media or various types of games. And, the positive impact is that Covid-19 is introducing young people as well as all students to the online education system. Badly the pandemic has a significant impact on the mental health of young people. On the other side, the pandemic has had a positive impact on the lives of young people in terms of hygiene.

Abstract

Insufficient sleep poses a big public health challenge, exerting profound results on physical health, cognitive feature, emotional well-being, and social properly-being. This qualitative study aimed to discover the perceptions of insufficient sleep, its impact on body health, coping mechanisms, and implications for intervention and public health. Through semi-based interviews and thematic analysis, facts had been accumulated from a purposive pattern of 20 contributors recruited from diverse backgrounds. The findings revealed multifaceted perceptions of inadequate sleep, which includes frustration, resignation, and cultural affects on sleep norms. Insufficient sleep became related to heightened susceptibility to cardiovascular issues, metabolic dysregulation, and immune dysfunction. Participants reported cognitive impairments, temper disturbances, and challenges in interpersonal relationships. Coping mechanisms protected mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, and adherence to sleep hygiene standards. Implications for intervention and public fitness underscored the importance of raising recognition, integrating sleep assessment into scientific exercise, addressing social determinants of sleep health, and fostering interdisciplinary collaborations. By prioritizing sleep health and enforcing proof-based interventions, stakeholders can mitigate the load of sleep-related disorders and sell ultimate well-being for individuals and communities.
