Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of the implementation of performance allowance policies and leadership on employee performance within the context of Haji Makassar General Hospital. The quantitative research methodology aims to elucidate the causal relationship between the variables under examination. The population under investigation consisted of 67 employees of Haji Makassar General Hospital, and the entire population was included as the sample for this study. The data collection techniques included questionnaires, documentation analysis, interviews, and an extensive literature review. The data analysis methodology contained multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing in partial and simultaneous manners. The research findings indicate that the variables of performance allowance policies and leadership engagement exhibit a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Haji Makassar General Hospital. Abstract

The Effect of Investment and Minimum Wage on Employment of Small Industry in Gowa Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of investment and minimum wages on the absorption of small industrial workers in Gowa Regency in the 2016-2020 period. The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data obtained in ready-made form from the Department of Industry and Trade (DISPERINDAG) and the Department of Manpower and Transmigration (DISNAKERTRANS) during 2016-2020. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that investment has a positive and significant effect on employment in the industrial sector and the minimum wage has a positive and insignificant effect on employment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the public-private partnership model based on the construction-operation-transfer model in the case of infrastructure development in Makassar City is utilized in the construction of the Makassar City Toll Road. After satisfying the requirements set in each case, a public-private partnership contract is concluded. The construction of toll roads is basically done by the government, the Ministry of Public Affairs and a corporate body (in this case PT Bosova Margautama Nusantara) using a build-operate-transfer model (generally a model involving two parties). is constructed by public service users, governments, and service providers are involved in building and operating the infrastructure. After granting the right of use for 35 years as the organizer, it will be handed over to the government after the concession period.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of rupiah exchange rate volatility and its impact on Indonesia's oil and gas imports. The variables observed in this study are economic growth, interest rates, inflation, rupiah exchange rate volatility and Indonesia's oil and gas imports. All data used in this study are secondary data obtained from 2005 to 2019 time series recordings obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Investing.com and Bank Indonesia. Data were analyzed using the two-stage least squares (2SLS) method in the IBM SPSS Statistics application 23. Based on the analysis results, economic growth was found to have a positive effect and interest rates had a positive effect. negative and significant impact on oil and gas imports due to fluctuations in the rupee exchange rate. Although inflation is negatively correlated, there is no significant impact on oil and gas imports through fluctuations in the rupee exchange rate.

Abstract

The village is the government that communicates directly with the community and is the center of government development. As such, the village government is an important part of the administration, and the village can have the power to regulate and manage the interests of the community. To achieve community participation, the government has established a forum to implement development plans, namely Muslembang. If community participation is an element of the village development process, community participation has a significant impact on decision-making. The purpose of this study is to obtain an explanatory overview of community participation in the village RKP planning process in Paopao Village, Tanete Lilau District, and to clarify what are the factors that support and hinder community participation in the village RKP planning process. to clarify. Baloo's regent. The type of research used by researchers is qualitative. The location of this survey is in Paopao Village, Tanete Lilau District, Bal Regency. The data collection process used by researchers includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: In 2019 and 2020, community participation in the village RKP planning process in Paopao Village, Tanete Lilau District, Baru Regency, only village officials participated in the RKP design team, community empowerment executives and community members. elements were not involved. And when it comes to female participation, only one woman reaches up to 30%. Therefore, we cannot speak of participatory advice on development planning. The driving force behind community participation in her RCP planning process for her village in Paopao Village, Tanete Lilau District, Balu District, is the community's awareness of progress in village development as a form of community awareness itself. Encouragement. Prioritize. The barrier to community participation is the individual community itself. Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk in terms of profitability ratio analysis for 2019-2022. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique in this study uses documentation techniques in the form of balance sheets and income statements for 2018-2022. The profitability ratios used in this study include Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings Per Share (EPS). The results showed that the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk for the last four years has tended to be unfavorable, because the average value of the profitability ratio is below the expected standard of measurement. To overcome the problem of declining financial performance, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk must identify and control production and distribution costs more efficiently, develop appropriate pricing and sales strategies, manage accounts receivable properly, and be prudent in using loans with favorable interest rates to increase the company's net profit.

Abstract

The development of a company heavily relies on qualified human resources. The level of employee performance can reveal the quality of human resources in achieving company goals. One of the factors that can enhance employee performance is work discipline. A common strategy used by companies to improve employee performance is by providing rewards and punishments. This research aims to analyze the influence of rewards and punishments on employee performance through work discipline at PT BPRS Niaga Madani. The sample for this study consisted of 47 respondents. This research adopts a quantitative approach, collecting data through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis process in this study employs path analysis. The results of this research show that rewards do not have a significant effect on work discipline, and they also do not significantly influence employee performance. On the other hand, punishments significantly affect work discipline and employee performance. Work discipline, in turn, significantly affects employee performance. Rewards, directly and indirectly, affect employee performance through work discipline, while punishments have both direct and indirect effects

Abstract

Water is a very important natural resource for help to survive. Water perpendicularoma on providing has impacts. Unwise overuse of water resources you are horrified can jeopardize their sustainability. The objective of this study is to estimate the economic value of spring water utilization in Rangomari village. The method used is Willingness to Pay (WTP) Analysis using Conditional Valuation Method (CVM). As a result, the average I WTP is IDR 5,788.46 per month and the total IWTP is IDR 5,788.46 per month. 1,724,961.54 per month. The annual economic value of this urinary tract in Rangomali village is IDR 20,699,538.5. Governments are expected to implement payment of environmental services for water use and modernization of source management.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the effectiveness of Trello in improving communication and collaboration enhance quality of service within a service company. The study will use a qualitative approach to collect and analyze data. Qualitative data will be collected through interviews with the CEO and Employee of Kotak Narsis, while the financial report 2020-2023 and the number of problems encountered will be used as secondary sources of data. The qualitative data from the interviews will be analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key themes and patterns in the data. Based on the results of the interviews, it appears that Trello can be an effective solution to the problems faced by the company, mainly poor quality of service. The company also found that the quality of the company's photobooth selfie box service improved, as evidenced by the reduced number of customer complaints.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to analyze the effect of population on poverty. (2) To analyze the effect of unemployment on poverty. (3) To analyze the effect of education on poverty This research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis with time series data. Namely the factors that influence the level of poverty in South Sulawesi. The results of the study explain that the population has a negative and significant effect on the level of poverty, education simultaneously has a negative and significant effect on poverty in South Sulawesi, on the other hand the unemployment rate has a negative but not significant effect on poverty in South Sulawesi.
