Jurnal Dinamika Akuntansi dan Bisnis (JDAB) is a biannual peer-reviewed and open-access journal published by Accounting Department, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Indonesia, in collaboration with the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountant. JDAB was first published in March 2014 and made accessible online commencing March 2016. ISSN: 2355-9462 (Print), E-ISSN: 2528-1143 (Online). International ISSN could be checked here (portal.issn.org). It aims to take part in the advancement of accounting knowledge by publishing high quality researches in contemporary trends in accounting and business in emerging market/ countries. As the main horizon of the journal is to embrace the contemporary trends in accounting and business, hence its scope is dynamic and evolving to accommodate the most recent and emerging issues, challenges and phenomena. For example, accounting for disasters, big data analytic in business, accounting for Islamic FinTech and sustainability. We invite industry experts and academic scholars to take a part of our journal’s readers, authors and reviewers. Since 2019, JDAB has been nationally accredited (Sinta 2) by the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. The journal is also included in in Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and EBSCO Information Service since 2016. We envision to become an internationally reputable journal indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (WOS). We have been taking significant steps to materialize this vision including by associating our editorial team with the international recognized scholars and continuously improving our journal management. JDAB welcomes original emperical investigation. The manuscripts may represent a variety of theoretical perspectives and different methodological approaches. Subject areas suitable for publication in Jurnal Dinamika Akuntansi dan Bisnis (JDAB) include, but are not limited to the following fields in accounting research: Islamic accounting Public sector accounting Auditing Financial accounting Management accounting As the main horizon of the journal is to embrace the contemporary trends in accounting and business, hence its scope is dynamic and evolving to accommodate the most recent and emerging issues, challenges and phenomena. Abstract

Supervision of Shariah compliance in the Islamic financial institutions is a DPS task This study analyzes and evaluates the compliance monitoring by taking the object of Islamic banking in Indonesia either approach or organizational systems approach. This study uses primary data in the form of interviews with 6 DPS on 6 BUS and secondary data from the report GCG 9 BUS 2011-2012. With inductive approach using content analysis and theoretical analysis, the results of this study indicate that the general practice of sharia compliance monitoring is still not optimal yet. Furthermore, this study proposes a model of supervision using a systems approach that aims to improve the supervision of such compliance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the quality of the implementation of good corporate governance toward profitability of Islamic Banks and analyze the influence of non performing finance toward profitability of Islamic Banks. This research used secondary data from financial statements published by Bank Indonesia and Annual Report GCG in 2010-2013. The Techniques used for sampling is purposive sampling and obtained by 10 Islamic Banks with a total sample of 39 Islamic Banks. Profitability ( Dependent Variable ) in this research is proxied by Return on Assets ( ROA) .While the Independent Variable is The Quality Implementation of Good Corporate Governance obtained from Composite GCG Self Assessment Report Annual Islamic Banking, and Financing Risks are proxied by the Non -Performing Finance ( NPF ). The influence of the three variables and relationships are tested using multiple regression analysis.  T-test SPSS results showed that the quality of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance has negative influence and significant toward profitability of Islamic banking. Non-Performing Finance has negative influence and significant toward profitability of Islamic banking. While the F-test SPSS results showed Implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Quality of Non-Performing Finance has negative influence and significant toward profitability of Islamic banking. Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Capital Expenditure on the original income and its impact on Local Government Financial Performance This research refers to a previous research’s conducted by Fajar Nugroho (2012). Objects of this research are the entire district and city in Aceh province. The research was carried out by the method of documentation. The data used are secondary data, which comes from the realization of the Budget Report Revenue and Expenditure of the district and the city in Aceh province from 2009 until 2012. The results of this study indicate that the Capital Expenditures negatively affect of the region's financial performance directly, whereas indirect positive effect on Capital Spending Growth through Revenue Financial Performance as an intervening variable region. The results of this study indicate that the capital expenditureeffect on the Local original income, Local original income effect on financial performance, capital expenditures does not affect on the financial performance directly, while indirectly capital expenditureeffect on financial performance through local original income.

Abstract

As a public service organization, health center changes required to provide quality health services to the community better. One of the factors that affect the formation of organizational readiness for change is a learning organization. Ideally a learning organization can be a learning facility for its members on an ongoing basis and may direct the member to keep the environment abreast. The transform research is performed to assess whether the health center in the city of Medan has been transformed into a learning organization and how it affects the formation of learning organization change readiness of the organization. This research was the study of causality. Location of the study conducted in 13 health centers Inpatient scattered in the district in the city and sample Medan. Population of health workers in health centers is as much as 195 respondents. Data sourced from primary data and were collected using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is regression technique. The research proves that the health center in the city of Medan has become a form of organizational learning organizations that do good, so too has the readiness to turn into public service organizations in the health sector in accordance with the demands of the times. Dimensions of organizational learning simultaneously changed significantly influence organizational readiness; with dimensions connecting the organization to its environment is the most dominant influence in shaping the organization's readiness for change.

Abstract

This research analyzed the application elements of the internal control amil zakat institutions. Sample selection methods was judgement sampling while the data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis and comparison. These results indicate that Dompet Dhuafa Amil Zakat Institutions better implement elements of internal control includes the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication and monitoring.. The research alaso indicated that the internal monitoring Dompet Dhuafa Amil Zakat Institutions requires sufficient human resources and adequate internal control would be held in the specific time.ThThis research analyzed the application elements of the internal control amil zakat institutions. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Musharaka financing risk and the risk of murabaha financing to profitability in Indonesian Islamic banks. The target population of this research is Islamic Banks in Indonesia that registered for three consecutive years. Based entire population, there are 11 Islamic bank for 3 years with 33 observation data. The multiple regression analysis model in used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the risk of Musharaka financing and murabahah risks simultaneously affect on profitability. In partial Musharaka financing risk and the risk of murabaha financing have positive influances on profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of financial leverage, liquidity, asset growth, size on the beta stock in manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 5 periods (2008-2012). Total samples are 58 companies. The sample selection is done by using the method of stratified random sampling. The multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis.This research found that asset growth has significant effect on systematic risk, while variable financial leverage, liquidity, sizedid not have significant effect on systematic risk. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of financial leverage, liquidity, asset growth, sizeon the beta stock in manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the influence of the structure of assets and sales growth rate, both simultaneously and partially, toward the capital strucuture (empirical study on listed companies from the manufacturing sector at the Indonesia Stock Exchange). Years of observation of this research is 2008-2010. This type of research is a descriptive verificative. The data type used is secondary data gotten from the capital market reference center at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used in this research is purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria be obtained 114 companies as sample. The hypothesis is tested by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research show that (1) the structure of assets and sales growth rate simultaneously have influence toward capital structure, (2) the structure of assets has positive influence toward capital structure, and (3) sales growth rate has positive influence toward capital structure.
