Abstract

Darma Guna adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pelayanan service komputer. Kemajuan teknologi mendorong organisasi tidak hanya berfokus pada kebutuhan pada informasi semata, namun sudah mulai mengarah pada kebutuhan pengetahuan (knowledge) bagi mereka. Knowledge  dianggap  sebagai  sebuah  resource  atau  asset  bagi  orang  yang  memegang peranan penting disebuah organisasi. Namun knowledge yang jika tidak digunakan dan didokumentasikan dengan baik, maka akan sia-sia dan kemudian bisa hilang. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan   sebuah   aplikasi   yang   tentunya   berbasis   sistem   informasi   Pengetahuan Knowledge Management System (KMS) agar dapat membantu dalam pengumpulan dan penyebaran knowledge untuk dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh seluruh karyawan dikantor pusat atau kantor cabang. Penerapan berbasis web     pada aplikasi ini, diharapkan memberikan kemudahan dalam penerapannya untuk setiap karyawan yang ingin mengaksesnya. Dalam Analisa dan perancagan sistem ini, untuk pemodelan sistem yang berbasis object oriented menggunakan unified modeling languange (UML) dan untuk pengembangan database yang berbasis web menggunakan bahasa PHP dan HTML, serta untuk pengembangan database menggunakan SQL. Hasil dari bahasan yang diperoleh adalah tersedianya pengembangan layanan knowledge management system (KMS) berbasis web. Kesimpulannya dengan adanya sistem informasi ini memudahkan komunikasi diantara karyawan baik yang di kantor pusat maupun yang di kantor cabang maupun dari luar. Abstract

Dream Sentosa Indonesia (DSI) is a Foreign Investment Company (PMA) engaged in the Bags and Garment industry with its head office at 444 Dunchon 2- Dong Gangdong-gu, 134-822 Seoul, Korea. The garment manufacturing process factory is located in Karawang, Indonesia. It was found that the process of managing reject goods, the process of making reports, the recording process, and the storage process were still not optimal. This makes it difficult for employees to search for data. A process for managing reject goods is required, which can make reports and data recording processes more neat and well structured, as well as a computerized data storage process to facilitate the process of searching for data. This application is expected to help fix all the shortcomings of the existing system into a better system. The reject goods management application has a very important role in building and developing a reject goods data information system at PT. Dream Sentosa Indonesia. The design system in making the rejected item data application was developed using several software namely Borland Delphi10, XAMPP which is a combination of Apache Web Server, PHP and MYSQL. By using the Borland Delphi10 program, it can provide convenience in managing reject goods data.

Abstract

Abstract This study analyzed the impact of variable Crisis Respon Strategi, Crisis History, and Prior Relation Reputation toward Political Party Reputation. Sample of 200 respondents with age above 17 in Jakarta. The sampling method used purposive sampling technic. The sampling method used is Non-Probability Sampling. Data anaylis method used are SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Findings of this research is the Crisis Respon Strategi, Crisis History, Prior Relation Reputation, and Atribution Responsibility, effect significan to Reputation. Abstract

Tiara Toserba Sukabumi City is a retail company that sells all kinds of needs such as clothes, shoes, groceries, household appliances, and so on. Tiara Toserba Sukabumi was established in 2000 and has worked with more than 100 companies. The system of selling goods at Tiara Toserba Sukabumi City is still manual, which means that prospective buyers must come directly and choose what items are needed.The sales system in this way only covers customers directly, even though not all potential customers can come directly to buy the goods they need due to time, weather, energy, and so on.The result of the research and design of this computer equipment sales information system is the availability of information about computer equipment products for consumers and consumerssimplify the implementation of the work system at Tiara Toserba Sukabumi using PHP and MySql with the aim of helping minimize sales process time in order to increase sales volume and value so that company income can increase.

Abstract

Education is the most important factor that really help human resource development in any country, as it is shown that the modern countries already had absorbed a good quality of education. Adventist Senior High School Sukabumi is one of the private Senior High School that give share and contribution in helping the nation in the develop a better education, but in the reality, it has not got the optimal purpose yet and it needs more attention from the stakeholders and any others who concern to the school in operating the daily activities both in School Management ang Motivation to Teacher’s Performance in Teaching. The purpose of the research is to analyze the influence of School Management and Motivation of Teacher’s Performance in Teaching. The research is applied by using sampling method with the total sample 31 teachers who are direct involved, and the data collecting was done by interviewed and answered question of the questioner paper. The real data was analyzed in quantitative. The result is applied at Senior High School at Adventist Senior High School Sukabumi, by using sampling analyzing the Correlation Pearson Product Moment and School Management with Motivation of Teacher’s Performance of Teaching was 0,526 at the low scale. School management with Teacher Performance of Teaching is 0,140 at the middle scale. The Teacher’s Motivation and the Teacher’s Performance of Teaching is 0,972 at the high scale. Abstract

Motivation Relationships Work With Employee Performance in the Regional Water Environment Government company Sukabumi The research was conducted at the Environmental PDAM Sukabumi City Government, in order to determine Motivation Relationships with Corporate Environmental Performance Officer at the Regional Water Sukabumi City Government. The research sample using statistical data analysis, sample size was 30 respondents were chosen at random (random) with consideration of the large number of employees and the principle of representation of the number of employees In this election based on level of education, and employee groups are done intentionally (purposive) due not all employees have the free time to fill out a questionnaire and were interviewed, based on the results of the study it can be concluded the discussion as follows: The correlation value of r = 0.708, meaning that the effect of work motivation on employee performance has a very strong relationship, the nature of work motivation relationship with employee performance value (+) means that if the motivation of increasing the performance of employees in the Office of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) will Sukabumi increasing. Value of coefficient of determination (KD) of r Square = 0.501, meaning that the magnitude of the effect of work motivation (X) on employee performance (Y) of 50.1%. Regression value Y = 0.930 + 0.828 x pales work motivation up 1 point, the performance of employees rose 0.828 points, if the motivation to work up 2 points then the performance of employees rose 2 x 0.828 is equal to 1.656 with a constant value is at 0.930.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved by the state welfare law is how the state gives a sense of justice, asense of security in an orderly and wellbeing for all society. Destination can be achieved moving the wheels of government in the broad sense of law (Rechstate). Directing society ekonomic sector, and mobilize community participation in development. Management and supervision of Civil Servants (PNS) is an integral and ineparable. Management in a universal sense of planing organizing, directing, motivating, and oversight of implementation of the mechanism of action and work to achieve the goal. In this study, the identification of the issues discussed are: Fist, the background of the need for oversight of the Civil Service District Sukabumi. Second, government environments appropriate supervision Application of Law No. 32 of 2004 on regional Government Junc To Law Number 5 of 2014 On the State Civil Apparatus Junc To Act Number 43 of 1999 On The Fundamentals of civil Government’s environment Sukabumi. Third, issues and efforts in monitoring the implementation of the civil Service within the Local Government Act Sukabumi accordance Law Number 5 of 2014 On the State Civil Apparatus Junk To Law Number 43 of 1999 On Fundamentals of Civil Service. Enforcement of disipline as the government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 on the Disipline of Civil Servant is seen as a necessity to improve and maintain the performance of the civil Service in carrying out duties for the benefit of society. Merit system to aim for in Act Number 5 of 2014 On State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is the basis that civil servants have the qualifications, competence, and performaance in a fair and reasonable with regardless of politics, race, color, gender, status, age ordisability conditions so as to create a public service that plenary for the welfare and public order. This study was conducted using normative juridical sociological approach, trough a study of the legislation, through literature, papers, journals, and the media that has to do with this research. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of savings and loans of members partially, simultaneously, and most dominantly on the SHU of the KPRI PKS Cooperative in Sukabumi City.This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach where the unit of analysis is the financial statements of the KPRI PKS Cooperative in Sukabumi City and the samples are savings, loans, and cooperative SHU for the fiscal year 2010 to 2014. Data analysis was carried out using simple and multiple regression and correlation methods. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, and literature studies.Based on the results of the study, it is known that partially there is an insignificant effect between member savings and loans on cooperative SHU. Simultaneously there is an insignificant effect between member savings and loans on cooperative SHU, and member savings variables have the most dominant effect on KPRI PKS Cooperative SHU.Based on the results of research and discussion, it is suggested that efforts are needed to improve financial performance and increase income by empowering all business units.
