Abstract

                                               AbstractThis research is motivated by the existence of a democratic party in 2019, during those times the Seputar iNews Afternoon program made a special segment of political-specific news related to presidential candidates, vice presidential candidates and other political figures who were also part of important figures from the party period democracy. This study aims to find out how the framing of news or framing conducted by the Seputar iNews Siang program in the "Indonesia 2019 Choices" segment is then linked to Robert N. Entman's framing analysis and how the program constructs it. Literature review in this study includes mass media, news, media ideology, reality construction by mass media, framing analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. In the descriptive method, researchers will explore or photograph social situations that will be studied thoroughly, broadly and deeply. Based on this research, the "Indonesia Choices 2019" segment has two aspects, namely selection of issues and highlighting certain aspects of an issue. The selection of issues displayed by the "Indonesia 2019 Choices" segment in the Around the iNews Afternoon program according to the RCTI editorial team is based on activities related to the 2019 general election theme. a program that is a language that expresses ideas with sentences, narratives, headlines that clarify the emphasis. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the role of Production Assistant in the Cahaya Hati Indonesia program on iNews. This program airs every Saturday and Sunday at 12.00 - 13.30 WIB. A talkshow program that presents speakers or lecturers to provide information and deepen the religious community. To create an event program, it takes good cooperation from each production team, one of which plays a role in the production team is the Production Assistant. To analyze the results of the study, researchers used the concept of Production Assistant which consisted of Setting Up, The Fine Details, Schedules and Running Orders, The Script, Timing, Counting and Stopwatches, and Post Production. Researchers used a qualitative approach, with a type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques used observation and in-depth interviews. The results of research conducted indicate that there are statements that are not in accordance with the concept. But key informant and informant statements still make sense and are logical. The practical benefits of this research are expected to be an input for iNews TV in general and the Production Assistant of the Cahaya Hati Indonesia iNews team in particular and the academic benefits of this research to contribute knowledge for the development of communication science, particularly in the broadcasting field and as a reference material for students' libraries communication science, especially students to add insight, especially about the role of Production Assistant. The conclusion of this research is about the role of Production Assistant starting from the pre-production, production and post-production processes.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemilu 2019 menyatukan lima jenis pemilihan sekaligus yakni Pemilihan Presiden, DPR, DPD, DPRD Povinsi, dan DPRD Kabupaten / Kota. Dengan diadakannya Pemilu serentak pertama di Indonesia, membuat KPU harus bekerja keras dalam melakukan sosialisasi tentang Pemilu serentak yang akan diadakan pada tanggal 17 April 2019 kepada masyarakat terutama kepada pemilih pemula yang akan dibantu oleh KPU disetiap daerah. KPU menargetkan 77,5% masyarakat ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pemilu 2019. Di Kota Depok sendiri memiliki jumlah pemilih pemula sebesar 24.666, sehingga potensial untuk partisipasi dalam pemilu 2019.Oleh karena itu KPU Kota Depok melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat khususnya pemilih pemula tentang tahapan, mekanisme, sistem, peserta pemilihan umum, dan sebagainya dalam Pemilu 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah Eksplanatif. Berdasarkan latar belakang, penelitian ini adalah mencari pengaruh antara Kegiatan Sosialisasi KPU Kota Depok terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Pemilih Pemula Di SMAN 1 Depok Tentang Pemilu 2019. Konsep yang digunakan adalah Sosialisasi dan Tingkat Pengetahuan. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 (Seratus). Hasil penelitian adalah nilai KMO Kampanye: 0,738, Sikap: 0,729 (Valid). Nilai Cronbach’s Alpha Kampanye: 0,817, Sikap: 0,749 (Reliabel). Nilai P= 0,661 (Terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara Kegiatan Sosialisasi KPU Kota Depok Tentang Pemilu 2019 Terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Pemilih Pemula).Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi, Proses Komunikasi, Pemilu 2019, dan Tingkat Pengetahuan

Abstract

Bagaimana cara kita mengetahui wajah masyarakat dan negara kita, caranya adalah dengan menonton tayangan di televisi kita, maka kita akan mendapatkan gambaran seperti apa dan bagaimana wajah kita sebagai bangsa. Media massa kerap mempresentasikan perempuan di perspektif negatif. Penelitian ini meneliti perihal pelanggaran P3SPS yang dilakukan oleh Hotman Paris Show di iNews pada episode 10 Januari 2019 yang mengundang anak dibawah umur korban pemerkosaan sebagai narasumber. Atas tayangan tersebut KPI menjatuhkan sanksi administratif berupa teguran tertulis untuk pelanggaran terhadap perlindungan anak dan remaja dibawah umur, serta hak ranah privasi. Dalam tayangan tersebut sang anak selaku korban diwawancarai dalam sebuah acara talkshow perihal kasus ketidakadilan gender yang dialaminya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran KPI sebagai lembaga perwakilan yang memiliki kewenangan untuk mengawasi lembaga penyiaran dengan sistem pengawasan dan menerapkan langkah pembinaan guna menindak setiap pelanggaran yang dilakukan lembaga penyiaran terhadap kaidah P3SPS. Perlindungan terhadap anak dan perempuan merupakan hal yang baku di seluruh peraturan, termasuk dalam P3SPS. Lembaga penyiaran wajib menerapkan P3SPS sebagai acuan dalam setiap program siarannya termasuk mengontrol bagaimana peran produser dan tim produksi dalam proses perencanaan konsep sebuah program termasuk didalamnya pemilihan tema, narasumber atau bintang tamu demi terciptanya siaran yang baik, mendidik, dan berkualitas untuk masyarakat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                    The development of the mass media industry in Indonesia makes a variety of quality programs, the information conveyed is a necessity to help the public in knowing information is happening around them. Therefore the information presented by the media must be true and useful for the wider community. Television stations broadcast programs with a variety of interesting formats, both in the form of drama programs, non-drama programs, and news programs. The characteristics of television can display images and sound to be the main factor and every television station has many programs with various formats, one of them is comedy program. Television ratings have a very long history, so television stations present programs that are very diverse and interesting. Especially programs with comedy formats such as one of the trans 7 television stations that present Opera Van Java. By adapting traditional forms of wayang performances that are packed in a more modern way, by bringing up stories / phenomena in the community. The aim is to find out the creative team's strategy to maintain rating and share in the opera van java program in trance 7. The qualitative research methodology with morrisan theory is to analyze the results in theory and to fully explain industry competition to influence the audience with triangulation, interview and observation techniques. The conclusion of applying the SWOT theory model is about the strengths and weaknesses of the opera van java program on the company's internal conditions and about the opportunities and threats facing the company.
