Abstract

To evaluate the effectiveness of the problem-based learning (PBL) model on learning motivation and its impact on the academic achievement of PTM FT UNM students, a study will be conducted. This research will use a quantitative approach with path analysis. Path analysis is a statistical method that provides a quantitative interpretation for multiple variables within an analysis model. It tests the influence between independent and dependent variables by analyzing both direct and indirect effects among the variables. Regression correlation analysis will be employed to determine the percentage contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable. The data processing results indicate that the PBL model and learning motivation together affect learning achievement by 13.8%, while the remaining 86.2% is influenced by other factors. Specifically, the PBL model accounts for 7.00% of the effect on achievement, with 93.00% attributed to other unexamined factors. Additionally, the PBL model impacts motivation by 28.65%, with the remaining 71.35% influenced by other factors not studied

Abstract

The ablution place is one of the places that is always used as an initial means of prayer. From the results of the discussion, it is known that there are several design sizes that have been changed such as the height of the faucet from 100 cm to 136 cm, the width of the gutter from 20 cm to 25 cm and the addition of a shelf with a height of 120 cm to 163 cm to be used to put songkok and other items. Soap height from 110 cm to 140 cm. In addition, the addition of anti-slip rubber carpet on the floor along the ablution place is needed to provide safety so as not to slip due to slippery floors and the addition of a 35 cm high footrest from the 95 % PL percentile to make it easier to wash your feet and be safe and comfortable during ablution.Second, anti-slip floor surfaces to prevent slipping accidents, which often occur in wet areas. Third, the provision of physical supports such as handrails to assist users who need extra help, such as the elderly or those with limited mobility. By designing an ergonomic ablution place, it will enrich the literature in ergonomic design studies and also a commitment to improving the quality of life and spirituality of mosque worshipers, so that Muslim-friendly tourist destination facilities in halal tourism will be more attractive to visit

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, originating from Wuhan, China, in December 2019 and declared a pandemic by WHO in March 2020, has led to significant global health impacts. This study explores the gender-specific effects of the pandemic on eating habits, stress levels, and weight changes among university students in Indonesia. This research conducted is a quantitative cross-sectional study. Data was collected online from 686 Indonesian university students over a 35-day period using a validated and reliable questionnaire. The questionnaire covered demographic information, eating habits, lifestyle factors, and weight changes. Univariate and bivariate analyses were performed to assess the differences between male and female students. A significant gender difference was observed in breakfast habits, with males more likely to eat breakfast regularly (p = 0.001). Stress levels were generally moderate, but females showed a higher tendency for severe stress compared to males, who exhibited more mild stress (p = 0.000). Both genders reported increased food consumption and decreased snacking frequency. No significant gender differences were found in supplement intake. Female students experienced higher stress levels and different eating habits compared to males. Educational institutions should promote awareness of healthy eating and stress management, particularly during crises like the COVID-19 pandemic
