Abstract

In a company or organization outstanding employee appraisal is very important in order to motivate employees in the work, evaluating and planning the future. Outstanding employee assessment should be done with a good and appropriate methods, so as to produce a correct judgment. In determining the top performers with a subjective assessment is less precise because of the absence of assigning weights to each criterion in the assessment that may not pay attention to aspects of another assessment. Then the decision support system can be used to assess top performers with Simple Additive weighting method (SAW). Simple Additive weighting method chosen for assessing and ranking the performance keryawan. From the test results it can be concluded that this application can be used for the assessment of outstanding employee at PT.Fortech Indotama.

Abstract

To find out if the LHP Mobile app is running as it should, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the app. Evaluations can be done in different ways and at different levels depending on the purpose of the evaluation. In conducting activities of analysis and evaluation of information systems there are several methods or models of analysis that can be used one of which is the analysis model PIECES Framework. To facilitate the evaluation, we offer an analytical approach with the PIECES framework outlining 6 focuses of weakness analysis: Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency and Service. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of satisfaction and importance, to know the strengths and weaknesses and to analyze what components need to be improved the quality of services contained in the LHP Mobile application. Primary data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 16 LHP Mobile application users to obtain the level of importance and the level of user satisfaction.

Abstract

Small and medium industries, have a strategic role in achieving national goals. In general, the problems inherent in small and medium industries are related to five things, namely capital, marketing / competition, technology, management, and human resources. To be able to survive IKM must have a good product. In order to optimize national export realization, the Directorate of Customs and Excise Facilities initiates a new type of facility in the Export Destination Import Facility (FITE), namely the IKM KITE. The IKM KITE facility is an exemption from Import Duty and Value Added Tax or Value Added Tax and Sales Tax on Luxury Goods payable not collected on imports and / or import of Goods and / or Materials to be Processed, Assembled, or Installed on other goods for export purposes and / or Submission of IKM Production.

Abstract

High technological developments have brought many changes to our lives, information technology is perceived to have an important role because with the advancement of information technology will improve the productivity of the industrial world, especially from the field of creative industries based applications. This can be seen by the presence of many online transportation applications in Indonesia. One of them is PT. GRABCAR INDONESIA a brand that is the result of the rebranding of GrabTaxi. The Grab hopes the Jakarta community can become a loyal customer of Grab transportation service. The Grab Company will also take note of the drivers that are available today, can be seen from the customer response where the comparison between passengers and driver partners found there are still long-standing customers. The strategy that has been done by Grab's company has been provided registration online for driver partner Grab. In order to provide satisfied service and good experience when traveling with Grab transportation services. In order for the Grab transport service company to get a positive response from the company community Grab will think about how to make all customers satisfied with Grab transportation services and can be a material improvement for transportation service company Grab.

Abstract

The study analyzed the influence of price and service quality on customers’ satisfaction and its effect on their loyalty. The object of the study was MNC Play Jakarta.. The objective of the study was to analyze and to know the direct influence of price, service quality, and customers’ satisfaction on customers’ loyalty. Besides theoretical model, the study also formulated three hypotheses. Purposive sampling method had been selected to obtain the data in this study. The samples comprised 190 respondents who were the customers of MNC Play Jakarta. The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Model with Amos computer program. The result of the study showed that price did not have any direct influence on customers’ satisfaction. Service quality had direct influence on customers’ satisfaction which, in turn, had direct influence on customers’ loyalty.

Abstract

The rapid progress of the development of international trade, both concerning activities in the field of import and export, demands a more effective and efficient system and customs procedures and can improve the smooth flow of goods and documents. With the increasing number of international trade players and the development of information technology, the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise launches an official the new website that aims to publish information relating to the existence of the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise in a fast, transparent, accurate and service-oriented manner. Regarding strengthening the public relations function in accordance with the development of information technology and the increasingly fast and dynamic needs of the community, in 2017 the website was refined both in terms of layout and information presented as a means of publication, education and services related to customs and excise. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between website quality and user satisfaction. From distributing questionnaires, variable testing is done by testing the validity and reliability, data normality and assumption testing as a condition for implementing steps for multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the variable quality of use (usability), information quality (information quality) and quality of interaction (interaction quality) is quite influential on user satisfaction (website satisfaction) of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise website.

Abstract

Online shop today is no longer a stranger to the people of Indonesia, whether in daily use the internet or not. With this online sale makes it easy for people to transact without having to go to the place of goods to be purchased. Before making a transaction, the user will first search for items to be purchased in the search system. Each user would want an innovation of any e-commerce applications that run for convenience when shopping and ease to transact. Search by voice allows users to search for items they want to buy in an online shop without having to type. Because in some cases found, not all users who want to shop online feel comfortable typing, they want a convenience. If before Elevenia.co.id only provide keyword-based search, hopefully with speech to text application is expected to provide benefits on the parties Elevenia.co.id and to its users.
